My husband and I stopped by Tropical Smoothie Café on a quiet Sunday morning, and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. It wasn't too busy, so we were helped quickly by the two friendly and attentive staff members working that morning. We ordered the Bahama Mama smoothie, an açaí bowl, and the sausage, egg, and cheese quesadilla. The smoothies were fantastic--easily a 5/5 for me. The açaí bowl was equally impressive and tasted so fresh and flavorful; I'd also rate it 5/5. The sausage, egg, and cheese quesadilla was good, but not my favorite. It tasted a bit like typical fast food eggs, so I'd give it a 3/5. That said, I'd still grab it again if I were in a rush. The café itself was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. Overall, I'd definitely visit again and look forward to trying more items from their menu. read more

Honestly, tropical smoothie has become one of the worst chains out here in Austin the round rock location. It's like the workers are not mentally competent to be working at their job like they move at 2 mph and don't care about customer service or having orders out in a timely fashion, so I decided to use the Pflugerville location which usually they're a little bit better with service a little bit faster still not fast but faster compared to the other tropical chain out here in Austin round rock area, but I placed my order at the Pflugerville location 10 minutes prior to getting there then when I get there, my order is not in the order box. It's sitting on the counter while the two employees grown-up women are just ignoring me while I'm asking them to hand me my order because I was going to be late for work. Honestly, this is the worst experience I've ever had. They made me late to work because I not only had to wait in another five minutes. I also had to drive five minutes to work and I would've had the perfect amount of time to get to work on time if they would have had my order in the order box ready where it was supposed to be or even just acknowledging the customer who is speaking to them. read more

Very disappointed. I'm a rewards member with almost 4000 points. I always go to the location in Round Rock on FM 620 which I give five stars. However, my first visit to the Pflugerville location was not good. Service was great, but my Buffalo chicken wrap was full of very wilted, soggy lettuce. There were three very small pieces of tomato, very little chicken and one squirt of Buffalo sauce at one end of the sandwich. It would have been better service to tell me they were out of ingredients and I could have ordered something else. As it was takeout, I have no recourse but to post here. read more

I've always ordered from the Cedar Park location when I'm at work, so my life feels complete now that there's a Pflugerville location close to my house. If you're into sweet drinks, I highly recommend the Bahama Mama. I cannot get enough of it. I also highly recommend the cheese quesadilla, but I've been known to be basic. If you're looking for a delicious meal that's not going to leave you feeling sluggish or icky and moreover is not going to break the bank....look no further. let's start with the overall outstanding customer service! the welcoming spirit i got from genesis v. as i walked in! i shared with her that im gonna stay in for awhile because of the hard rain outside and then she offered water as i was trying to find a place to sit at. the environment was clean even the restroom was also! she came over to me to check if i was okay and offered water or a smoothie. she recommended her favorite drink. great suggestion genesis it was delicious! as hours went by shes constantly was doing something and also still checking if i was okay! her co workers were as well cleaning and doing orders! they have great teamwork i amired that. i asked her if i can charge my phone and ended up having a great conversation with her! telling her that her kindness helped me today because you never know what someone is going through! thanked her and encourage her to keep it up because she did great today! she was an angel in disguise! i would go on and on because she really was a great help along with great service! i definitely will come back here to see them again! read more

And ge says it in a very rushed voice like let's go hurry up. So I tell him and he starts making it. I see he puts bananas in it but there's not sopose to be. This morning I order a smoothie and a sandwich like usual, and the young lady Naveh told me that she was only making smoothies at this time.
