So when I saw a new drink place I was super excited. Last month I learned that I was consuming over 200 grams of sugar per day just between my two drinks a day from Starbucks so I was pumped to see nutrition in the title of this place. Looks like they JUST opened as I couldn't find much info online but I messaged the business and they were super responsive. The owner let me know the drinks I was asking about were actually sugar free, that they were sweetened with like monk fruit and stevia I think she said. Anyways, I walked in there was one person ahead of me but they were just finishing up. I loved how clean and fresh the place felt. I stood there admiring the minimalist sort of boho decor until it was my turn. I ordered 3 drinks on the owners recommendations for what I was looking for and she whipped them up in minutes. She was super sweet! I love that it's family owned and operated. The peach drink I got is super refreshing, I can taste the "sweetener" but feel like it's much better than other sugar free options I've tried. I can for sure see myself getting addicted to these. I also had the salted caramel protein drink and it was super yummy, not gritty, it was smooth and super filling. We are YMCA members so I'm excited this place it right next door, I'll be back, in fact....I'm sure I'll be a regular .

It's clean and new and conveniently located, so it will be my go-to location now. They always seem a bit expensive to me since the price starts above $6 and goes up quickly when you add things or get a bigger size, but I appreciate the vast selection and usually enjoy what I taste. Today I tried their new Watermelon Hydration Smoothie and liked the fresh watermelon and it was nice and cold. There's also a table and chairs if you want to sit inside, but most will just take their purchase to go. There are some snacks and accessories for sale too. And the two employees I saw were friendly and quick, so it was a nice experience.

She even mumbled about having 14 years of experience, but that doesn't excuse trying to "shark" customers into paying hidden fees. This felt manipulative and unprofessional. Customers should never feel hustled or guilted into paying for something they no longer want, especially when there was no clear communication about extra charges. We ordered our drinks and got them a few minutes later. The drawback to this place is the location in a membership gym. I don't think a membership is needed to grab a drink, but it did feel a little weird to be in there in street clothes next to people doing lat pull downs and pumping iron.
