This place served my needs of craving a delicious smoothie. I really enjoyed my smoothie. I bought the strawberry orange with pina colada smoothie. It was mighty tasty. The ambiance is what the public is offering to be honest. So if it's busy in the area definitely expect some stress. My service experience, was questionable here. The individual took care of my order in a timely manner. However, I didn't like the fact the individual had wiped their nose with their bare hands right in front of me. This is a pretty standard and unspectacular smoothie place which we checked out in the Lakeline Mall during a 4 hour walking tour, of which the food court was by far the highlight, and this place was one of the better spots. Mostly, these things taste of sugar, but at least they make an effort. Prices aren't cheap at all to be honest, otherwise I probably would have given them four stars. My daughter ask to try the rainbow one and the cookies and. Cream my daughter was asking her in English she was responding to her in Spanish. They reuse leftover smoothie from an old blender stored in the freezer and just add to it. It was disgusting. Not sure how many times it's been recycled, therefore no idea how old the oldest batch was! The total was $5.40 but my card was charged $5.62. The old lady was talking on the phone the whole time. The ice chunks are crunchy. I didn't order a crunchie I ordered a SMOOTHie. Stay far away from this place. read more

My mother goes to this place every Saturday. She gets the strawberry banana smoothie. And loves it. She went a few weeks ago and the person who charged her card said there was an error. They swiped it again and said it went through. My mother checked her account the next day and realized that they charged her twice. These things happen from time to time. Usually you call the place that charged you twice and they can reverse it. Not this time. My mother called this establishment and instead of taking blame for their mistake, they decided to blame her. Because apparently she was the one who swiped her card twice. They said she came twice that day. Even though she did not and her bank statement shows the charges were made right after another. They continued to say it was her fault somehow. She even went in person for more of a clearer understanding. Even talking to a manager she couldn't believe that they refused to admit they made a mistake. She no longer wanted to make a fuss over it and left. I'm writing on my moms behalf. She is a 60 something year old patron of the mall who enjoys her Saturday's with a nice walk and a smoothie. The fact that this establishment wants to treat a nice old lady who has been a loyal customer for years like trash is beyond me. Like, what is wrong with you?! Maybe y'all should take some classes from chick fil a or something. At least watch a video on how to not be a dick to old lady's. The customer may not always be right but don't blame them for your mistakes. Because NO ONE wants to have money stolen from them and be told it was there fault. That's just common decency. Very disappointed the sign said that the worker would be back in 10 minutes, thirty later they still were not there

So... we arrived and found this sign at the counter: "Hi there, I'll be back in 10 minutes." After 10 minutes, we gave up and went to Marble Slab instead and I don't plan to return. If you want to save money on personnel and alienate your customers, this is an effective way to lose business over time. But this is not how you manage staff at any service business. Especially not during the middle of the business day in a mall-based location. It would be ideal if I could rate them on the quality of their product, but I couldn't since Paradise Smoothies didn't even uphold their end of the "Back in 10 minutes" promise. read more

Smoothies are good, customer services is a bit strange. When I got to the front of the line today I ordered a giant chocolate and banana smoothie from the lady at the counter. She made it quickly and set it on the counter and motioned me to move down 3 feet and pay for it. The guy at the register (who stands 3 feet from the lady that makes the smoothies) says to me "What did you get?".. I didn't know what to say right off as it seemed like such a stupid question.. Didn't they just make it for me?? Wouldn't they know better than I what I had in my hand? Apparently cross-team communication hasn't caught on here. Oh my, these are the best smoothies ever! Every time I shop at this mall, i always stop here and get a large smoothie! They're sooo good! Very creamy and flavorful, just thinking about it now makes my mouth water. I wish they had more locations other then the mall though..Its worth the pit stop! read more
