This is a great place to go. I have been frequently visiting since their opening. My favorite is the island impact without the protein and subbing vegan protein. ( regular causes me migraines) out of every visit they Have only messed up my order once. No matter what I order it is always with vegan protein. Horrible service. My child had just undergone dental surgery, so we stopped in to get a smoothie. The employee never greeted us and continued ignoring the growing line of customers. When he finally helped me, he kept his head down the entire time and never made eye contact. I asked which smoothie he would recommend for someone recovering from dental work, and he responded, still looking down, "I don't know, I don't drink this crap." I was shocked that this is the level of customer service being tolerated. I also asked for a receipt, but he ignored me again. At that point, I grabbed my drink and left the store. I came in at 8:46pm and the same guy who who told a lady just a day ago (on here on yelp) that he doesnt know what to suggest for her kid who had oral surgery cause he doesnt drink this crap -SAME GUY! Told me they were closed! At 8:46pm with 14 minutes before they closed this guy would not make a smoothie. I didnt want to bother him or argue that it was 8:46 perhaps he was having a bad day or needed to close early even though there was an asian girl working with him -anyway. Just wanted to post this to let people know that if you want a smoothie from this place make sure you get there plenty early before they get near closing time -so to not bother the employees of course. The only criticism is that the new pumpkin smoothie is super mid, which isn't the employees fault, it's just an odd combo. I have been to this location a few times and always get the same order. this morning the lady refused to add my order and when i told her I wanted to speak to the manager she went into the back and refused to even take my order. I've been coming here for several months now, and was never asked for me to show them their app on my phone which I don't have for the free up size on a smoothie. Where you can purchase a 32oz for the price of a 20oz. I was denied the purchase and the staff never even apologized for the miscommunication on their end, nor did they either offer it to me just this one time. Terrible Customer Service and Management!! They sold use two Acai Bowls even though their freezers were broken... Then they filled the bowls over the top so when we took the lids off they went pouring everywhere.. We went back inside to inform the staff and that's when they told us that there freezers were broken... So we asked for a refund and the girl started giving us attitude and finally went and got her manager.. The manager was just as bad and actually put her had in my wife's face and then when we were walking out the first girl started yelling at us... Whoever owns this store needs to fire the whole staff and start over.. If the manger put her hand one inch closer to my wife's face and touched her it would of been assault charges... This is the best location around where I live. It's still further than the two by my house, but whenever I'm in the area I go here. The girls working here are super nice and respectful and so warm and welcoming. They are happy to work there and have incredible customer service. This should be the training location for the other smoothie kings as they are ideal. I will gladly drive further to give this location my business. The first two were walk in and walk out as they were not busy, but tonight it took a good 30-40 minutes to get my drink as they were slammed and only two employees working. One taking orders and one trying to make them. They had a good six to eight drinks to make before getting to mine. On my very first visit I had the activator strawberry banana but I wasn't that impressed. On my second visit I had the blueberry heaven drink and it was good. Tonight I had what is called the angel food and it was good as well. They offer a variety of drinks and you can customize them but it does come with a price. First I'd like to start off by saying my smoothie was delicious and totally hit the spot. I'm 7 months pregnant and was craving some fruit. I went with the Angel food Slim (added pineapple) and it was everything I could've hoped for. Now for the "not so great" part. When I ordered, the young girl at the counter asked if I wanted strawberries with sugar added or without. I told her I just wanted the smoothie how it typically comes as the menu stated it would be 330 calories. So she asked me again "well do you want sugar added strawberries or not?" Again, trying to be polite, I signal to the sign and tell her it's 330 calories, so whatever comes in the smoothie typically for the 330 calories is what I'd like, just whatever the recipe is. This very young girl.... starts to clap as she asks me again if I want strawberries with or without sugar. She actually clapped as if I was too stupid to understand the question. I know we're all under stress due to covid and quarantine but "clapping" at a customer because they're telling you they want whatever typically comes in the smoothie for 330 calories is way too aggressive. Management might want to consider some customer service training. read more

I've never been to a slower and yet ready to get you out the door place in my life. I opened my loyalty app before I got inside so that I could just scan and go. I was the only customer there and knew what I wanted. It took awhile for someone to actually help me though. Finally someone took my order then another customer stepped up and instead of letting that customer know they would be helped in a minute, they stopped making my order and not only took the next order, but completely made their drinks and checked them out before coming back to mine! I finally got to the register and re-opened the app only to find that not only had it been so long that I had to get back to the point page, but it had completely logged me out. Now that the worker was ready to check me out she got impatient and started making rude noises. I explained that I just needed to get back into the app and she rolled her eyes.
