I visit this location ALL the time and I can't say enough about how amazing everyone is. Cami, especially, is an absolute joy - she is always so bubbly and friendly and fun to visit with in the drive through. Yelp only lets me give 5 stars, but I'm a rebel so I'm rating them a 10/10 read more

Can't believe I'm writing a review of Dutch Bros. I haven't ever had any issues or complaints with the Bros until I was at the New Hope location (No Hope?). We drove up, were met by some girl (pink and blonde hair) that was totally hyped to help us. We placed our orders and waited...and waited...and waited. If the inside people had the energy of Pinky we'd have been outta there quick. Instead... The drinks were same as ever, maybe a little weak. You'd think a coffee place would have more pep. read more

Time to update this fabulous coffee location! Recently when I came to the window I was unsure what to choose. Should I do my standard order? The employee saw my indecision and asked if I'd like a recommendation. After asking preferences she suggested the Iced Cookie Butter Latte. If I didn't like it, she said I could get something else. I loved it! It's a great seasonal drink. The sweetness hit the spot I was looking for. And because I chose a medium, I found that I was able to save some of it for the next day. read more

The coffee is good, but the experience was not as great as I expected. I ordered my latte on the app and it said it would be ready in just a few minutes. I got there and had to wait outside for a while before it was ready, so I'm not sure what was going on. (Like all Dutch Brothers, there was a line in the drive-through.) When I got it, although I'm happy that they didn't skimp on any coffee, the drink was so full that coffee was spilling out onto my shirt and car seat. The prices are reasonable compared to other locations, and you can get an oat milk latte without an up charge for the non-dairy. Yay! I will give this place another try and hope that the second time around is better. read more

Got a free coffee for my birthday! I got the Caramelizer. Now, for something called the caramelizer, you would expect it to have a heavy caramel taste. It did not, which was disappointing. The chocolate milk was overpowering it. Nevertheless, it was still a good tasting coffee. The customer service is 10/10. It's the Chick-fil-A of coffee shops. The two people I came in contact with were both nice and warm. read more

Coffee shops are usually whatever to me because 1) I'm not a big coffee drinker and 2) I like my drinks real sweet. But that's why Dutch Bros ranks so highly for me! They have so many non coffee options that honesty I was a little overwhelmed with just how many choices I had. I ended up getting the dinosaur egg Dutch frost. And it was straight up flavored sugar and milk in the best way. I would say it is on the pricier side, but what isn't these days? read more

I love this location. Anytime I come here I usually get a golden eagle chai blended with a soft top and occasionally an entire box of muffin tops for my auto shop. Everyone here is always so friendly, helpful and genuinely cheerful. This morning I came in and Nicki (hope I spelled that right!) shared a laugh with me while she made sure she got my order right! The teamwork between the staff this morning was awesome and they make coming here welcoming! I live in Leander but I definitely will continue to make a pit stop here on my way into austin! read more

I'm a fan of Dutch Bros, not for their coffee but for their energy drink. I try not to overdo it energy drink wise so I don't visit as often. However, if I'm in the mood for a pick me up that isn't in a can I go to Dutch Bros. The drive through line is always long so I parked and then just walked up to the window. I got their Midnight Rebel-which is blackberry and pomegranate which was a slightly tart sweet treat. I really enjoy it because it's like I can make a customizable energy drink that I like. The menu is really like a jumping off point but it's like Starbucks for those of us who don't like coffee. read more

Okay, there is a tooooon of hype for Dutch Bros coffee invading Texas. And I get it now! I swung by this CP location this Wednesday evening to snag some sips before their grand opening Friday and wow, I'm slightly addicted! The iced annihilator was SO smooth and tasty. Most of the time I drink Starbucks or Dunkin chain iced coffees and the coffee can be a tad bitter, but the grounds for the coffee used here give a smoother taste. Yum! Hubs is caffeine averse and snagged a smoothie with fresh fruit and he enjoyed the refreshing sip. Overall, we can't wait to be back now that we have a place in the burbs and so close to our house. Drink up! Ps. The people working here are seriously the friendliest, hype folks, and got to meet the beautiful manager of this location helping to run things smoothly so we could get in and out of the long drive thru with no muss, no fuss! Winning! read more

I am a diehard Sbux fan, so I had never tried Dutch Bros Coffee before. I was shopping in the area and stopped by curiosity. No wonder the place is always packed. The drink was amazing! I finally got around to trying the famous dutch bros coffee and let me tell you i really enjoyed it. I wish there was a closer location to me the only thing that hold me back from going is how far the drive is. I also didn't know it was only drive thru and i usually like to drink my coffee inside. The people were really sweet and they helped me choose a flavor. I ended up going for the iced caramelizar and it was veryyyyy sweet. Too sweet to the point it was a little over powering. My mom ended up getting the same one but hot and it was a little less sweet for her. Overall i like the concept, it's something new! But I'm not sure if I will be trading my go to spots close to me and make the trip to Dutch Bros. If they open one closer I would consider going. I am still very curious about their energy drinks! read more

"Don't Cali My Texas" is something we kept hearing on a recent trip to Austin. it seems Texans in general are none too thrilled about the wave of human migration from the Left Coast to the Lone Star State. It's gradually turning their red politics blue, driving up the price of real estate due to financial arbitrage and populating the state with people with a whole different set of attitudes and values from the ones we know and love about Texas. My boss recently moved his family and one of his other companies to Leander (northwest suburb of Austin) and told me I had to come check it out, maybe think about buying an investment property, check in on his other business, etc.... I told one of my co-workers who lives in Houston I was coming out, and he warned me, "don't just go around telling people you're from California, they don't like you guys." I deflected with the, "oh, I'm originally from Montana, I think I'll fit in fine." Long pause. Crickets. My man left me hanging with no reassurance. So we were staying at a hotel in Cedar Park, between Austin and Leander, and the coffee there was atrocious, so by morning two we set out to get our morning jolt somewhere else and quickly located a Dutch Bros location near the freeway. I hadn't tried a Dutch Bros before, but I heard good things. Let's give it a go! First of all, this Dutch Bros was not set up like Starbucks, Peets and the other places we know in California. It was a combination drive-thru/walk-up window setup meant for grab and go. They do have three picnic tables outside if you want to loiter but no enjoying free wifi for hours while listening to some barista friendly curated playlist here. On our first visit we pulled into the drive-thru and as we were trying to read the menu an attendant with a tablet waved us forward before we could make any decision. She greeted us with a "How's it goin'? How's your day so far? What can I get you?" So I asked, "do you have a menu? I didn't really have time to decide." She responded with a no. Okay, so we just went simple. A black coffee for me. A latte for her. Then the questions came. Size? Kind of milk in the latte? The list of milk options seemed endless. Did I hear squirrel's milk in there? JK, I didn't. Eventually my Mrs. interrupts, "just milk, regular milk." The attendant asks, "you mean COW'S milk?" Yeah, milk from a cow. "What kind? Whole? 2 percent? Skim?" Whole. This whole exchange felt like it took a lifetime. The attendant could sense our annoyance and she wasn't feeling it. Eventually we pulled forward, paid for our drinks and they were handed over a few minutes later. We thought the coffee was pretty good. On the level with some of the other chains. Day two we came back and the drive-thru line was massive and there was nobody at the walk-up window so we parked and hacked the queue. Except, this wasn't a quick experience either. There was just a ton of banter to go through to get the order in. This time we had a chance to look at the menu and I picked a salted caramel breve and she ordered the same latte as before, with the same options. This time we knew them, but were stopped again at milk. "Cow's milk?" Yeah, milk from a cow. She doesn't want the alterna-milk. Sorry cows. This time we also ordered and split a lemon poppyseed scone. She asked me if I wanted it heated. I said no. This was a mistake because I didn't realize it was coming out of a refrigerator. It was still fine, but get them warmed up unless you want them ice cold. Coffee was good again. By day three we knew the drill, and after acclimating to the Austin area a bit it began to sink in-- we were trying to Cali their Texas with our ,"Here's my quick coffee order, now give me my drink," attitude. I started engaging in the banter. I'm usually pretty good at that, but apparently not before I've had my coffee. So I tried to be conscious and do better. So lesson learned, when traveling to Texas leave your Cali at home. Slow it down a bit. Take the time to chit chat with people. And get your coffee at Dutch Bros. They do a good job. read more

Would easily rate it 5 stars for the staff. The drinks, muffin, choices all were good but the staff was the best. There was a queue but we were given ample time to choose our drinks. The sweet kid at the cash was extremely helpful and smiling all the time. The drinks were tasty and all this explains the long line of cars on the Togo counter ... definitely recommend !! read more

Love this location! The staff is always SO friendly. I love conversing with them. They never have any issue making my coffee exactly the way I ask them, even if I ask for a lot of substitutions or changes. Even when their drive through is busy, they're always efficient and fast. Plus, their coffee is great. Always creamy, just the way I like it. (Unlike Dunkin's where it's always watery, at least for me). I prefer Dutch to Starbucks and Dunkin's. For a first officially day open, they were masterful in managing the huge line. Even though the line was 20+ cars we flew right through. Cookie dough iced coffee was delicious, as was their Eclipse iced tea. I like how you can choose between green and black teas. My toddler devoured the strawberry smoothie from the kids menu. I'll definitely be back to try more menu items. read more

My wife had wanted to try Dutch Bros and I have to say...the Campfire Cold Brew was great!!! My son had the Strawberry dutch freeze and he loved it. The drive through line is crazy right now, but they also just opened. We walked up and got our order within about 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly and really was excited to help us decide what to get. So happy to have a new alternative for coffee. read more

This is the Shark Attack in the picture. Make sure to clarify when you order this drink! I and others online were expecting the lime green/red layered drink when we ordered, but the cashier said this was, indeed, the Shark Attack. Miscommunication aside, this tasted like red bull all the way. Had a little fruit syrup at the bottom? So light I couldn't quite tell. Had the Kicker with soft top which was a very light coffee. You can taste the slight Irish cream. Reminded me of a 1/4 wintermoon from SummerMoon, very light in taste. Soft top didn't add much if anything. Cocomo, similar to the others, had all flavors in a light taste. Light cocoa, light coconut, etc. Out of 3 drinks I ordered, medium size all regular, seems the ingredients are all pretty light. 4 stars for me BC the menu is expansive and seems like a fun place to try many new drinks. Staff is friendly, area is bustling, many teenagers around, long drive through lines. read more

I have my coffee favorites in Austin, and I'm going to add Dutch Brothers to the list. Along with good coffee, customer service is spot on. Friendly and efficient, they aim to please. I made an order but, like an idiot, sent it to the wrong location , but the manager at the Cedar Park location saw my predicament and graciously made my two drinks and didn't charge me! Dutch bros has a great product but great people working for them too! They've got my loyalty forever! read more

Ordered a Nitro cold brew with a soft top which I have ordered many of them from Dutch Bros before in the past. The Wait time to get my 2 drink order was more then a 20 min at the walk up window. The girl handed me my drink as looked like a plane iced coffee with out a soft top. I asked the girl and the counter what is the deference between the drink she handed me and a Nitro Cold brew she told me " you have to shake the drink to activate the Nitro in the drink " this is the stupidest thing I've ever heard ever. I asked her to please make me a Nitro Cold Brew " this is the Nitro Cold Brew " pointing at a plane iced coffee. I will stick with Starbucks from now on read more

Came here for the first time and was very pleased with my drink. It was super sweet and creamy. The staff were very friendly. Only downside was the line. No joke, I sat in line for over 30 mins, but maybe I just went at a bad time. They do also have the option to walk up and order at the window so that's a plus! read more

For a first time customer, might want to look online before you visit the store. They do not have menus and the girls taking the order are not much help. The coffee is just average. No food products except for "a lot of muffin tops" according to the order taker. I did like that the cup was clean and not all sticky. read more

Quick review; I knew they would be opening one of these up in my area soon and been wanting to try the coffee, so on the way out of Costco area I wanted a Americano so we drive thru... Everyone was super nice, menu was a bit crazy, but they had the drinks we wanted, except for the scones :( Now, not sure which beans they use, but my Americano tasted more like drip coffee than espresso, my copart was fine with her drink since they had a ton of different types of milk to sub in. Over all nice place, but I will give it once more shot and if the Americano tastes like drip again, it will be bye bye chain !! read more

Nathan was awesome. Very positive and gives off good vibes. And of course, the drinks are delicious as always

My experience with this Dutch Bro's location has been consistent with the others around town. Long lines, but quick and efficient service, and excellent chai. I took my dog with me through the drive through and they offered him a pup cup which was sweet of them. Make sure to use the Dutch Bros app to earn points! read more

A couple of friends in Dallas put me on. The energize drinks are my go to. The staff is still new so my original order was not correct and taste more like water than chai tea but overall service was pretty quick and they have an app! I will likely go back once the new wears off. The menu is extensive and beats sitting in line at Starbucks for over priced sugary drinks. read more

It's been a long wait for Dutch Bros since I moved to TX in 2017 from the Pacific Northwest. This store brought back many fond memories of my former home in WA state and my favorite coffee break habit. Don't be deterred by the long lines- runners will take your order and it will soon be ready as you drive to the window. Dutch Bros famously shows their appreciation for their customers and this store is no exception- their happiness is contagious and if you are in need of a little guilt-free treat, try the skinny mocha sugar-free over ice. This always brightens my day! read more

Pulled up to a young woman (Shannon) taking orders in the drive through. Exceptionally patient, sweet, and very helpful in terms of me not knowing a single thing about their menu, as I never have been to a location of yours. Took the time to chat with me during my order and after my order, thankfully no one was behind me in the drive through at that time. I'd like to think she went inside just to help make me and my girlfriends drinks and hand it to me. She left a lovely note on both of our cups which definitely made my night and weekend. Hopefully Logan (her manager) sees this and knows he has an incredible employee making a major difference with her customer service. I used to work as a front office manager at a major 1002 room resort in San Antonio which focuses HEAVILY on customer service and she is definitely the most genuine person I would have loved working with at that front desk with me. Oh, duh, review about the drinks...My girlfriend got a Blackberry Dutch Frosted Lemonade with the real strawberry in it and I ordered a Strawberry Pineapple Dutch Frosted Lemonade with real strawberry in it as well. Both of them are insanely good and creamy. Definitely making Dutch Bros my go to for drinks, now, instead of Starbucks. read more
