I've yet to stop by a Dutch Brothers when the line wasn't long, but they work efficiently to help everyone in a timely way while still being cordial and generally happy to help. The best part is that they have a wide variety of sugar free options for those following keto, low-carb or generally avoiding high sugar. Far more than the other mass coffee retailer in the area. Download the app for full menu and sugar free options. It seems easier to navigate than the menu alone. So definitely give them a shot... just plan accordingly if you're on a schedule. read more

Service was great, and the coffee was always excellent! My concern is that there are always bees buzzing around the window, making it dangerous for your customers and your staff. Friendly staff, but it takes way too long to get a coffee. The two times I've been it has taken over 30 minutes in the drive thru. I work about 5 minutes from Dutch bros and both times thought I would have plenty of time to get a coffee, only to end up late each time. They need a better system in place. read more

First visit to this location. Previously went to Round Rock and tried White coffee at the recommendation of the order taker. One and done with that - tasted like nothing. We are big coffee drinkers but drink coffee black - no syrups or flavors - so can be somewhat particular about where we spend our coffee $$$. Got to the dual drive thru since we normally do coffee during car trips and person suddenly appeared to take our order. Upsold 2 muffins. Coffee was delivered scalding hot and no sleeve provided or offered. Omg - hot!!!! Had to wait 10 minutes to even pick up the cup after we wrapped it with several layers of napkins that I stash in the car. This coffee seems to be brewed to maintain a coffee flavor even after milk, cream, or flavoring additions. Although we like robust coffee, which we drink black, this was initially not only exceptionally hot but also somewhat bitter. The additives would probably take the edge off. As it cooled the bitterness mellowed and was more enjoyable. Still hot to the end which was 40+ minutes. Skip the muffins - it's the top of a muffin only - mass produced per cellophane packaging and our purchases were cold from a frig or freezer. Not appetizing looking either. They went into the glove compartment for a later day... if ever. Lesson learned... Of course the price reflects the specialty coffee brand. Probably will skip this brand and go back to Starborks if I need a coffee fix at an outrageous price..... read more

This is the absolute worst Dutch location I've ever been through, and I've lived in Washington and Oregon so I've seen a lot. They are slow and absolutely incompetent and inconsistent in their drinks. Take a few minutes and go to the round rock location-- you'll be back in Georgetown in half the time it would have taken you to get through the line at the Georgetown store. read more

I really love this place but they have got to pick up speed in their drive thru. Every-time I stop by it takes 20-30 min. I notice the window staff visits a lot with the customers which is nice but not when you have a line of 8 ahead of you. The coffee is decent but the wait is just horrendous. Thr are just incredibly slow. And they make you feel bad for not tipping, which is because the parent corporate company doesn't want to pay them enough. I wish I could give five stars because their coffee is by far the best around. Unfortunately their service is painfully slow. You can easily wait 30-45 minutes with 10 cars or less in front of you. We've pointed it out to them gently and we receive dismissive comments. No other coffee shop moves this slowly. I'll add it often smells like pot at this and most Dutch bros I've been to. Absolutely no judgement as long as you can do your job just as efficiently (unfortunately not the case). ! read more

Anywho, I ordered the turkey Swiss croissant with a side of fruit for the first time. It was on the Sunday brunch menu. It was a bit too greasy for me so I won't order it again. My fave menu item Is the chicken salad on a croissant with a house salad and lemon vinaigrette. I'll probably stick to that from now on.
