Always love the service, and my drink is perfect every time. Every single broista has been friendly, and makes me feel absolutely welcome. The remember me, ask about my daughter, and are generally just a great way to start my day, pick me up in the middle of the afternoon, or end my day on a high note. I brag about "my" Dutch Bros location constantly, and I drag out of town friends to get coffee anytime I can. It's not the cheapest coffee in town, but the workers are paid fairly, the atmosphere is fantastic, and I am 100% willing to pay a little bit extra in order to support people that make me feel valued and seen read more

Dear Mr. and Mr. Dutch, I visited this Georgetown location with my friend who has been a loyal rewards member for many years. We had just finished running a half marathon, so we were looking forward to cold, refreshing drinks. I ordered the strawberry lemonade, which was indeed a tasty, refreshing drink. However, I was dismayed to discover an obscene amount of ice in my drink. My friend told me she had never seen that much ice in a Dutch Bros drink before. The volume of lemonade was tiny in comparison. Thankfully, I emailed them, and they credited my friend a free drink on the app, so I appreciate the customer service. read more

I've yet to stop by a Dutch Brothers when the line wasn't long, but they work efficiently to help everyone in a timely way while still being cordial and generally happy to help. The best part is that they have a wide variety of sugar free options for those following keto, low-carb or generally avoiding high sugar. Far more than the other mass coffee retailer in the area. Download the app for full menu and sugar free options. It seems easier to navigate than the menu alone. So definitely give them a shot... just plan accordingly if you're on a schedule. read more

Service was great, and the coffee was always excellent! My concern is that there are always bees buzzing around the window, making it dangerous for your customers and your staff. Friendly staff, but it takes way too long to get a coffee. The two times I've been it has taken over 30 minutes in the drive thru. I work about 5 minutes from Dutch bros and both times thought I would have plenty of time to get a coffee, only to end up late each time. They need a better system in place. read more

So excited to see Dutch Bros open in Georgetown! I breezed thru the drive thru, and was greeted by a happy, friendly employee. She took my order & answered my questions. Love this location. I recently messed up my order when ordering online (completely my fault) and they helped me fix it and were so kind. I appreciate that Dutch Bros offer a protein milk option and will continue to choose Dutch Bros over the other box store s. read more

I was nervous about this location, super busy road but it wasn't too terrible getting out of the parking lot. I ordered the white chocolate lavender cold brew, loved it! First visit to this location. Previously went to Round Rock and tried White coffee at the recommendation of the order taker. One and done with that - tasted like nothing. We are big coffee drinkers but drink coffee black - no syrups or flavors - so can be somewhat particular about where we spend our coffee $$$. Got to the dual drive thru since we normally do coffee during car trips and person suddenly appeared to take our order. Upsold 2 muffins. Coffee was delivered scalding hot and no sleeve provided or offered. Omg - hot!!!! Had to wait 10 minutes to even pick up the cup after we wrapped it with several layers of napkins that I stash in the car. This coffee seems to be brewed to maintain a coffee flavor even after milk, cream, or flavoring additions. Although we like robust coffee, which we drink black, this was initially not only exceptionally hot but also somewhat bitter. The additives would probably take the edge off. As it cooled the bitterness mellowed and was more enjoyable. Still hot to the end which was 40+ minutes. Skip the muffins - it's the top of a muffin only - mass produced per cellophane packaging and our purchases were cold from a frig or freezer. Not appetizing looking either. They went into the glove compartment for a later day... if ever. Lesson learned... Of course the price reflects the specialty coffee brand. Probably will skip this brand and go back to Starborks if I need a coffee fix at an outrageous price..... read more

I waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, only to receive the wrong drink (a hot Americano instead of the light iced one I ordered). When I pointed out the mistake, the barista asked if they could just pour it over ice rather than remaking it properly. I had to specifically ask them to redo it the right way. read more

Love Dutch Bros, hate this location. Long line they have 3 people outside but 2 are working and 1 is talking to some guy on the other side of the fence. Tried to give them a second chance since my first time coming they messed up on my drinks but this is just not a location I will go to from now on. read more

I've been coming to this shop for the last 2 years. At first I notice the shop was slow and took way too long to prepare a coffee drink. I was going to stop coming but then there was a new person working who not only made the experience better but also provided great suggestions on drinks. Later on found out her name was Jordan. Thank you Jordan for your great suggestions! read more

This is the absolute worst Dutch location I've ever been through, and I've lived in Washington and Oregon so I've seen a lot. They are slow and absolutely incompetent and inconsistent in their drinks. Take a few minutes and go to the round rock location-- you'll be back in Georgetown in half the time it would have taken you to get through the line at the Georgetown store. read more

Omg. 30 minute wait to get drinks through the drive through. The line didn't even look that bad, but the throughput was abbismal. Nice workers, but I will never come back here. read more

I really love this place but they have got to pick up speed in their drive thru. Every-time I stop by it takes 20-30 min. I notice the window staff visits a lot with the customers which is nice but not when you have a line of 8 ahead of you. Most people are on their way to work or appt and do not have that time to sit in a drive thru. Thanks! read more

I love coming here as the staff is awesome, the service is fast and the menu is massive with their selection of drinks.

The coffee is decent but the wait is just horrendous. Thr are just incredibly slow. And they make you feel bad for not tipping, which is because the parent corporate company doesn't want to pay them enough. I still go here sometimes but not because I love it but no other good option. It's a massive publicly traded corporate enterprise, and yet they can't run a decent operation. read more

Best spot for coffee! They have the friendliest staff and so many options for everyone! Love this place

I wish I could give five stars because their coffee is by far the best around. Unfortunately their service is painfully slow. You can easily wait 30-45 minutes with 10 cars or less in front of you. We've pointed it out to them gently and we receive dismissive comments. No other coffee shop moves this slowly. I'll add it often smells like pot at this and most Dutch bros I've been to. Absolutely no judgement as long as you can do your job just as efficiently (unfortunately not the case). ! read more
