My son and I came here today for the first time. The store was very clean, and very cheerfully decorated with bright colors. We were greeted the minute we came in the door by the people working there, the man's name was Q, the woman's name was Maddie. Super nice and helpful. Q answered all our questions ! They have a very generous menu, and many things to choose from. They even carry Barnanas, which is one of my favorite snacks. It's covered bananas, covered with many different things. I absolutely love them. They also have fruit cups. We both got a smoothie and a bag of veggie chips. The smoothies were absolutely amazing, and so very healthy! I got a pineapple and spinach smoothie, it also had apple and some other things in it. I absolutely love it, and I will be visiting the store again and again .. This young lady I think her name was kennedy, she was just grand. she held my hand and walked me through each smoothie she didn't have to help an old lady like me but she did. This is the kind of radiance and jolly go get her energy we need in this way. She showed me how she swept her very best, and she explained all the promo items. She held my granddaughters hand and prayed for her (she has dyslexia) and she even read them all to her. she never stopped smiling even when asking for how we would like to pay. she made all sorts of goofy faces and it cracked me up . Terrible customer service. I understand there are supply issues. But when your app allows a person to order a smoothie with x, y, and z and you are out of y, you need to offer a refund or replacement. Instead, I was told "only a manager can do it" and "someone will call you back" multiple times before I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. And they fought it! Honestly this place has disappointed me too many times. First made an order through the app and when I got to the store I was told they had no order, even though I was already charged. Even when I showed my phone with the order and location correct they did nothing. I tried contacting them through the phone but the owner never got back to me to just simply give me a refund for something I never got. Then today I went in and ordered and my smoothie was half way made there was still chucks of strawberry and some whole ice in my drink ... I'm honestly disappointed, we would come here often and never had issues. Although after today I might be skipping this location from now on. I asked for a kids size mango and was told there wasn't an option for it. I realize it's not on the menu but I've always ordered similar for my kids and was never told "not available" Then I ordered two medium smoothies for myself and my husband, mango kale and pineapple surf. The pineapple surf was given to me in a small size and once we tried them all I could taste was apple juice. My smoothie was super watery and couldn't taste anything else. I'm giving this a two star because I sympathize with lack of training and the possibility of having newer employees fulfill orders, but this isn't a standard I would continue supporting. read more

I didnt always get my receipts in the past but start taking them because the amounts vary so much. This last time, I knew that I had been overcharged & had proof. Took it back to this location & was blown off by Side who told me he was the assistant manager. Sid also told me that he doesn't know how I was charged for items that aren't even real as if I put them there myself. Two stars because I like the nutty super grain smoothie however I am DONE with smoothie king. Their app was so much better in the past. I had a reward on my app but found out that I couldn't use it because there was no code to scan. Then when the lady tried to scan the code to earn points, her scanner could not pick it up on my screen. I brightened my screen to the max setting and still no luck. this was my first experience at ANY Smoothie King. the food was fantastic!... however, when I walked in there was only one person behind the counter and he didn't say a word to me. he didn't even look up from his phone. I gave him my order and instead of starting it he got back on his phone! After he finally blended the base two other female employees came out and were cleaning/prepping etc. i thought finally my guy was making some progress but after putting his gloves on he pulled his phone back out of his pocket and proceeded to text. He again, started to prepare my order when he AGAIN pulled out his phone and started texting! He did this a total of FOUR TIMES! I figured maybe he and his girl were fighting given his obvious bad mood but when one of his fellow employees noticed she told him to put on new gloves. My issue wasn't even with the contamination....it was with the fact that his phone was more important than doing his job and he didn't even have the maturity or sense to not be so blatant! While I love me a good smoothie, the prices here are quite high. I ordered a strawberry, pineapple, banana smoothie with coconut water a 20oz the smallest size they come and it was $7.00 I do love the smoothies here. Definitely better than juice land. I will definitely stick to tropical cafe on 1431 the smoothies there are worth every penny. Plus for the price I get protein powder. Don't think I will return unless I have a coupon. read more

I have always had great experiences with this Smoothie King but recently I was let down. I had placed an online pre-paid order so I could pick it up on my break at work and be back in time only to find out that they would have a handwritten note on the door saying they were closed. I contacted the store a couple of days later and was told to call when their general manager was there so he/she could resolve the issue. The general manager was not there. I then went in on another day and during my order in person, the shift supervisor told me all refunds had to be done online. There are no links or places to deal with this other than a phone number that left me on hold for ten minutes when I called and never answered. I really do love smoothie king, but when every employee is telling me something different, and no one has any idea how to resolve this issue it's very frustrating. I would really like this issue to be resolved and the $12 smoothie that I pre-paid for to be refunded, but no employees seem to be fully aware of how to resolve this issue. read more

One the best smoothie stores I've been too. I live in Oregon, and I always travel everywhere and I like to try out any smoothie stores. I always get whey protein in my smoothies and the smoothie ends up tasting chalky 9.9/10 times;Smoothie King did an excellent job in producing their smoothie. I got the strawberry hulk and it had lot of protein and it didn't Have a chalky taste, it tasted just like a strawberry smoothie. The prices are little bit high but what smoothie place isn't .
