Baby i just told you. I even asked to add green tea to my drink and he was confused. He said he didn't know if I could add it or not. My daughter can't have black tea so Blue Berry Green, Ginger Peach, Almond Green are flavors she sometimes even mixes more than one flavor. My husband's favorite flavor is raspberry. I have been trying to track my purchases and the reward points but after purchasing their special Christmas offer ( 4 gallons for 19.99), there seem to have a discrepancy with how they reward you! They do scan the app but it doesnt translate to points at all. When you scan the receipt after the purchase, it says the barcode has been used! Food: never bought their desserts. Tea is fine, sometimes watered down but the water is atleast filtered and taste good. Service: what can I say, if u ask for a redo u get accused of ripping them off. My previous issue with them is that they gave me near expired/best by date gallon tea. They gaslit me and said they would never do such things because unsweet teas are hardly ever preprepacked [even tho there are reviews on google of them doing that, they dont say whether sweet or unsweet but there are reviews on google documenting these lazy practices at this particular location ] but atleast they honored it. This time I ordered a huge (to borrow from 7/11 terminology) big gulp size raspberry tea and a gallon of unsweetened peach ginger tea. When I poured myself a glass it tasted of mint. Turned out they did half p/g half mint. Miint tea taste like mouthwash when it's iced. Not my thing. Returned back with the gallon that right away after that sip and asked for a redo. They said I was a liar and accused me off ripping them off. Said I should have paid attention to the color and it was my fault. I should have brought it to their attention right then and there. Lololol what!?!?! I was checked out and just at first worried that they didn't eff up my raspberry huge tea. I paid 11.08 cents for 1 calorie of nutrition in this inflationary economy and they were acting like I was ripping them off asking them to redo an entree of shrimp rizzoto or dry aged tomahawk prime rib. Dawg, I bought your concoction of water and herbs at full price outside of happy hour. Your profit margin is not a measly 7 percent. Remake mah gah dang tea. Simple as. I've never been a huge fan of tea and especially the "iced tea" from the grocery store because those usually have the fake sweeteners and stuff in them. I saw HTeaO trending on social media and the drinks looked interesting and like they would be good. I was a little hesitant getting the unsweetened tea due to the fake stuff in other teas. I'm happy to say I was very pleasantly surprised. No fake stuff here! The tea tastes fresh and you can even add fruit to your drink if you'd like. The sizes of the cups are very generous. I practically live here. I especially love the Cotton Candy and Berry Blast and ability to mix flavors. The staff is courteous and this location is so clean. I especially miss the employee who was in her 70's, she was always wiping things down and such a kind soul. Everyone here is salt of the earth nice. An interesting novelty. I read about HTeaO in a Texas Monthly article, and was immediately intrigued. A magical place that sells only tea/sweet tea in dozens of flavors? By the cup or by the gallon? As a sweet tea snob/connoisseur I was excited to take a little field trip to G-Town to investigate, since Austin does not have a location...yet. I think we'll eventually get one, but for now ya gotta go to the outskirts (Georgetown, or Cedar Park) if you're in ATX proper. Drive thru is super convenient and fast, the folks working the speaker and the window are super friendly and answer all questions with a smile. Now to the tea, I tried a regular sweet, and picked up a half gallon each of Georgia Peach and Wild Raspberry. I'm not sure if these products are made differently, but the regular sweet was the star for me. Brewed strong, with just enough sweet without being cloying, and it mixed well with lemon. Also, they serve all their teas, with the pellet ice (ie Sonic ice) so your drink doesn't get watered down quick. Good idea. The Georgia Peach and Wild Raspberry teas that I took home--they don't have much tea flavor. They were very weak, as if they weren't brewed long enough. All I could taste was the flavorings, and it felt more like I was drinking punch or juice, rather than iced tea. Reminded me of powdered Lipton tea, which I hate. Very disappointing. I'm not sure if I'll make any special trips to try them out again, but if you're in the area and feeling adventurous, go for it. read more

I have never been disappointed. I normally get a large mint 1/2 and 1/2 iced tea. Consistent great flavor. They start with the purest water. Not too strong. My GF gets their coconut tea. Any flavor can be bought in sizes ranging from small to one gallon. Perfect for catering. You can't make ice tea as good as this at home. They have a small inside selling area where you can taste all their flavors and do mix and max if you want. Their Merch is pretty cool too. They have a "Tea Happy Hour" in the mid-afternoon on most days. I think their price is half off during happy hour. They also sell pure ice and bottled water. read more

I love their tea. It takes nice and crispy and not muddy like some. My go to is mint half sweet and half unsweetened. I go about once a week to grab a gallon and a glass.
