I like Summer Moon in general. This location feels more "corporate " to me but it is a clean and bright coffee shop. My cold brew was excellent and served up very quickly. Recommended. read more

Summer Moon Coffee - Deep Steep cold brew with almond milk - Coffee Roasteries Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

I love black coffee. I always come to summer moon for good black coffee. This cafe is quaint and cozy. Everyone is talking with family and/or studying. It's a great place to work and has speedy service. I love that it's close to the outlets, hospital, and HEB! Great location and even better coffee. read more

I stopped by after visiting the Round Rock outlets. I love that there's a Summer Moon in this location. The inside is warm and inviting. I ordered the London fog with earl grey tea and checked out their local baked goods. I got a dark chocolate babka. The drink and the baked good were a yummy combination. The prices were on par with other coffee shops. They have plenty of places to park and a decent size patio with lights. I look forward to returning when I'm in the area. read more

The customer service made the place much better than it was. Shout out to Clay. Great asset to your company. Not a fan of the coffee he upsold me on BUT he let me know if I didn't like it, we could work something out. We did and I kept it simple with a shot of espresso and a splash of moon milk. read more

Parking can get tougher later in the day, but service here is very quick. They offer a wide variety of pastries, and I noticed they even have board games available. The location is convenient, right by H-E-B, IKEA, the Round Rock shopping center, and plenty of restaurants. I ordered a blended Medium Blue Moon Matcha, which came out to $9.93 with a $1 tip. A bit on the pricey side and sweeter than I'd prefer, but the flavor was good. The vibe is very chill, with plenty of seating available mostly set up for two people, though they do have a larger table for groups. read more

Great place for business Meetup. Coffee was excellent... so much better than a huge competitor just across the street... we all know who. Barista was friendly, informational & I was served quickly. Not a lot of parking, but do-able. #SummerMoonCoffee is quite popular with the locals. Will be back when I'm on this side of town read more

A bustling little coffee shop with great coffee and a considerable selection of pastries, muffins and breakfast tacos is worth going out of your way for. No drive through option so you get the full experience of smelling the coffee while you wait. Only a handful of tables, so get there early if you want a place to sit and relax but if grabbing to go, highly recommend. read more

I went here for a blind coffee date. The coffee was amazing, the vibe was nice, the place was clean and over all the customer service was decent. I find that I like coffee shops that are more individually working independently. There is a special craft about them however I love the name Summer moon. read more

They have good black coffee. If you like sweet coffee this is the place for you. The moon milk is very sweet, it makes it hard to taste the coffee. They can be very slow to serve even though they are working hard. The indoor seating is minimal and the outdoor is on a widened sidewalk. We think they have limited food as compared to other coffee establishments. They do have a good location across from HEB on University BLVD. read more

Amazing service. The kindness shown to me by the barista was greatly appreciated. I was having a hard day, and she listened to me complain when she asked how I was doing and made me feel better. I ordered the peppermint mocha with almond milk, and it was delicious! Perfect balance between peppermint and chocolate but still allowing the coffee flavor to shine through. read more

One of my fave local Austin coffee spots. The quarter winter moon is perfect, just a tickle of sweetness while maintaining the integrity of their coffee. Oak roasted beans create that nutty aroma I love. If you're visiting Austin they have a few locations around town and very consistent. This location has ample parking, HEB and the outlet mall. read more

They are always so nice and friendly here! Fast and efficient too. I work close to this location so I come here the most and I've never had an order mixup. I love using the app too. Once I accidentally ordered my groups drinks hot instead of iced.. they must have saw the confusion on my face when I realized it. I was about to walk out, realizing my mistake, and they asked me if there was an issue. They remade the drinks for me no charge even though it was my mistake. My family and I LOVE summer moon!!! Highly recommend the Mocha Moon read more

I got the blueberry 1/4 moon latte! The drink was around $7. This was a seasonal item. I do taste the blueberry. For summer moon drinks, the sweetness comes from the syrup but also the "moon milk." I find that 1/4 or 1/2 sweetness is a good amount. There are quite a few tables and a couch area to sit at. Service was fast and friendly. There is ample parking outside. read more

Coffee here is amazing friendly staff and reasonable priced. The environment is clean as well. However, if you are a customer with ambulatory needs this place has not yet established their Curbside Pickup. They have parking for it but the app does not have "I'm Here" option as stated on their sign. In addition today when I arrived in my crutches the phone number listed went straight to voicemail only for the automated service to say there was no option for voicemail. I will not be coming here for the next couple of months while I'm in crutches. But other than that, the coffee here is amazing. read more

Sadly, I was only coming here because they had the bean cheese and papas Tacodeli tacos, but they changed it. Now they don't serve it. Their coffee isn't really worth coming back for in my opinion. I only came because they are the farthest north that has Tacodeli. And now they don't even carry the bean cheese and papas anymore! Lost a weekly if not daily customer. The vibe is nice, but their employees lack consistency in friendliness. read more

Staff were friendly but most importantly the coffee was so good. Pricey but worth it.

Ordered the coffee beans here the gentleman was so nice it grinding it for us and answering our dumb newbie questions!

This is the best coffee I have found in Austin so far! Their fall drinks are incredible and their moon milk is delightfully creamy and sweet! It was very busy in there yet the staff were very helpful and upbeat! The ambiance was moderately loud and got louder as time went on. I came here with my bestie and we were both huge fans of our drinks! This is worth the effort of coming here! Parking was easy to find since it's in a huge shopping center. They also serve breakfast tacos here. I got one and it did not disappoint! I will be back soon :) read more

The drinks were just okay. The tea was fine, and the cold brew was fine, but nothing stood out. What was really concerning was what I observed behind the bar. I sat in the shop for about 25 minutes and watched the baristas consistently not wash the espresso cups used to pull shots. The portafilters were barely cleaned, they weren't wiped between shots, only checked to make sure they wouldn't fall out before pulling the next espresso. Milk cups were only washed during a lull if the same flavor was being used, but even during a lull, the espresso cups still weren't cleaned. As someone who cares about cleanliness and food safety, this was concerning and made it hard to enjoy the drinks. I used to work at a coffee shop and we had extremely high cleanliness standards, pretty disappointed. read more

We went through drive through at around 9:30. There were two cars ahead of us but they had already ordered. The young lady seemed to have a hard time taking the order. There was no dark roast available. When we go to the window...she asked if our order was for a different coffee.Tjere was no one ahead of us at that point and maybe one car behind us. We said so. She apologized and read the correct order. Young lady was very polite. The latte we received was good. The medium drip (which i settled for because there was no dark roast), tasted like hot dish water that had been used to clean a coffee pot. At least it was piping hot. There are too many coffee shops providing stiff competition, to serve bad coffee. I won't come back to this one. read more

When I'm not making coffee at home, Summer Moon is my go-to. This location is beautifully decorated, with plenty of parking, indoor and outdoor seating, and merchandise (coffee + clothes!) to buy. I usually order an iced 1/4 Winter Moon latte (espresso with 1/4 of their rich moon milk goodness). But today I tried an iced "dirty" matcha moon latte (matcha with added espresso) and wow! I loved it. If you love a lil extra caffeine, try adding espresso to your next matcha latte. read more

I want coffee I want coffee I want coffee I want coffee Summer moon makes all my blue days go away...after a hard day I brought my daughters here for a treat and my youngest immediately dropped her beverage on the floor. I went into Mom mode to try and clean it up and the employee jumped right into action and made her another drink and told me not to worry about the mess. I didn't get her name but I just have to shout them out because the act of kindness really made my day. I was ready to lose it and she was so sweet and stepped right in. I visit here frequently with my girls for after school snacks or just by myself to wrap up a long work day and I've always been given the best customer service but this day they went above and beyond. Thank you!! read more

This was my first time visiting Summer Moon Coffee and it did not disappoint! The coffee shop vibe isn't quite as cozy as some locations I've been to, and isn't necessarily a place I'd recommend going to work remote or catch up with friends, but it was still very welcoming and the coffee itself is delicious! I ordered a non-dairy Blue Moon Latte with oak milk and it was the perfect balance of lavender and sweetness. This being my first time and not being as familiar with the latte variations and sweetness levels of the moon milk, I had everything explained to me and the barista was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my preference for a dairy-free beverage. They do not offer soy milk as a diary alternative, which is my usual go-to, but since so many people have soy allergies this isn't super uncommon. I ended up not needing any type of additional sugar or creamer - my latte was perfect! I'd definitely visit another Summer Moon location again and highly recommend checking them out! 11/10 read more

Thursday 10AM Seasonal brew of the month drip coffee was alright (12 oz for $2.70), it was an autumn medium roast but tasted light, I prefer a bolder brew. Baked goods were horrid though, the croissant was stale and inedible, the pumpkin cream cheese muffin was bland and boring. Not worth the cals. Aesthetically nice but not my cup of joe. read more

I haven't had a single sip of this latte yet...disappointing to pay $7+ for a latte and be missing a 1/4 of it. I've been going to summermoon for the last few years in the RR location and it's been slowly going downhill. Most recently is this issue, giving me less coffee than what I pay for. Not sure if the staff is being told to pour lattes like this, but if I wanted a cappuccino I would've ordered one. read more

I have been to this location more times than I can count. I have had many coffee selections from here and have yet to be disappointed. The last time I came in and sat down as opposed to taking the item to go, I did so with my Yelp Besties Xavier and Ro (I know, we hella cute in the photo for this review). Driving by this coffee shop, I just had to try it! The store front and the name of the shop totally caught my attention, and OH BOY! It did not disappoint! When walking in, there are plenty of tables to sit at. Everything was clean, organized, and the vibes were just overall aesthetically pleasing. I ordered an Iced Matcha Moon Milk Latte, which was probably one of the best drinks I've ever tasted in my life! The moon milk was so sweet and creamy. The taste it gave off was almost like fruity cereal milk with a hint of bananas. The matcha still had a nice warm earthy taste and the moon milk did not overpower the green tea flavor at all. Now that I'm home, I'm so sad that my drink is gone. I will definitely have to try the Moon Milk Espresso Latte next time! read more
