The service was awful. I ordered a drink with oat milk and when I pulled up I looked behind the person in the window to see someone in the back pouring oat milk and regular cow milk together. So I asked the person at the window that's I didn't want cow milk and she said it wasn't made that way, after telling her I am seeing the way my drink was made and she poured them both in the same cup, she went on to disagree with me (even tho she hadn't seen what I saw) and I just left. I had a bad experience(super sweet syrups)with Mojo on FM 620, but we were in the area and was craving for some blended coffee and Mojo was close by, so decided to give it another try. Girl who took our order in drive thru and at the window we're both nice and welcoming. This time got there Mojo famous frappe, it was pretty decent, little bit on sweeter side but not overwhelming. I've heard good feedback concerning Mojo for a while and decided to try them. Note: There is no inside seating or entry for patrons. You either have to order from a cell phone app or go through the drive-thru where an attendant will take your order. There is no intercom for ordering. There is a patio for customers but no public bathroom to my knowledge. The service was pedestrian at best. The young woman attempting to take my order indicated that all the syrups, etc. contain high fructose corn syrup. I don't believe she was listening to what I was saying. I would explain something fairly specifically and then be asked information that I had just communicated. I gave up and made an order for my cousin instead. When I picked up the drink at the window, it had no whipped cream as requested. The man who handed the drink to me asked me if it was supposed to have whipped cream on it and then took it back. He took the flat lid off and made a small pass over the top with whipped cream. This establishment, in my personal experience, leaves a bit to be desired. read more

My first cup of coffee was excellent I had small three shot late with extra room no foam ,, I mean they made my morning my first day in Austin Area , so that would've give stars . I went back the next day ( Starbucks is literally cross the street ) but I wanted to go back ,, my order was the same I drove away thinking I hit my coffee it was not it was awful they didn't add the extra shot it was foamy and filled to the rim . The third day they handed me the same order in medium size cup and it exploded as the girl was handing it to me the guy looks at me he says would you like me to remake that for you ( of course I was speechless but you have no idea what kind of vocabulary was going through my mind that I went to spit out I didn't ) two stars is generous. I will say this to them consistency is the key for any business success you don't want your customers to guess if they will have a good experience depending on who is working that day , you've got to believe that customers expect that good experience every single time whether it's it's a cuppa coffee or a meal at Michelin star restaurants, so do not disappoint them. read more

I hate to write this review, because I've always been such a fan of Mojos and their coffee, but today was a terrible experience. I ordered my coffee online, with a pickup scheduled for 8:38 am. I arrived at 8:35, called for pickup, and waited 15 mins before calling again. After a second call, they said they would bring out my coffee shortly. I waited even longer and eventually left at 9 without coffee. I understand you guys are busy, but it's unacceptable to deprioritize online orders completely. Traveling across the country one needs coffee along the way somedays more than others! Today was one of those days. So, I turn to Yelp for suggestions. Luckily, while searching a sign for coffee catches my eye and we U turn into the destination. No reviews yet but we are willing to give it a try... As soon as we walk in the door we are greeted by a group of cheerful ladies who are eager to guide us with suggestions. My Husband ordered a frozen chai and I went with an iced Milky Way. Chai was refreshing and spicy - just the way it should be. The Milky Way wasn't too sweet, coffee forward the way I like it and just enough sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth. They have a drive thru which is a WIN. Someone comes up to your car to take your order, and even if the line seems long they move pretty fast. Mojo to the rescue! When we moved here from Oregon, we had a hard time finding a good coffee place. We had to resort to Starbucks, and let's be honest; it's not good coffee AND it's a big careless corporation that I don't necessarily align with. But then, on the way to a job interview, I found exactly what my soul (and my mouth) had been missing. Their coffee is unique and consistent. I use to love this place when it first opened, I loathe Starbucks and will patron just about anywhere I can to avoid Starbucks. I love coffee and it is a huge treat for me, it's a "splurge" to go and buy a specialty drink so when I order one, I expect to taste more than watered down coffee and milk. I loved to order their snickers or Aloha with an extra shot or two so it isn't too sweet. The last 3 times I could hardly taste any coffee and all I could taste was milk. No sweetener whatsoever ever. I really enjoyed meeting the owner or manager before covid hit, he was super nice and had a great personality, I really wanted to love this place. I think having a bunch of high schoolers who put more effort into their conversations than their work is their biggest problem. My only complaint is ever since COVID hit they closed the walk in part of the business and the line for the drive thru can get very long and it can take some time to get your coffee.
