Have had 5 star service & drinks here for 5 yrs Just lately, twice, I have ordered a ice flavored blend & it was nothing but foam I ask if this was my flavored ice blend & they said yes Staff said they had just cleaned the machine At 9:00am ??? Exact same thing happened on Whitestone location at 11:55am yesterday When I said this wasn't my drink order because it was just foam, they said yes it was, they had just cleaned the machine At 11:55am ??? 3/4 inch non iced liquid on bottom & rest of cup was foam Extremely disappointed as Mojo had always been the gold standard of coffee drinks excellence What had happened to this Texas hidden gem? read more

The service was awful. I ordered a drink with oat milk and when I pulled up I looked behind the person in the window to see someone in the back pouring oat milk and regular cow milk together. So I asked the person at the window that's I didn't want cow milk and she said it wasn't made that way, after telling her I am seeing the way my drink was made and she poured them both in the same cup, she went on to disagree with me (even tho she hadn't seen what I saw) and I just left. Mojo in all locations is going down hill. read more

First visit to this coffee shop. With no other cars in the lot the layout was confusing. Hard to maneuver getting into the lot earlier in the day so haven't tried this before. Mid afternoon so not busy and traffic not as heavy. Didn't find an area to place an order prior to getting to a pickup window. Ordered at the window 2 specialty coffees. Coconut milk latte and Andes Mint latte were both very tasty. Price point is similar to Starbucks for large drinks. Order taker offered a rewards card. Would go back occasionally. read more

I had a bad experience(super sweet syrups)with Mojo on FM 620, but we were in the area and was craving for some blended coffee and Mojo was close by, so decided to give it another try. Girl who took our order in drive thru and at the window we're both nice and welcoming. This time got there Mojo famous frappe, it was pretty decent, little bit on sweeter side but not overwhelming. If you don't like too much sweetness, don't add syrups to there frappe, as frappe by itself is sweet and adding syrups make it super duper sweet. read more

Going for a leisurely Sunday drive on the 29, which means at 100 MPH! I realized that I had t had my coffee for the day and really didn't want that Seattle based chain again. Saw a big sign, MOJO COFFEE! Yup, got my attention... nice drive thru and ordered a hot latte. The kid at the window was great! Very nice demeanor and friendly. Got my drink very quickly, and boy was it hot... had to let it cool for a minute, but that is ok. The latte was great! I will definitely be back read more

I've heard good feedback concerning Mojo for a while and decided to try them. Note: There is no inside seating or entry for patrons. You either have to order from a cell phone app or go through the drive-thru where an attendant will take your order. There is no intercom for ordering. There is a patio for customers but no public bathroom to my knowledge. The service was pedestrian at best. The young woman attempting to take my order indicated that all the syrups, etc. contain high fructose corn syrup. I don't believe she was listening to what I was saying. I would explain something fairly specifically and then be asked information that I had just communicated. I gave up and made an order for my cousin instead. When I picked up the drink at the window, it had no whipped cream as requested. The man who handed the drink to me asked me if it was supposed to have whipped cream on it and then took it back. He took the flat lid off and made a small pass over the top with whipped cream. This establishment, in my personal experience, leaves a bit to be desired. read more

Mojo to the rescue! When we moved here from Oregon, we had a hard time finding a good coffee place. We had to resort to Starbucks, and let's be honest; it's not good coffee AND it's a big careless corporation that I don't necessarily align with. But then, on the way to a job interview, I found exactly what my soul (and my mouth) had been missing. Their coffee is unique and consistent. Their staff are over the top friendly (if that's even possible), and it's a local business I'm so proud to support! Bonus: if you follow them on Instagram, they post some great specials. read more

My first cup of coffee was excellent I had small three shot late with extra room no foam ,, I mean they made my morning my first day in Austin Area , so that would've give stars . I went back the next day ( Starbucks is literally cross the street ) but I wanted to go back ,, my order was the same I drove away thinking I hit my coffee it was not it was awful they didn't add the extra shot it was foamy and filled to the rim . It ended up in the trash no coffee for me that day went the third day ( I am to be in Austin area for five days ) . The third day they handed me the same order in medium size cup and it exploded as the girl was handing it to me the guy looks at me he says would you like me to remake that for you ( of course I was speechless but you have no idea what kind of vocabulary was going through my mind that I went to spit out I didn't ) two stars is generous. I will say this to them consistency is the key for any business success you don't want your customers to guess if they will have a good experience depending on who is working that day , you've got to believe that customers expect that good experience every single time whether it's it's a cuppa coffee or a meal at Michelin star restaurants, so do not disappoint them. read more

I hate to write this review, because I've always been such a fan of Mojos and their coffee, but today was a terrible experience. I ordered my coffee online, with a pickup scheduled for 8:38 am. I arrived at 8:35, called for pickup, and waited 15 mins before calling again. After a second call, they said they would bring out my coffee shortly. I waited even longer and eventually left at 9 without coffee. I understand you guys are busy, but it's unacceptable to deprioritize online orders completely. I hope you guys can find a way to make this better for the future. read more

Traveling across the country one needs coffee along the way somedays more than others! Today was one of those days. So, I turn to Yelp for suggestions. Luckily, while searching a sign for coffee catches my eye and we U turn into the destination. No reviews yet but we are willing to give it a try... As soon as we walk in the door we are greeted by a group of cheerful ladies who are eager to guide us with suggestions. My Husband ordered a frozen chai and I went with an iced Milky Way. Chai was refreshing and spicy - just the way it should be. The Milky Way wasn't too sweet, coffee forward the way I like it and just enough sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth. Best of all the ladies in charge know what they're doing when it comes to making a coffee drink! Thank you Mojo Coffee Crew for getting us through today's drive! read more

I use to love this place when it first opened, I loathe Starbucks and will patron just about anywhere I can to avoid Starbucks. I love coffee and it is a huge treat for me, it's a "splurge" to go and buy a specialty drink so when I order one, I expect to taste more than watered down coffee and milk. I loved to order their snickers or Aloha with an extra shot or two so it isn't too sweet. The last 3 times I could hardly taste any coffee and all I could taste was milk. No sweetener whatsoever ever. I really enjoyed meeting the owner or manager before covid hit, he was super nice and had a great personality, I really wanted to love this place. I think having a bunch of high schoolers who put more effort into their conversations than their work is their biggest problem. Just like others have stated, you get ignored and can hear all of them conversing over each other. read more

Back then, my husband was not happy, you could not order coffee at the table, you had to go to the other side and get coffee and then bring to to the table if you wanted breakfast. Well, a LOT has changed with this place since then. #1...they will bring you what ever coffee you want to order, and they will pick up from next door and bring it to you (husband was happy about that). #2, they now serve lunch and dinner (*we didn't try that yet, but will be back to try that later). Now, Rebecca our server was so nice! She put up with my husband's "shanigans", as he always tries to joke about with everyone! He was hungry, so got the "Big Ol' Breakfast", which had your eggs, half a ham steak, sausage, bacon (Oh, sooo good) breakfast potatoes (could have been just a little more "crisped up), and pancakes!! He cleaned his plate!! LOL! I had (and did not realize until I read my last review, I had "half" of same I ordered before), the Benedict Sampler (where you can choose TWO of benedicts). I got the "Southwest Steak" (*which is what I had last time..LOL), ohhh soo good! If you like "Spicy"...get this...the green chiles and cilantro-lime sauce make this dish! I appreciate that this location is nice and roomy too with 7-8 tables inside plus a plush seating area and plenty of chairs, free WiFi, and seems like a comfortable space. And of course there's a drive-thru too if you're on the go. They have lots of options on the menu but I always tend to gravitate to the cold brew coffee with cream and 10 pumps of flavor these days while it's hot out. I absolutely love their orange, but today I tried the chocolate macadamia for variety and it was quite nice too.

The thing that stood out most to me about Black Rock Coffee Bar is their protein line. They basically can make any coffee with protein-boosted milk. On top of that, they even offer protein cold foam! As someone who lifts weights, this is very enticing. They have a convenient drive-through. The coffee itself (Protein Iced Mexican Mocha, with protein cold foam) was pretty good. Not too sweet and pretty subtle, which I like. Still, I can't help and compare it to one of my favorites -- the Iced Mexican Mocha from Human Bean down the road, which is superior, in my opinion. Their version is just more flavorful yet still subtle. Also, the blend here wasn't perfect -- I got bits of what seemed like wet protein powder. Just a few chunks but still noticeable. Finally, the thing that really soured me to this coffee shop was the service. It started off very friendly in the drive-through. Our order was read back to us, where we caught a sizing mistake. Then again, at the window, when the order was read back to us, we caught another error -- they didn't register our full request for a "Protein Iced Mexican Mocha, with protein cold foam on top." The first "protein" got lost somewhere along the way (we definitely said it -- it was the only reason we came here). We said the drink title as it appears on the online menu. The cashier seemed annoyed at us and just told the girl making the drink that "she wants it with protein-boosted milk." Then when it was finally ready, she just shoved it at us and said "here." I'm not asking for an apology, merely not to be made to feel like this was our mistake. Left me feeling unpleasant and like I have zero desire to return. Also, they never offered us a receipt. My recommendation: if you're ordering one of the protein coffees, emphasize that you want "protein-boosted milk". My understanding is that they are just adding protein powder to the milk in the drink. Even though the online menu labels the drinks as protein versions, this phrasing might help avoid confusion.

There is not a lot of parking on the street itself but there is a nearby lot that would be easier to manage getting a spot. I liked their almond croissant but the masala chai had too much milk and not enough chai. The decor is super cute, especially for the afternoon tea! We thoroughly enjoyed most of the spread except the texture and flavor of the macarons could use some improvement. The teapots had unlimited refills (I think?) and all the options sounded so good! It was about $30/person and I think that was more than fair. We saw a group with a couple of women and young girls with them who were also doing a tea party! It was so cute to see kids being able to enjoy this too :)

Was 35 minute drive to get here. This place is easy to find- though if you're not armed with a handicap placard that can get you a spot right out front- you should just park in the big open lot at the end of this street. Don't worry it's less than a block away. The service is chill and efficient. They'll warm up your pastry selection for you. If you can stay and enjoy things on a plate and in a mug, you won't regret it. I had the Brunch Pocket. Yes, just the name makes you want it, right!? It's a cheesy croissant with bacon, turkey, and egg inside! Uhhhh, YUMMY! It's a bit flaky though, so be prepared to make a mess. My beverage of choice today was the Silk Mocha Latte. I did it with Oat Milk and it was silky silky smoothness wrapped in whip cream heaven. There's a photo for your drooling pleasures. Check this place out for sure! Note: also on the menu Rainbow bagels (great for kids) they've got flavors of cream cheese to choose from too. Many laptops were opening and active highlighting Indeed Coffee as a destination for students and remote workers. Given that it was my first time visiting Indeed, my barista made some suggestions. The coffee was well-crafted, smooth, and balanced with attention to detail. The espresso flavor was bold and robust...memorable! TacoDeli also provides tacos to Indeed Coffee. I was super disappointed when I ordered a vegan taco with avocado, black bean and pico de gallo and was given a bean and cheese taco twice. Apparently, TacoDeli had put the wrong stickers on the taco. My money was refunded and I got a chocolate vegan croissant, which was most delicious. The woman taking my order was so nice, asked me how my day was going, if we had any plans for the rest of the day...and she actually sounded sincere like she WANTED to know, not like she was told to ask. Second: the food. I went at that weird time where it's maybe a little late for breakfast but not quite lunchtime yet. The Spinach and Feta Pretzel Melt seemed to fit the bill for this time of day, so I rolled with it. Let me pause to say this: my 7yo was in the car and wanted to try some of mine. Keep in mind this was SPINACH aka "green stuff". My child ate it. He ate so much of it that I had to fight to get half and then he asked when we could go back and get it again. So clearly the spinach and feta pretzel melt is magic. Third: the coffee!! I'm a fairly basic coffee person so initially ordered a hot latte, then decided to splurge and get some hazelnut syrup when the barista mentioned it. It was very good, a great temp, and not cloyingly sweet. I wish I had one right now to drink. All in all, I will be back! (And this time we will be getting 2 Spinach and Feta Pretzel Melts)

My first visit there was a mix up with my drink and when I drove up there was one car in the drive through and I waited 15 min for a latte. The manager was kind and corrected the drink order and refunded a portion. Today on my way to work I thought I would give it another try. I got a 1/8 moon latte and the drink tasted off. It wasn't as warm as usually (which I know I can ask for) but generally it isn't needed. The flavor pallet was off and as an espresso lover I got through three sips. I also got a sausage sandwich and blueberry scone. The sandwich I took one bit (granted I have never gotten before at any location) and it just felt so overly inauthentic I didn't finish it. I didn't expect and extraordinary flavor as it's fast food but Summer Moon in general has always been articulated well. The scone as well just didn't have the same freshness as other locations I frequent. I do think I may give the location more time to get settled as I have wanted a location closer to home and hope it helps.
