I've had my eye on this bake shop for a while and finally decided to give it a try! Firstly it was super cute inside and intimate. It also smelt delicious! When you walk in there's some tables but we decided to take it to go. THE COXINHAS WERE AMAZING! I honestly took small bites because I didn't want them to be gone. The sauce was also yummy. We had a Nutella doughnut and a sausage puff and those were great too! Reminder to order more than one coxinhas because you will FOR SURE want more

I came to this location last month for a sweet treat! I decided to use the 'toogoodtogo' app for the visit as it helps keep me regulated. This bake shop has so many goodies that its hard to control myself when here and using the app forces me to only get what has been preselected for me. In the surprise bag, I received a decadent layer cake. This Oreo cake is actually beyond decadent and if you love Oreos as much as I do, this is the cake for you. Filled with rich spongy chocolate and the buttercream is literally to die for! Three layers of tender, moist chocolate cake are stacked on top of one another, filled with thick layers of fluffy, buttercream. Something about all the cookies blitzed into the frosting on top is just transformative. The cookies on top add crunch and interest and depth to the cake. When viewing the cake from the side, the look the chocolate ganache drip is just EVA-RE-THANG! Aside from the cake, the shop is eclectic and every inch of the shop is filled with something interesting to see, from the chalkboard to the weathered shiplap and display case. The service here is efficient and everyone who works here seems to have a smile on their face like Elf "smiling's my favorite". The shop does have more than cake and sweet treats. Here consumers can find salads, quiche, coxinha (reminiscent of my favorite Sicilian treat, Arancini) and more. There's something here for everyone. #supportlocal

Small and pretty bistro with yummy pastries! They have a wide variety of options and they are sooo good both savory and sweet. Love their egg tarts, flaky and creamy without being eggy. They are a little pricey when you eat a lot like me, but I think it's worth it for the quality. Cappacello: It's lemonade with cold brew. Yes, it is a very acquired taste and yes, no one I know likes it but mannnn, I LOVE IT! lol It's so refreshing and the coffee taste blends really well with the tangy and sweet flavor of lemonade. They open early so best to come early to make sure you have many options since it runs out pretty fast. They have outdoor seating with nice decor and if you order hot food, they will bring it to you. Service is always nice and they have water for you as well. Love this place!

I love this local bakery. They participate in Too Good to Go, so none of their products go to waste at the end of the day. I have tried many of their products and have been impressed. My favorite item has been the double chocolate cupcake. Delicious! The oatmeal cookie sandwich was tasty, too. I enjoyed a peach turnover there once as well, and a raspberry filled donut. One disappointment was a scone. It tasted powdery. I think that was a one-off, though. I look forward to further patronizing this business.

Hidden away in Leander. They have amazing pastries and cakes. I usually get the Sonhos or Malasadas here. Small little bake shop with ton of outdoor seating. I would recommend coming early as they can get busy during the weekend. Service is great, they do their best to keep up with the long line. When I came today it was their 6th birthday. So if you go today (08/19) make sure to say Happy Birthday and you might get a little surprise. Also note there a few parking spot but it is mainly curb parking.

A hidden gem you must try! this is the cutest little bake shop with coffee and the most delicious looking pastries. A lot of gluten free options!

Go to for coffee, sweet or savory treats. I loved being served in a coffee cup. Both options are available. Limited seating inside. Always greeted with kindness and knowledge of the baked goods. Great spot in Leander, very quiet and peaceful..,

It had been a few years since I've been here but the staff is still just as friendly as before. They do have more sweet pastries than comfort pastries. I do remember buying quiches & empanadas before. The only thing I noticed was the seating arrangement seem like there's less than their was before. Other than that everything was great

It's a medium-sized venue, and there is a private room for small parties. I enjoyed being there, and I would recommend it for families, couples, or colleagues. With an open dining room, people-watching was also fun. I mean...the service is about as good as you can get anywhere! The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable (even willing to joke around). My favorite is the lamb, so they joked with me a bit. The Lamb Chops were better (that is gamier) than the Leg of Lamb. My wife doesn't care for the lamb, but she likes the other meat offerings plenty. When we asked for specific meats...they would bring them. Competitors' staff say they will bring something, but Bitelo's staff actually delivers! My only feedback is that they didn't proactively offer to change out my dirty plate (which was quickly being overrun by lamb shop bones). Let's talk about the salad bar (which we always enjoy at a Brazilian Steakhouse). While others host larger selections, Bitelo hits all the high notes, and fewer offerings actually make it more perfect for us. The bite-sized cheese breads are AMAZING, however, I do prefer the Polenta that other places will serve over the mashed potatoes. Highly recommended!

For one, this place is hella chaotic. Maybe it's just because it's a holiday but the waiters were stressed, people were squeezing between tables to get to the salad bar, waiters taking meat to different tables, and at one point I had two waiters talking to me at once and I genuinely don't think they knew it. It was a lot. And my husband chose the early time so we could get brunch, but it was not very brunchy at all. He asked several different waiters about getting some eggs, which are supposed to already be on the buffet but were not. He was finally able to get some but it was chaotic trying to ascertain whether or not they did, indeed, have eggs. I also had a weird moment where the waiter told me they didn't have oat milk, though it was also on the menu. The food wasn't bad but it was not as good quality as we would've expected for a $100 meal. Then we went to pay with the gift card and were told it couldn't be used because it was a weekend. The fine print says it can't be used Thurs through Sunday, for drinks, for dessert, or for gratuity. And that was the whole reason we tried it, but we couldn't use it. And we don't really want to go back.

Skewers - these were pretty good with a nice grilled flavor. I loved the texture. Escondidinho de carne - this is a really good dish with ground beef that doesn't have many veggies like the Irish version, but still very good. The visit was not without a miscues though. I asked the waitress for an extra plate when she brought the entree out, but she never returned. Then, at the end, I finished my meal and nobody was coming to my table to give me my ticket. For many of us, it was our first time, and the excitement was high. We kicked things off with wine, espresso martinis, and margaritas--great choices all around. We've…read moreeaten at Fogo more times than I can count, but last night was by far the worst experience we've ever had. We were seated at the table furthest from the kitchen, and it became obvious very quickly that all the prime cuts -- picanha, ribeye, filet -- were being delivered almost exclusively to the tables closest to the kitchen. Meanwhile, our table kept getting the same rotation of chicken, sausage, and filler sides like garlic mashed potatoes and platanos. Chimichurri didn't even arrive until mid‑meal, and when it finally did, it was extremely underwhelming. It tasted like it was made with neutral oil and possibly rehydrated herbs -- no freshness, no acidity, no flavor. Drinks were scarce the entire night. At one point I was ready to walk to the 7‑Eleven down the street just to get lemonades for the grandkids which tells you everything about how poor the service flow was. For a table of ten, the experience should have been smooth, attentive, and consistent. Instead, it felt like we were being intentionally bypassed for the premium cuts while being pushed heavy sides and low‑cost meats. To their credit, the manager comped all desserts and removed $130 from the bill, but the gesture didn't erase the fact that the overall experience was a complete disappointment -- especially for a place we've supported for years. I hope this was an off night, but based on what we experienced, it's hard to justify returning anytime soon. When you make your reservations, you may want to request a table closest to the kitchen to ensure you are properly served and not forced on Chicken and filler sides.

The interior is nice and refined with a well trained and very professional waitstaff. We went around 5pm on a Tuesday so it wasn't busy at all which is nice because there was almost zero wait between being seated and being able to get started eating. To prep for the meat course we got a number of things from Mac and cheese, bread, tuna salad, potato salad, and pasta. The spread on the bar there is pretty impressive and boasts a good mix or greens, carbs, and more. For drinks we opted for water and got an espresso martini, which was fantastic, maybe the best espresso martini we've had. Lightly sweet and chilled with a very small bit of alcohol taste behind it, absolutely unreal. Soon after, the meat course began. We ate multiple kinds of meats so here's the breakdown: Garlic steak - easily top 3, rich and garlicky with a nice chew Bacon wrapped chicken - it was alright, the bacon took a bit away from the chicken Pincanha - another top 3, perfectly salted and cooked, every bite was fantastic Beef bottom cut - probably wrongly named but this cut was fantastic, rounding out the top 3 Bacon wrapped filet mignon - excellent in theory, the bacon takes away from the filet though, so meh Spicy sirloin - pretty spicy, good meat texture but some bites you felt more heat than flavor Throughout the meal they also bring out fried banana and mashed potatoes as sides. By meals end we had such a great experience. From top to bottom, from service to food, all was fantastic. For the price of $65 a person (drinks not included), we think this is such a great value for anyone looking for an AYCE experience while not sacrificing on setting.
