They have different options, from the full experience to an executive one, which is what we chose (with about 8-9 types of unlimited meat). The salad bar is amazing and everything was super fresh. They brought us pão de queijo (the famous Brazilian cheese bread) and some fried yuca to start. Then they came around with the different meats and EVERY single one was delicious, perfectly cooked, juicy and seasoned just right. They even had grilled pineapple, which I loved. We ordered caipirinhas and they were the best I've ever had so far in Austin. The passion fruit one was incredible. This place definitely stole my heart. They even surprised my mom with a complimentary dessert for her birthday. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was amazing. I'd 100% come back!

If you remember Fogo from like 10-15 years ago? This is like 150x better than that. Charcoal pit so you get that perfect crust on the meats. Salad bar was amazing. The service is as excellent as the food. The staff is attentive and work together to take care of you. If you know the difference between cooked on charcoal and just a gas flame... well let's put it this way if you know you know, and appreciate. Oh right and the cooked pineapple is like candy I do not have a single complaint or anything they could improve on from beginning to end. Wish I had pics but too busy stuffing my face since they literally brought cuts back to back

We ordered another this time Caipirinha de Morango. Was good just too sweet for us. Classic all the way. We decided the best way to try their food was to have a Sample Platter app and to share our entrees so that's what we did. I ordered the Picanha Steak Med and when they set it down the waiter said this is Med-well and we are getting you a new one. We cut into the steak and it was just a little over done. We tried to tell him not to worry but they brought us a new one. Was awesome. She order the Frango à Parmegiana was very tasty and not like your normal tomato based sauce. The item that stole the show was the Feijoada, we got it as a side and it was incredible. My wife has been telling everyone about the Feijoada. We decided to go here for our Anniversary and we had a good experience, we will be back.

Luckily, they were able to seat me anyway. This is a casual restaurant with a full bar. I was going to eat 4 times today, and needed to pick something light, but ended up with the escondidinho de carne, a shepherds pie like dish, chicken skewers and a dragonfruit caparinha. Cocktail- served in a lowball and looked great upon presentation. This tasted pretty good, but ended up being so small with a lot of ice, unfortunately. Skewers - these were pretty good with a nice grilled flavor. I loved the texture. Escondidinho de carne - this is a really good dish with ground beef that doesn't have many veggies like the Irish version, but still very good. The visit was not without a miscues though. I asked the waitress for an extra plate when she brought the entree out, but she never returned. Then, at the end, I finished my meal and nobody was coming to my table to give me my ticket. I had other places to be so I had to walk to the register and ask for my bill. Another person at the bar, who I had never seen come to my table, prepared the bill so I could pay. This was a little bit awkward and just seemed like the employees were flustered due to the holiday or something and just forgot about me entirely. If I ever return, I will have to come back and try the steak on my next visit. It looked really good!

It's a medium-sized venue, and there is a private room for small parties. I enjoyed being there, and I would recommend it for families, couples, or colleagues. With an open dining room, people-watching was also fun. I mean...the service is about as good as you can get anywhere! The staff is friendly, attentive, and personable (even willing to joke around). My favorite is the lamb, so they joked with me a bit. The Lamb Chops were better (that is gamier) than the Leg of Lamb. My wife doesn't care for the lamb, but she likes the other meat offerings plenty. When we asked for specific meats...they would bring them. Competitors' staff say they will bring something, but Bitelo's staff actually delivers! My only feedback is that they didn't proactively offer to change out my dirty plate (which was quickly being overrun by lamb shop bones). Let's talk about the salad bar (which we always enjoy at a Brazilian Steakhouse). While others host larger selections, Bitelo hits all the high notes, and fewer offerings actually make it more perfect for us. The bite-sized cheese breads are AMAZING, however, I do prefer the Polenta that other places will serve over the mashed potatoes. Highly recommended!

I even brought my own alcohol free wine and they graciously let me enjoy it with dinner--no side eye, no drama. I went with a friend on a high protein mission, and this place delivered exactly the kind of meat forward enthusiasm he was hoping for. The bottom sirloin and their house specialty (basically its delicious cousin) were the clear standouts--tender, flavorful, and very much worth the trip. They were fairly busy, which honestly made me happy. There's something satisfying about seeing a small restaurant thriving, especially one that's doing things well. It feels like cheering for the hometown team and watching them win.
