    Maccheroni Creamy Sausage and Mushrooms
    Marsha C.

Check my coworkers here and they all loved it. Stuff is very friendly and food comes out quickly. The inside is like a bright and vibrant. We got a little bit of everything and shared it family style. Our favorites were the lasagna and the creamy mushroom sausage macaroni. The pistachio and lemon desserts were also very good.

This is one of several food trucks in a small park area. We ordered the carbonara pasta, spaghetti with clams, and bruschetta. One of the carbonaras was forgotten, so we had to wait for it. The presentation was nice, but the food itself was disappointing. The carbonara was extremely salty, and the spaghetti with clams wasn't cooked properly--the pasta was hard, not al dente. Overall, we left feeling very disappointed.

It was so good, I got it two days in a row. Al dente pasta that is cooked correctly and doesn't stick in your teeth! Amazing flavors that I've been missing since I've moved to Austin from Chicago!

The best comfort food! I checked this place out with a group friends and it was delicious. The owner of the food truck was so kind and offered a variety of dishes to try. I ordered the gnocchi with Gorgonzola and walnuts. It was the perfect combination of savory and sweet. My friends ordered the truffle mushroom and mushroom macaroni. I tried theirs and they were also amazing. We also tried a variety of desserts and they did not disappoint!

One of my favourite Italian for truck restaurants in Austin. They offer a variety of pasta choices and my favour and is definitely the penne - it is really creamy and full of flavour. We order the pistachio ricotta for the dessert - topping off with some cream and real pistachios, I love that it is not very sweet. We ordered the food to go into my surprise is still taste really good after a while. The only downside is it might take a while for the food to get ready, and we were waiting there for 30 minutes around dinner time. Additionally, the portion is not very big and I wish that they can over a size up option. I highly recommend trying it if you are in the area. They have an actual restaurant up north if you want to dine in.

I absolutely LOVED Artipasta. They have so many different noodle and sauce options it's endless. I recommend getting multiple dishes are sharing if you can. We ended up waiting over 45 min and it was very busy the night we went so I would recommend ordering ahead or being prepared for the wait. The atmosphere is very cute being surrounded by other food trucks as well.

    Tiramisu

Great food! Super cozy vibe and helpful staff. The portions were a little small (great for me, I don't eat a lot, but my partner was still hungry after) I got the tagliatelle shrimp and lemon it was very yummy! I've never tried tagliatelle better, the noodles were firmer than I expected. The sauces was spectacular, well balanced. My partner got a sausage and broccoli pasta dish which was also fantastic. We ended the night with a slice of tiramisu, I thought it would be overly sweet with the chocolate drizzle and chocolate chips but it was actually not. The extra chocolate was dark chocolate and I normally don't like chocolate chips like that but it liked this extra texture. Wish there wasn't a chocolate drizzle on it, however! That's just my personal preference I feel like it's perfect without it:) Food: 8.5/10 Ambience: 3/5 Service: 4/5

The pasta is always so good and fresh! I got the tagliatelle with house meat sauce and the macheroni with sausage and mushrooms. Both were creamy, saucy, and flavorful. Portion sizes are great! Just place your order at the window, grab a beeper, and have a seat until your order is ready. Throughout the day parking can be hard to find at the food truck park and when it's really busy, it's hard to find a place to sit and eat too, so usually I try to take everything to go!

The service was very friendly and I liked that they give you a little buzzer so you know when your food is ready. A littttttle pricey for a food truck but nonetheless the pastas were rich and tasty. I was nervous about the Gorgonzola sauce because sometimes I find it too strong of a flavor but it was a mild and pleasant flavor. There was live music playing at this food truck park which made waiting for the food even easier. I wish there area was a more well lit to make sitting there and eating a bit more enticing.

It was just my partner and me, we ordered the shrimp and chicken Alfredo along with the toasted ravioli--both were phenomenal. While we were there, we heard a few customers complaining about the wait, but we also overheard the owner explaining that everything is made fresh to order. Knowing that, we expected it might take a little longer and waited in the car. After a bit, I went to check on our order, but before I could even say anything, she immediately apologized and explained that she had run out of Alfredo sauce and was making a fresh batch for us. I was completely fine with that and super sweet to her after, who wouldn't want fresh sauce? But what really stood out was what she did after. Not only did she personally bring the food out to our car, but she also included extra bread and a sweet treat to make up for the wait. That level of kindness and care is rare. I'm local to Austin, and I can confidently say this place is worth going out of your way for. After the taco appetizer, we ordered gnocchi pomodoro and the casarecce with basil pesto and tomatoes from Artipasta with tiramisu for dessert. The pesto was good, but lacking in flavor a bit.
