Inside - The photo depicts the interior of a restaurant with a counter and kitchen area separated by a glass partition. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and shelves, with a person working behind the counter. In the foreground, there is a wooden table with a colorful patterned surface, two red chairs, and a small sign with a QR code. Decorative hanging elements are visible above the counter, and the overall setting appears clean and modern.

This is a small restaurant located on the first floor of Barton Creek Square. Staff is friendly and explained how to order. You can customize the bowl by size, pasta type, sauce, protein and toppings. The rigatoni with poblano sauce and chicken I got was good! I like heavy cream, so it was an enjoyable meal for me but I don't think it's symbolic of traditional Italian pasta dishes. It kinda tasted like enchiladas. My husband got the beet rotini (this was interesting!) with meat sauce and bacon. The first bites were ok, but surprisingly gets better the more you eat it. I like how both pastas are served hot! It's a good stop for when you're hungry after walking around the mall but not necessarily a place I would go out of my way for to try.

Handcrafted pasta? Hold my shopping bags! This spot is a great addition to the mall. I love all of the options on the menu. The employees were kind and explained the process. Taking my order went smoothly. I got the rotini with meat sauce and mushroom. I also ordered a bread stick. My pasta was so tasty and a good quantity to be a medium. I loved the meat sauce as well. The bread stick was fresh! It was so warm and full of flavor. My meal was so comforting ! I will definitely go again.

This is such a small, adorable little restaurant with a charming Italian feel. From the moment I walked in, I loved the cozy atmosphere. I ordered the tortellini with a salad, and everything was absolutely delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked -- not overdone at all -- with just the right texture and consistency. The Parmesan cheese blended beautifully and added such a rich, wonderful flavor. It was flavorful, perfectly cheesy, and incredibly satisfying. Children would absolutely love this dish as well because it's so comforting and full of flavor. The salad was fresh and vibrant with carrots, tomatoes, and kale -- very healthy and crisp. It complemented the pasta perfectly. When I arrived, it wasn't very busy, so I was able to order right away. The food came out within about 15 minutes, which was great service. They also have beet pasta (which I highly recommend!). It was delicious and something a little different -- such a nice touch. Overall, I truly enjoyed my meal and will definitely be coming back.

Large bowl - The image shows a large paper bowl filled with chicken salad, topped with yellow corn kernels and chopped chicken pieces. The bowl is on a white surface, and a clear plastic lid is positioned behind it. The setting appears to be a casual dining or takeout environment, with some plastic wrapping visible in the background.

Pastissimo is a clutch food truck option on UT campus. It is super convenient and honestly offers great food for a very reasonable price, which is exactly what you want as a student. I got the large bowl of pasta with poblano sauce and added chicken. The large bowl was actually pretty filling and easily enough for a solid meal. Adding chicken was only an extra dollar, which is a steal, and they definitely do not skimp on toppings. Everything felt generous and worth the money. The poblano sauce had good flavor and paired really well with the chicken. Nothing fancy, but very satisfying and comforting. Service was fast, which is huge when you are between classes.

The image features two bowls of pasta placed on a wooden surface. The top bowl contains pasta with a creamy sauce and is topped with cooked bacon bits. The bottom bowl has pasta with a tomato-based sauce, garnished with breadcrumbs. Both bowls are filled with different pasta dishes, showcasing distinct toppings and sauces.

If you're looking for a filling meal that is nutritious and won't break the bank you found the right place, and not to mention it's delicious! The pasta is homemade in house every day, you can watch it as you order. They have many options for pasta shapes, sauces, toppings, and proteins. I got a size medium which was filling and gave me lunch for the next day! We ordered the beet pink rotini, and per the recommendation of the staff tried the meat sauce on one pasta and the poblano on another with bacon and parm toppings. The pasta was delectable. I can't decide which I liked more because they were both so unique. The poblano wasn't a spicy pepper taste like you'd imagine but so luscious creamy and had the perfect hint of pepper without the heat. The meat sauce was hearty and filling, made with a hint of wine which definitely comes through but was incredible. They have a variety of toppings and protein options and cost of a pasta is anywhere from $3-10 depending on your toppings and portion size. The staff is very friendly, approachable, and quick to get food out. We had our meal within 5 minutes and they checked to make sure everything was tasting good. Can't think of a better location next to the AMC, next time you need a late night bite after a movie this should be your go to. Thank you to the staff for the wonderful meal and company.

    Cool table pieces!

Neat pasta spot! Super cool concept - build your own pasta adventure/bowl. My favorite part is that they make their pasta fresh and it looks like in house. I got to watch them cut fresh spaghetti noodles out of the machine. Good price point and quick. They're located just next to the AMC movie theater inside Barton Creek Mall. I'm assuming the person who helped us must have been the owner or mgr, but she did a great job explaining the process. It's a small space to eat in with about 3 tables with cool decor in the tables. There's some tables right outside their doors as well. I like the quick service and options. It's a nice spot for quick fresh pasta, made the way you want it. Pasta was quite delicious as well, even after sitting in the to-go container for our drive back home up north. Wish the location was more convenient, as we live up north. But great food option if you're inside the mall and don't want to eat at the food court or quick meal before your movie!

Store sign - The image depicts the entrance to a restaurant named 'Wississipi,' with a visible illuminated sign above the doorway. Inside, a staff member is working behind a counter, with kitchen equipment and a glass partition separating the dining area from the kitchen. The interior has a contemporary design with neutral-colored walls, ceiling lights, and a tiled counter. The overall scene suggests a casual dining environment.

First time here was great they just opened. Food was good got something classic to try rotini with marinara and parm. The fresh pasta has a nice bite and the sauce was flavorful. The staff was nice and the cashier was helpful and sweet. We will be getting this after every movie we watch at the mall.

Rotini, vodka sauce and broccoli - A white bowl contains cooked rotini pasta topped with tomato sauce and fresh broccoli florets. The bowl is set on a dark wooden table. To the right of the bowl, there is a white plastic fork and a small box of assorted candies labeled 'Be My Elite' with a heart-shaped window. The image captures a meal presentation with a focus on the pasta dish and accompanying items.

After giving our keys away we walked into what is a beautiful outside area at Juliet's. It's a nice mix of feeling like you're in downtown Austin but also not. We went inside to request two seats outside and this is unfortunately where everything fell apart. After being seated all the way at the very corner of the restaurant near the entrance, we didn't receive water for 15 minutes. In fact, we had to ask for water, as well as silverware, from a person who was cleaning a table- not a waiter. We didn't order until about 30 minutes after being seated. We noticed that others around us who were dressed nicer for the occasion were receiving service but we were not (jeans and a nice top as opposed to a dressy outfit). This is less of an accusation and more of an observation. It took another waiter noticing that we had not been served to come over and take our order, and that was 5 minutes after we had to flag down a busser to ask for water. The flip side of that whole first part is that the food was pretty good. We got complimentary table bread (after we asked for it since it never came before our main meal) that was soft and went well with the olive oil it came with. For our entrees we got the shrimp scampi and chicken parm. The shrimp scampi was fantastic and light with creamy and bold flavors in-between. The chicken parm was maybe the largest chicken cutlet we've seen given out at a restaurant. Not only was the cutlet massive but it was delicious as well with a nice, light breading and cheese on top. The spaghetti alongside it was a nice touch but this was a true chicken parm entree as it should be. We were offered a complimentary dessert as an apology for the miscues before we ate but turned it down (still good of them to offer). Leaving was easy as the valet was very attentive and quick to get our car. We wish we could say our time at Juliet's was perfect because the setting and food are very nice and a fun change of pace from the surrounding blocks. However, it's difficult to overlook the mistakes made from the jump. We noticed that another table next to us was also experiencing bad service and looked unhappy enough to leave in the middle of their meal/ We're always open to having good food again so hopefully the next time we're here things are different. Just an unfortunate bittersweet taste to what otherwise would have been a fantastic meal.

It's not really a 'nice' date place but the food is really excellent. I always get the eggplant parmesan. The best in town. Very light on the bread crumbs, super high in eggplant tastiness. The marinara is very good. My wife usually gets the spahetti with Italian sausuage, which is always good. The insalata mista is very nice with the house vinaigrette and plenty for two to share. The complementary focaccia is delicious. The desserts are great. I like the cookies, especially the pignolini, and the cannoli are very good. My wife always gets gelato, especially stracciatella, when they have it. The prices are reasonable, probably higher than you'd expect for counter service, but worth it for the food quality. Staff is always friendly and attentive. It gets really crowded so be prepared to wait. It's worth it.

This restaurant has you placed your orders at the register and they are brought out to you from the kitchen by staff. They have a pretty varied selection of Italian dishes on the menu. Started with the bruschetta and had chicken piccata for the main entrée. The bruschetta was excellent. It was crispy and the tomatoes were very flavorful. The bread itself could've been sliced a bit thinner but overall it was very well done. The chicken piccata had a bright lemon flavor that was enhanced with the capers. The chicken was accompanied by fresh pasta laden with butter and Parmesan cheese. All in all it was a satisfying experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommend recommended.

Not too busy / crowded when we got to the Domain. Our server was very sweet and very attentive. She went over the menu and presented us with a smaller menu that had revisions and specials not on the regular menu. We started off with 2 cocktails - Passione & Breakfast Mule with the Heirloom Tomato & Burrata plate. The Passione was light and refreshing, alcohol not to overpowering. The same for the Breakfast Mule. Both cocktails went well with our appetizer and brunch meals. We ordered the Tuscan Hash with Braised Short Rib, Pollo Fritto, Americano & Breakfast Rosa. We each ordered and shared a few bites to taste. The Tuscan Hash with Braised Short rib and the short rib was cooked to perfection and blended well with the poached egg and hash. The Pollo Fritto was cooked well, however my son wasn't a fan of the sauce. He ate it anyways and said overall was good but not great because of the sauce. I ordered the Americano with prosciutto and it was too good that nothing else was left on the plate. My daughter had the Breakfast Rosa pizza, flavor was great, sauce & meats were evenly spread with 2 eggs to top it off. To finish off our brunch, we each had an espresso, tiramisu and strawberry sorbet. Dessert and coffee were great as well. We went home happy & full.

As it turns out the coupon was only good during the week and it was Saturday. No big deal. I ordered a Meatball Sandwich, my friend an Italian Sandwich (after asking our excellent young waitress about it). She brought out two very tasty types of bread with olive oil for dipping. The sandwiches came with Garlic Fries. The Fries were delicious but unfortunately mine were lukewarm. I certainly could have asked for a fresh portion, but was hungry enough not to bother. That's the reason my rating wasn't 5 Star. Because the restaurant was pretty empty on this Saturday afternoon, I feel the Chef shouldn't have sent out fries that weren't piping hot. The Meatball Sandwich however was marvelous. Freshly made, tasty meatballs with sauce and cheese on their focaccia bread was a real treat. I took half home and ate the rest for dinner. All in all, I'd come back here again as the food was excellent as well as the service.
