The customer service was warm, funny, and incredibly efficient. The setting was uniquely charming--but the BBQ? Absolutely moist and tender! I ordered the Prime Brisket, Spare Ribs, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, and, on a whim, the Barbacoa taco, which turned out to be incredibly savory. The tortillas were bursting with flavor and paired perfectly with the brisket. The meat itself tasted fresh and of premium quality. The Burnt Ends and Brisket were definite standouts, while the ribs were delightfully juicy. To top it all off, the prices were just right!
