I miss going to Brazilian cafes when I lived in the LA area. There aren't many in Houston sadly. I visited on a holiday and didn't have reservations. Luckily, they were able to seat me anyway. This is a casual restaurant with a full bar. I was going to eat 4 times today, and needed to pick something light, but ended up with the escondidinho de carne, a shepherds pie like dish, chicken skewers and a dragonfruit caparinha. Cocktail- served in a lowball and looked great upon presentation. This tasted pretty good, but ended up being so small with a lot of ice, unfortunately. Skewers - these were pretty good with a nice grilled flavor. I loved the texture. Escondidinho de carne - this is a really good dish with ground beef that doesn't have many veggies like the Irish version, but still very good. The visit was not without a miscues though. I asked the waitress for an extra plate when she brought the entree out, but she never returned. Then, at the end, I finished my meal and nobody was coming to my table to give me my ticket. I had other places to be so I had to walk to the register and ask for my bill. Another person at the bar, who I had never seen come to my table, prepared the bill so I could pay. This was a little bit awkward and just seemed like the employees were flustered due to the holiday or something and just forgot about me entirely. If I ever return, I will have to come back and try the steak on my next visit. It looked really good!

Service was really great. Interior is nice. Overall not my favorite meal. It was very salty and also very dry all in one. Disappointed to say the least.

We live in the area and had been wanting to check it out so we did a few weeks ago, at a weird meal time on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't crowded but does seem to be at peak times and we were seated immediately. I got a Roy Rogers to drink and she got a water but in the future, I'd like to try one of their mixed drinks. The Roy Rogers was decent but probably needed more grenadine. We decided the best way to try their food was to do a few different apps and share an entree so that's what we did. To start, we shared the coxinha and also the bolinhas. One of us preferred one of them whereas the other person did the other but they were both decent. For an entree, we got the Feijoada and the waiter advised us to get the greens for the side, which wouldn't be my typical choice but boy, was he right. The greens had such great flavor and made a great compliment when eaten with the Feijoada. Overall, nothing but positive things to say.

The location is gorgeous, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. It's bright and inviting. Our server was very attentive. The appetizer was interesting, and we enjoyed it. They didn't have the Brazilian cheese bread we were both craving. It turns out they only serve that earlier in the day. My friend enjoyed her steak with all the sides, and she said it was delicious. I had a picanha steak with mandioca frita (fried cassava). With avoiding onion and garlic, my options were limited. My food was well cooked and delicious. I would definitely try this place if you don't have crazy dietary restrictions like I do.

Me: if you could eat anything tonight what would you choose? Friend: Authentic Brazilian food...I know a place I'm so glad that we got to check this place out because it did NOT disappoint!! The service from the time I walked and asked if they could seat a party of 6-7 for a small celebration without hesitation they said inside or out. The service was 10/10!! From answering all of our questions, to checking on us consistently throughout the night, making sure we enjoyed every dish and drink. The space is cute and also clean. The decor is modern with pop of color (green) it's not too much but also calming. Now for the food...EVERYTHING we tried was absolutely amazing!! My steak was so tender, full of flavor and not dry. The sides were def the cherry on top. I didn't even get pictures of everything we ordered but it was all so tasty. Then came the desserts and usually I don't even order desserts because when the food is good I leave nothing and have no room. Idk how I managed to try each one and they were so delicious. I will def be back adding this to my regulars. Thank you for a wonderful night helping us celebrate a colleague.

Very nice atmosphere. Family friendly. They brought out purse hooks as we sat down. I love that someone really considered some pain point for women diners. Staff was warm and welcoming. Anna our server was bubbly and offered great recommendations. Food was tasty. I went with chicken parm. My sister had the beef stroganoff. Both were yummy. Star of the show was the chicken appetizer with a green garlicky dip. Chef's kiss! We'll definitely be back. They offer a Sunday brunch and live Brazilian music in the evening.

Cashew juice. Not from the nut, but from the fruit. Very delicious.

I keep returning to this hidden gem in Round Rock. They serve breakfast until 5 PM. They have a very unique menu and a great outdoor patio with live entertainment on Saturday night. I had lunch there Wednesday with the Lunch Bunch. I ordered a skewer of roasted picanha. It was perfectly grilled and very tender, and an order of their bread and butter, which is unique. It's more like a roll but perfectly toasted. I also ordered a fried egg and a roll, but they didn't bring it until my meal was almost completely finished. It turned out to be an egg sandwich, which is not how it was described on the menu. Nevertheless, it was also very good! I do hope it survives as it's one of my favorite places in Round Rock. We need to support Torresbee. Give it a try!

Fantastic little restaurant in a busy shopping center shared with Randall's. There are many things on the menu, but we tried the pizza. Brazilian style pizza must be mostly about the cheese. Our Pizza de Calabresa Acebolada was like a cheese overload--and this wasn't even their cheesiest pizza. Not that I mind cheese--I love it. But this was super-duper-over-the-top cheesy. Bear that in mind when you order and ask your wait staff. Our friends that we dined with got other dishes due to dietary constraints. At some point their side of the table was filled with what seemed like 15 small plates and bowls. It all looked good, but the serving sizes seemed diminutive. The ambiance is modern and a bit flashy in terms of graphics, but the main dining room is reasonably quiet. There is a large patio outside with lots of seating when the weather cooperates. Our service was provided by a kind young lady. There may have been a bit of language barrier in describing dishes we were unfamiliar with, but it worked out in the end and our orders were correct the first time. Our waitress provided excellent service to us. Will I come back again for the pizza? Absolutely! But we might try another that has less cheese. Highly recommended.

Ok. I saw this place a couple of days ago, when I arrived I thought like meah. But one thing change my perspective, it is the most traditional Brazilian Breakfast, nothing like fogo or casa do Brazil none of that, this is so authentic that Everyone in the place was full on speaking Portuguese. I Loved it brunch was small but there you pay for quality, the fried items Not grease at all Service was awesome everyone that help, guess what yup From Brazil. Ambiance was a little bit of Copa Cabana. So if you want something on the price up side and good quality great place GO THERE and you will be saying ; "Esta comida é como o futebol deles -- o melhor do mundo. Muito obrigado!" From Chile to Texas and to Brazil, Loved it.

Loved TorresBee! Having worked in Brazil for several years, I have yet to see any good Brazilian restaurants in the area (outside of the steakhouses). First thing I noticed was a lot of spoken Portuguese, which definitely created a Brazil vibe. I got the Feijoada entree which included Farofa (usually toasted cassava) which took me right back to Brazil! I never had Feijoada in Brazil, but when I had it here, the flavors certainly reminded me other dishes in the past (especially the black beans). Really happy with the presentation and flavors. We also got the infamous cheesy bread (Pao de Queijo) which is baked to order so it showed up mid meal (our server did inform us about the timing which was fine). Another delicious item. We didn't do any dessert as our bellies have a limited capacity, but the desserts looked incredible (pictured). We are looking forward to returning and trying some other menu items and hopefully some dessert. Oh and service was superb! Thanks Ana C!

This place was recommended to my husband by his dentist who is Brazilian. The food here is delicious and they have such a wide variety of options. The restaurant itself is very large, spacious and clean. Kind of like an upscale sports bar. They have a beautiful dessert counter and freezers where they offer frozen options of some of their foods available for purchase. Now I will say that for lunch, the entrees can add up, so I wouldn't consider it a regular lunch place in my price range. However, the last time I came here, I came with a group and we wanted to taste more things so we each ordered a few appetizers. They were very filling and it was a great way to get a sampling of the menu. My favorites were the Coxinhas and the Dadinho de Tapioca. As an entree, I had the Picanha, which was cooked well and I liked that it came with several sides such as rice, beans and a veggie mix. They came in their own bowls which they explained is a traditional way for food to be served in Brazil. This place also offers amazing desserts! My favorites were the coconut ones called Beijinhos. There is such an incredible variety of food that I do want to go back and try it all - especially the breakfast!

Stopped in during the evening when there was live music on the patio. I ordered pastries to go from the dessert case. They looked fantastic in the case! They looked fantastic boxed up and they looked fantastic when I got them home. Very elevated looking desserts. I got the Brigadeiro, pudim, sonho de pistache, camafeu de pistache. The employee assured me that the pistachio didn't have any almond and he was right! They tasted authentic and delicious and I would love to get the sonho again as the bread/pastry was sooo good. I was not as impressed with the pudim as it isn't as good as some of the flan I've had before. Prices reflect the quality as some of the items are over $10. I would like to try their savory/entrees in the future as I was very impressed with the quality of the desserts and the cleanliness and look of the restaurant.

I asked Nick if we were still okay, and it wasn't one of those fake "yeah, you're fine" answers. They welcomed us in, took our order, and went right to work like it was any other time of day. That's what stood out to me. There wasn't a shortcut taken because it was close to closing. They didn't grab slices that had been sitting around. They made them the way they're supposed to be made. Crispy pepperoni, bubbling cheese, perfect crust... exactly what you'd expect from a place that takes pride in what they serve. At the end of the day, cooking great pizza is what they're supposed to do. The difference is that 600° does it with the same care at 9:30 at night as they do at lunchtime, and that's rare. Huge shout-out to Nick and the team. Great people, great pizza, and absolutely worth the drive every single time. Tue vibe is so chill !! I love it!!

Thoughts on food - The buffalo chicken tasted less like well buffalo chicken (what I'd imagine more on a wing sauce) and more just like a chicken pizza. I'm not sure how to describe it but I think the sauce missed the mark for me. The Margherita was good, I am a veggie lover so I just wish there were more tomato's and herbs on that side, otherwise it could be a bit dry. The Greek salad was a great veggie item to split, and the tiramisu is better than what you'd get at HEB but I wouldn't put it number 1 on my list either. I wish I had solid pieces of lady fingers in each bite. I'm uncertain given the influx of pizza options in the area if I'd order a whole pie myself, I'm open to trying the slices.

Nailed the texture there (at least for me). The toppings were great too. The pepperoni did that little cup thing that it does when it curls up. Love that. This time we tried a few different items including the Hunter Beef Sandwich, Club Sandwich, and a large pizza half BBQ Chicken and half Gyros. The Hunter Beef Sandwich was packed with flavor and layered generously with tender beef and fresh toppings, all served on soft, fresh bread. The Club Sandwich was a classic done right--stacked high with chicken, egg, crisp veggies, and creamy sauce, making it hearty and satisfying. For the pizza, we went with a half-and-half option. The BBQ Chicken side had smoky BBQ flavor with juicy chicken and melted cheese, while the Gyros side was loaded with gyro meat, veggies, and a creamy drizzle that tied everything together perfectly. The crust was nicely baked with a great balance of crisp and soft. Everything paired perfectly with their seasoned fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned. If you're in the Round Rock / Austin area, this is definitely a spot worth checking out. Consistently great food and a place I'll keep coming back to.

Promise Pizza definitely does deliver when it comes to how much you get for how much you spend. I do recommend calling in your order if you don't want to wait a lengthy period of time. However, it looked like the customers didn't mind and I even witnessed some conversations between the owners (workers?) and customers. The atmosphere inside of the facility was nice as well. When we found out, we rushed over for a Father's day meal. The atmosphere was pretty cool, interesting pictures on the walls, someone put a lot of effort, time and thought into the decorating of this establishment. All men running the joint, we told the guy who took our order(who was very nice), it was our first time here. They have been in business for 16 years(not at this location)! So lets get down to the food. My Husband ordered the two dog combo, one a Chicago dog, another a sauerkraut dog, it came with fries. He sad the dogs were amazing, they hit all the marks. The fries were ok, a little room temp(but to be fare we came there 30 minutes before closing). The soda's were really great, not two sirupy, not too carbonated, we enjoyed them. I ordered a pizza with Italian sausage added. They gave us our drinks for free, which was awesome. I didn't know what to expect with the pizza, but I was blown away by it. They should be very proud of the recipe they created. Most places over season/spice their sauces. The flavor of the tomato gets drowned out. This was absolutely not the case the sauce did not sow out the crust whatsoever it held its crisp the whole time. The sausage was wonderful. The cheese was everything you wanted on a pizza. I can say it's the best than crust pizza I think I've ever had. My husband tried it and we fought over who was going to be eating it for lunch tomorrow. It was huge. I wasn't expecting it to be that big. I will be dreaming about that pizza, and craving it. This is my go to place to get good pizza. It blows Nikki's out of the water. If you are craving some good then crust, pizza, or hotdog I suggest you go there. They also have chili fries, cheesesteaks, so much. They have one of those menus, where everything looks good, and it's hard to decide. Just try it. Warning, this pizza is 14 in(seemed bigger), and it being thin crust, and tasting so good, you might find yourself eating the whole thing. Wish we had pics to post, but we did not think of doing it, will do next time(which will probably be later this week, it was that good).

Hi Bill!! I am such a fan of your work on yelp. It's hilarious super entertaining. That's why you…read moregot two stars rather than one. I got the Italian beef. I'm not sure why there wasn't cheese on there and the amount of peppers was almost nonexistent. I'm pretty sure you use Steakems for your beef and unfortunately, you don't know how to make it cause it was dry and nasty. Your jus taste like salt water. your fries are poor quality, undercooked, and underseasoned your floor is very sticky. I guess the bread was fine.. your hotdog bun needs some work. good luck to you. I hope you can figure out how to improve your food and I hope to hear from you soon thanks, Bill. Update: Gladly, I'm going to make myself as scarce as possible. I don't need any beef with you bill; cause your beef is nasty.
