The service was exceptionally excellent. I returned a week later with a friend after raving about the restaurant--and it did not disappoint. On that visit, Irno Arosi, the General Manager, personally saw to our every need and even brought us dessert at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch. Kiefer was our waiter and was truly amazing. Our dinner was relaxed and never rushed, and once again, the food, salad bar, and drinks were served with care and courtesy. Meat sweats!! The waiters are on it, you drink never gets half empty. The Brazilian lemonade is wonderful. I don't think I tasted anything bad here. I take that back, I do not care for lamb, but that is a personal choice. The meats are great. The pineapple at the end of your meal is almost like dessert. The price is good for everything you get. I wish people would follow dress code more. Some of the patrons looked like hobos and this is a nice restaurant. When your waiter or waitress is in a tux and you're wearing T-shirt shorts, crocs, and a cap. Maybe you should feel bad. Other than some of the patrons looking like feral people, this is a great restaurant to come to. Put on your nice clothes on, put the cloth napkin on your lap and bring your appetite. I met two girlfriends that I had not seen quite some time for lunch at Casa do Brasil, a Brazilian steakhouse. We all opted for salad bar only, no meat coming to our table every few minutes. The salad bar had both greens and meats. There an assortment of meats on the salad bar like honey bacon, prosciutto, shrimp, chicken salad, etc. There were also cheeses, fruits, and vegetables along with entrees. The buffet was huge and quite tasty. My favorite item was the bacon. Service was impeccable! I took my mom here for her birthday and it was honestly the perfect choice. From the food to the service to the drinks, everything was really, really good. They have different options, from the full experience to an executive one, which is what we chose (with about 8-9 types of unlimited meat). The salad bar is amazing and everything was super fresh. They brought us pão de queijo (the famous Brazilian cheese bread) and some fried yuca to start. Then they came around with the different meats and EVERY single one was delicious,perfectly cooked, juicy and seasoned just right. They even had grilled pineapple, which I loved. Very rare that I will still be sitting in my seat while reviewing. But everything from service to ambiance and food good god almighty- it's worth it. If you remember Fogo from like 10-15 years ago? This is like 150x better than that. Charcoal pit so you get that perfect crust on the meats. Salad bar was amazing. The service is as excellent as the food. The staff is attentive and work together to take care of you. The service was very kind here. They checked on us a good amount of times and the meat was always coming when our sign was green. If you didn't know, they give you a two sided circle card to have at your table as a signal for the servers; so when it's red, that means you don't want meat at the moment. We went on Christmas Day and it was packed. We had a reservation and we were on time but it still took 20 minutes to seat us. When we were trying to move around the restaurant, we were dodging servers left and right. My boyfriend said someone got really close to him with the meat knife. The servers need to slow down a bit coming around corners. The food was delicious, the meats were very rare and tender. The filet minon and the sirloin were very salty. There's a separate room on the other side that's more suitable for bigger groups celebrating that is away from the salad buffet bar. The servers here are not in your face but very attentive and ready when you need something. For the kitchen staff running the floors with the proteins, there's never a wait and felt like timing was always just right. Only thing here is that the sodium level is quite high. I've been to Fogo and Estância Brazilian Steakhouse for lunch in Austin and Casa is the better of those two in my opinion. The salad bar has some decent bacon and other proteins so I think if on a budget the salad bar would be sufficient. This is my second time dining at Casa Do Brasil. My first time dining here was Mother's Day last year, when they overbooked the reservations and we waited about 45 minutes to get in WITH a reservation. Very frustrating to say the least. However, they have redeemed themselves with a positive experience when I went for a friend's birthday dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant and there are servers available at any time. I was pleased that we got sat right away and they said happy birthday to my friend right away. If you haven't been there before, they give you circular cards that are green on one side, and red on the other side. You flip it to green when you want the servers to come over with different cuts of meat to cut for you. They will also cut according to your temperature preference which is nice. I loves the bacon wrapped filets and the grilled pineapple. The salad bar is extensive however, since I bought the full experience, I saved room for the meat. You can also order a steak a la carte like my other friend did. I wish I could eat more food because I love the complementary cheese bread that they brought out. They served us complementary dessert for my friend and we ordered the Chocolate Molten Cake with vanilla ice cream. A much better experience time around, and I believe that the overbooking was hopefully a one time mistake. read more

This was our first time going to Casa Do Brasil, and now it is our new favorite Brazilian steakhouse for date nights! We made reservations for the Valentine's Experience: Full experience (salad bar + meats), one dessert for the couple, and one alcoholic beverage for each person. There's lots of parking spots open. We walked in and the ambiance was nice! We say pretty close to other tables, but the environment is not loud; think low noise chatter. The service was incredible! They would walk around all the tables often and refill our waters before we even notice we're running low, clear our plates at just the right time, and are so kind! The only thing I wish they had was some cold cut fruits at the salad bar. I was just craving some cold fruits to bite into after all the meats! We left the place STUFFED and happy. read more

Alot more chicken, sausage and sirloin coming round. The salad bar no longer has smoked salmon lox alone, a little piece is put on a cuke slice, with some dollop on top, the prosciutto ran out and was not replaced, the fejswada(?) soup is runny and watery, and it's tiny bay shrimp now. Food: The salad bar had a really good variety of options, I would say pretty standard to other Brazilian steakhouses I've been to. I wish it had some fruit, or maybe I didn't see it, but they had a variety of hot and cold dishes to supplement your meal. For the steaks, our favorites were the filet mignon and picanha. I appreciate the sauces that were brought out to complement the meats, and it wasn't too salty! There were definitely some cuts that were chewy and difficult to eat, but overall I enjoyed the experience. The best way to end the meal is with grilled pineapple! Drinks: The caipirinhas are good - although the frozen one had a very strong alcohol taste. I would stick with the non-frozen ones. Service: Top notch! They charge $60/person for all you can eat dinner. It's $20 cheaper for all you can eat lunch. We went for our anniversary and they gave us a complimentary flourless chocolate torte! The garlic sirloin was my favorite. My girlfriend thought the salad bar was better than the Brazilian steakhouse in Round Rock. Came here on Father's Day w/the family which i've been looking forward too since I've been eyeing this place before they even opened. At first sight the design and look of the exterior is beautiful as well as the inside. All staff we interacted with was super friendly, professional, constantly checked-up on us and would even help my 80 yr old mom in her chair when she had to get up or help pull and scoot her chair in which I truly appreciated. Food: The salad bar was fantastic and had a great selection of different salads, meats, cheeses, etc. They also had candied bacon, and a few hot dishes. Great selection of meats as well, but the highlight for me was their grilled cheese w/ I think honey drizzled on it? and their grilled pineapple which was super juicy! When I first heard of grilled pineapple, it didn't sound appetizing at all, but trust me it's so good! I also recommend their Flan which is one of the best I've never had. Service is a little hit and miss, there was definitely some confusion at our table, but we were at a 7 top so maybe it was the larger party that caused confusion. There were some missed drink orders and never asked for refills. The weather was warm and stormy, and it caused all of the floors in the entire restaurant to feel like there was a film of oil, including the bathrooms. High quality cuts of meat come to your table, although there were some issues with consistency of done-ness asked for. The garlic steak was a personal favorite as was the picanha, but that's almost impossible to mess up. I do wish the salad bar was more of a salad bar rather than an assortment of mezze to choose from. There was a small bowl of some okay lettuce, but the selections aren't really what you're expecting when you think 'salad bar'. The consensus of all my fellow yelpers was that the roasted pineapple was a real hit, and the salad bar was extensive. Many reviews compare this place to Fogo and Estancia either for better or for worse. At this time there are only two one star reviews which had nothing to do with the food and most three star (and under) reviews tend to get a response from the business owner. I was also surprised most yelpers did not include photos. At this point, this restaurant has been open for just under a year, and most of its customers have been quite satisfied. Inside you'll see numerous bottles of wine that are very well displayed. As for our group, we were shown into a private small room off to the side that can hold about 30 or so people. We started off with their cheesy rolls before hitting the extensive salad bar. After that came the meat round of five different very small samplings. The choices were enjoyable, but the problem is.....they never came back. Apparently we did not get the all you can eat deal which made me wish I had hit the salad bar harder. In other words, the entire meat round barely qualified as a disappointing appetizer. To be honest, I think this type of service is a unique novelty, but for the money, I'd prefer a traditional steak house. Nonetheless, the dessert and the service were on point. I'll give this place a 3.5. We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and made reservations ahead of time. We had a large party and the tables were prepared for us ahead of time. Our servers were attentive and checked up on us throughout the meal to see if we needed anything. One thing that was a bit strange to me was that when a few of us arrived around 10 minutes late, instead of just bringing out more rounds of meats, the servers were already started asking us if there were specific meats we wanted when the newcomers had no idea what was available or had already been brought out. Despite us telling them to just keep bringing more rounds of meats out, they kept asking us each time for specific ones. Not only did this just make me feel rushed, this also resulted in some of us at the table missing out of some of the options that were even available that night and we ended up just cycling between pretty much the 3 meats we knew the names of. For example, our table never received any sausages. I noticed one of the servers with a sausage platter entered the room we were in several times during the meal but never once did he stopped by our table to offer us any. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed in the cuts I was receiving. Each time the servers came by, they would ask how would I like my meat. However, despite me telling them each time I would like a medium cut, there were multiple instances where I received medium rare to rare slices instead. I've been to other Brazilian steakhouses where they would specifically prepare the meats to how you would like instead of giving you whatever they had, so that was a bit disappointing to see here. Don't get me wrong. The meats themselves were delicious. I love the chimichurri sauce and I enjoyed the honey cheese bread that the servers brought out at one point during the meal. It was just some things here and there that I wish were better. Outside of that, I was also happy with the salad bar. My only suggestion would be to include a non-seafood soup option as well.
