Very rare that I will still be sitting in my seat while reviewing. But everything from service to ambiance and food good god almighty- it's worth it. If you remember Fogo from like 10-15 years ago? This is like 150x better than that. Charcoal pit so you get that perfect crust on the meats. Salad bar was amazing. The service is as excellent as the food. The staff is attentive and work together to take care of you. If you know the difference between cooked on charcoal and just a gas flame... well let's put it this way if you know you know, and appreciate. Oh right and the cooked pineapple is like candy I do not have a single complaint or anything they could improve on from beginning to end. Wish I had pics but too busy stuffing my face since they literally brought cuts back to back

The service was very kind here. They checked on us a good amount of times and the meat was always coming when our sign was green. If you didn't know, they give you a two sided circle card to have at your table as a signal for the servers; so when it's red, that means you don't want meat at the moment. We went on Christmas Day and it was packed. We had a reservation and we were on time but it still took 20 minutes to seat us. When we were trying to move around the restaurant, we were dodging servers left and right. My boyfriend said someone got really close to him with the meat knife. The servers need to slow down a bit coming around corners. The food was delicious, the meats were very rare and tender. The filet minon and the sirloin were very salty. The lamb was my favorite along with the picahana which was a little crispy with a nice piece of fat. I'd come back here again on a less busy night!

This was our first time here and it was incredible. Great food, courteous service, great choices. We will be back for sure!

Wow! The service and meats were perfect. Seasoned and cooked just the way we like it. So good I forgot to take pictures. IMO everything was just better than the other 2 Brazilian places in town.

This is my second time dining at Casa Do Brasil. My first time dining here was Mother's Day last year, when they overbooked the reservations and we waited about 45 minutes to get in WITH a reservation. Very frustrating to say the least. However, they have redeemed themselves with a positive experience when I went for a friend's birthday dinner. The atmosphere was pleasant and there are servers available at any time. I was pleased that we got sat right away and they said happy birthday to my friend right away. If you haven't been there before, they give you circular cards that are green on one side, and red on the other side. You flip it to green when you want the servers to come over with different cuts of meat to cut for you. They will also cut according to your temperature preference which is nice. I loves the bacon wrapped filets and the grilled pineapple. The salad bar is extensive however, since I bought the full experience, I saved room for the meat. You can also order a steak a la carte like my other friend did. I wish I could eat more food because I love the complementary cheese bread that they brought out. They served us complementary dessert for my friend and we ordered the Chocolate Molten Cake with vanilla ice cream. A much better experience time around, and I believe that the overbooking was hopefully a one time mistake.

The service was very attentive. There were lots of great options at the salad bar and all of the meat and appetizers we were served was great. I liked the lighting in the dining area, and even though it was a little too pricey for me, I liked the deserts a lot. I came here for a date and it was awesome! I think my only complaint is the price, but even that compared to other restaurants that offer similar service was much better! This place was great and I definitely would recommend. Also, it was our anniversary so they gave us one free desert which I thought was super nice and well presented. Also, I had never ordered meat at specific temperatures before, and so I was trying it all different ways and their rare meat was very rare. Still I got what I asked for and that was not an issue with them!

This place was awesome! SHOUT OUT TO MY SERVER DANIEL if you get Daniel, you won't be disappointed I promise Now, it is your Brazilian style steakhouse restaurant. Their salad bar is creative, they also offer seafood as part of their meat selection, and they have AMAZING incredible cocktails. What really made the experience special was the staff. So kind, so sweet The only thing I would recommend to the business owner, is this: most times I asked for "rare/medium rare" I received close to well done maybe just make sure your staff who's bringing the meats can locate where the different temperatures are on each cut of meat to cater to each customers doneness preference. That blew it for me, but I didn't want to be rude. Not having the meat cooked to your preference can really make or break someone's experience. I should have said something, but I was having so much fun, I didn't want to mention it. Hope they can fix that issue, because this place was a blast. Hope to come back maybe one day.

This was our first time going to Casa Do Brasil, and now it is our new favorite Brazilian steakhouse for date nights! We made reservations for the Valentine's Experience: Full experience (salad bar + meats), one dessert for the couple, and one alcoholic beverage for each person. There's lots of parking spots open. We walked in and the ambiance was nice! We say pretty close to other tables, but the environment is not loud; think low noise chatter. The service was incredible! They would walk around all the tables often and refill our waters before we even notice we're running low, clear our plates at just the right time, and are so kind! The only thing I wish they had was some cold cut fruits at the salad bar. I was just craving some cold fruits to bite into after all the meats! We left the place STUFFED and happy.

The steak I ordered was made to order perfect, as I like it mad rare and mooing, but had heavy seasoning on it. Overall, I…read morethink Ember Kitchen is certainly worth checking out, but I think I might order a little differently next time. First off - parking is convenient in the Seaholm parking garage. My understanding is that Ember will validate, but it wasn't apparent to me how that works and honestly I walked out forgetting it and having to pay the bill for parking - oh well. I came with a party of six and we were celebrating a birthday. The team at Ember was very accommodating. We were seated downstairs in their "Speakeasy" room. It's a bit dark, but cool atmosphere. There are other dining options if you prefer a bit brighter setting. We were served complimentary birthday shots! These were quite tasty - enough so that I ordered another round of those citrus based shooters. Everyone at the table ordered a cocktail. Nearly all the cocktails on the menu are going to be served in a feminine looking glass and with a flower. The cocktail menu is pretty much for the ladies. On the bright side, they have a good selection of bourbons, tequila, etc available for straight pours at a decent price. Not extensive selection, but I think a good choice - enough that I think you will find something to fit your price point and taste profile. Our waitress was top notch. Very attentive and paid close attention to the orders from our gluten sensitive guest ensuring she ordered safely. We ordered a couple small plates as appetizers for the whole table. Everyone loved the crab cake. I thought it was tasty but wasn't expecting whole kernel corn in a crab cake so that threw me off a little. Market seafood crudo - this is a fish appetizer and as the name implies changes based on availability. The night we ate was a Hamachi or Salmon option. The salmon had a bit more of a spicy sauce so we chose that. It was a hit. We also chose a tuna tartare and it was fresh, good but didn't knock our socks off. When ready for the main course - our waitress had a number of off-menu specials to tell us about and honestly many were very interesting options. In fact, we chose to split a 50oz Tomahawk steak. This was a huge steak plated on a hot platter, already sliced off the bone with some fingerling potatoes. This was honestly the most expensive part of the meal (no surprise), but also the least impressive. Now visually it was a spectacle for sure, but the meat certainly had pieces that were tough with some large pieces of fat. Now I don't mind the fat, but when sliced there were a couple pieces that were nothing but fat, other pieces still that were mostly gristle. We all agreed the seasoning was just missing, it seemed to have no seasoning at all. It was also quite charred. One of the claims to fame here is their Josper oven and clearly it can put a good char on a steak. Some in our party liked it, but I thought it was a bit much. There can be fine line between a good steak crust and a burnt crust. I thought it was a bit much, and maybe why the seasoning seemed missing. On the bright side, it was cooked correctly to order. My only problem was, for the price, this was a complete miss. We also ordered scallops and the morida shrimp. Both were excellent. These were probably worth coming back for. The morida shrimp come served in a bowl with a rich sauce that was enjoyed by the whole party. The scallops come pan seared and were cooked perfectly - which is key to enjoying a good scallop. Be aware that the typical order of scallops though comes with only two scallops - rather light even for a single individual, because these were not on the "small plates" menu, it was supposed to be a full entree. Great experience overall, but we just felt not quite worth what we had to pay for it. Overall, it was just over $150 per person. What could have saved it - for that price, the steak HAS to be on point.
