The first shake I had was a meal replacement banana pudding with 40g protein and low sugar. It was delicious. Quality ingredients and tons of nutrition! The owner, Ronnie, is very knowledgeable and was so kind and helpful. The shake she made was so good and I added whipped cream, cuz why not! The store is very clean, spacious with a nice couch, comfy chairs and a cute play area with books for kiddos. Will definitely be coming back!

I've only had protein shakes as meal replacement shakes and the flavors are FABULOUS! Each month they have SPECIAL FLAVORED ones, that change each month, but have regular ones that don't change. I have had a Reese's type of shake, a Banana Pudding, my favorite, and a Pina Colada one. They have no sugar and for me, no dairy. The protein TRUFFLES are fabulous! They have energy drinks, no tea or coffee, but still give you an energy boost without the crash. NOT a franchise, owned by a young mother, with the most adorable, well mannered children. This place is pure quality with a very knowledgeable owner Ronnie. Not inexpensive but QUALITY ingredients if you're serious about what you put in your body.

I remember seeing one of their floats at the Liberty Hill Christmas parade, and really happy we gave it a try. The store was clean, we were greeted by the staff, and he gave us some good recommendations on things to try. We opted to go with a protein smoothie called monkey business. This smoothie has peanut butter and bananas that's blended with a vanilla protein. It was very creamy and great blend of the peanut butter and banana flavor. We really enjoyed it, and something I'd absolutely get again. Will need to make a return visit to try some of the other menu items (salads, sandwiches, small snacks, Light breakfast etc). You don't get that chalky, cardboard-like protein flavor that a lot of "healthy" smoothies have. Everything tasted fresh, smooth, and well balanced. Different staff each time so it can't be blamed on just one person. After giving it multiple chances, it's hard to justify coming back. The management situation doesn't seem great either. Lauren (manager) hasn't left a great impression, though the assistant manager -- a guy whose name I didn't catch -- was actually helpful and professional. One employee, Araceli, was openly rude and passive-aggressive toward coworkers. If customers in the drive-through can hear those comments, I can only imagine what it's like when the window is closed. That kind of environment reflects poorly on the location. I've also heard from others that employees have been fired over text message without warning, feedback, or even a proper phone call. If that's true, it raises serious questions about how this place is run and whether the owners are okay with that kind of treatment of their employees. Not sure if other Scooter's locations are better, but this one has been consistently disappointing.

It has been a few years since my husband and I tried this place (*think it just opened when we…read morefirst tried it in 2022). Back then, my husband was not happy, you could not order coffee at the table, you had to go to the other side and get coffee and then bring to to the table if you wanted breakfast. Well, a LOT has changed with this place since then. #1...they will bring you what ever coffee you want to order, and they will pick up from next door and bring it to you (husband was happy about that). #2, they now serve lunch and dinner (*we didn't try that yet, but will be back to try that later). Now, Rebecca our server was so nice! She put up with my husband's "shanigans", as he always tries to joke about with everyone! He was hungry, so got the "Big Ol' Breakfast", which had your eggs, half a ham steak, sausage, bacon (Oh, sooo good) breakfast potatoes (could have been just a little more "crisped up), and pancakes!! He cleaned his plate!! LOL! I had (and did not realize until I read my last review, I had "half" of same I ordered before), the Benedict Sampler (where you can choose TWO of benedicts). I got the "Southwest Steak" (*which is what I had last time..LOL), ohhh soo good! If you like "Spicy"...get this...the green chiles and cilantro-lime sauce make this dish! Then, the other one was the "Golden State" with tomato, bacon and avocado (*and little spice too with Siracha sauce on top), and also had the very good breakfast potatoes! Rebecca checked on us often, and we were both glad we came back to this place! We will be back again!

The customer service was absolutely horrible from the moment we walked in. There were only two tables in the entire restaurant, so it was not as though the staff was overwhelmed or busy, yet both the host and our waitress were rude and unwelcoming. They acted as though they would rather be anywhere else and made us feel like we were an inconvenience for being there. For a special occasion, we expected at least basic friendliness and hospitality, but the service completely took away from what should have been a fun celebration. The food may have been good but the customer service was enough that we would not return. A restaurant can have great food, but if the staff makes customers feel unwelcome it really impacts the entire experience.
