Lauren (manager) hasn't left a great impression, though the assistant manager -- a guy whose name I didn't catch -- was actually helpful and professional. One employee, Araceli, was openly rude and passive-aggressive toward coworkers. If customers in the drive-through can hear those comments, I can only imagine what it's like when the window is closed. That kind of environment reflects poorly on the location. I've also heard from others that employees have been fired over text message without warning, feedback, or even a proper phone call. If that's true, it raises serious questions about how this place is run and whether the owners are okay with that kind of treatment of their employees.
