Once I mixed all the elements together, the drink was pretty decent. Nothing world bending, but a fine latte. I liked that the cup had a curved bottom. That didn't tip the scale here, I always find it fun. I liked the different types of seating at Instill. One for everyone's vibe. I sat at this raised bench. The decor was very calm-formal feeling, a lot of white and the tall ceiling giving the feeling of being transported into Dubai or another Middle-Eastern country. The barista checked in to ask if it was our first time and gave us a great explanation of the teas and coffees available and their unique flavor profiles. We decided to go with some 12oz drinks to start instead of the tasting experience because we weren't sure how much caffeine we could handle, and figured the prices were similar enough where we could go back and get more if needed. We went with the Jubani and the Mofawer coffees. The Jubani was similar to a slightly more bitter Chai tea, very light and with notes of spices. The Mofawer was like a sweeter Chai latte, again with the bitter coffee notes. It was interesting to take sips of both back-to-back with a bit of whiplash from the sweetness of the Mofawer. If I were to go back, I'd prefer having the Jubani because I don't think I could handle the sweetness of some of their other drinks, but I loved the spice flavor profile and uniqueness.
