I tried the mango base the first time I went and the coconut base the second time. I much preferred the mango base. The coconut one seemed like it would go with more of the ingredients but it felt like eating sorbet or something less healthy seeming than the mango base. My bowl was made within 5 minutes probably. It's a quick, relatively healthy snack. Not a meal. Also a nice healthier treat option rather than ice cream.

Now onto the review~ The bowls are absolutely delicious! There are sooooo many bases to choose from, it's almost too difficult to make a decision. We had the CoCo Power bowl with a coconut base, and a Nutaya bowl, but subbed the Nutella for almond butter. I also had 2 different bases, coconut, and banana. Both of which were delicious! All of their bases are gluten & dairy free so a huge plus for someone with food allergies. You can also request the gluten-free granola. The ingredients are super fresh and your bowl is made to order. They definitely encourage substitutions. The girls are extremely knowledgeable about each bowl and are happy to give suggestions. We met the manager and she was awesome as well. I have a couple of observations~ Since the bowls are really BIG, it would be great to have two different sizes. Also, the condiments, like cocoa nibs, almond butter, coconut flakes (etc) are pretty sparse. (Fruit was plentiful) It would be nice to have a bit more of those included. I found myself with a lot of base and not a lot of the other goodies. Other than that, this place ROCKED!! I'm looking forward to going back to Orlando and trying our Playa Bowls shop.

There's plenty of parking available since it's in a shopping center, though it is shared with other businesses. Still, I've never had trouble finding a spot. Also, tip is optional, which is nice if you're just grabbing something quick. Highly recommend if you're in the area and craving something sweet or refreshing!

As for the dragon fruit bowl, the young woman at the cashier station highly recommended it. If there's nothing else on your mind and you like berries, this is the one. It has again, that zesty pineapple punch and extra sweetness of the toasted granola. At the bottom is like a dragonfruit sorbet. You need to be sitting down when eating this. So, it's a little more than a hop from my place in Austin, but it's worth the drive. What I have learned about 7 Brews is that their coffees are very consistent in taste. I have even tried the location in Flowood, Mississippi, and the taste is always the same. It's the same with the service: it's always friendly, and the atmosphere when pulling up to order is very relaxing and engaging. I point that out because it's a busy place, and rightfully so, because the coffee and beverages are so good. But the staff doesn't rush you; they maintain a calm, friendly posture. One more thing I like, let's say you have one order, and the car in front of you has three different orders. They will make your order and bring it out to you while you're in line instead of making you wait because the car in front of you has three different orders. Now that's best!

I've been to many drive thru coffee establishments and the employees are usually attentive and/or asking questions to ensure they get your order correct. This was our first time and they didn't have menus (we were not close to the screen). No problem pull the menu up on my phone and I ordered the sugar cookie chai latte and my daughter her drink. From the pictures I assumed mine would be hot and hers cold. We received both drinks cold. I was puzzled and then we explained to them we wanted hot for mine and showed the picture from the online menu. They just took the drink and remade it. Typically if a drink can be served at different temperatures that is clarified during the order taking step. We also stated we were first timers so that prob would have helped as well. Secondly we were not offered to sign up for rewards. My daughter visited a second time and received quality service and was informed about that option as well.
