I've drove past his location multiple times from the summer of 2020 in for the winter see what it was all about with the variety of teas offered is so amazing. Being able to add fresh cut fruit is just one perks that this place has to offer that he was not too sweet nor bitter my wife really enjoyed it and so did my kids this place is definitely worth checking out the wait time was at a minimal and the prices are very very fair I highly recommend the blueberry tea with fresh lemon and limes very tasty read more

This was my first time actually in the store I've always gone through the drive thru. My friend told me that we should go in that it was amazing so we did. So we went in and we're looking through the shirts and we felt like we put them back folded nicely but this lady Gretchen comes over and told my friend that's not how you fold it. So we walked away and I handed her another shirt to look at we didn't realize that it was long sleeved so my friend folded it again and again Gretchen came over and goes that's not how you fold it this is how you do it. And showed her how to do it. So my friend and I walks over to the tea to get a cup and she comes over like we were going to do something wrong and even tho she asked if we needed anything and we said no but she was very in our face. But then when she checked us out there was a manager there and she acting so different. But did say wow atleast you got a tea since you didn't get a shirt. Great drinks terrible service read more

Great place! Much larger selection of brewed tea than expected, including a selection of decaf. Friendly service. Informed staff. But, most of all, tasty tea! Sweet is not too sweet. I really like HTeaO. They have a nice selection of flavorful teas, both sweet and unsweetened. I tried the coconut but it was not as good as I thought it would be. However, the Peach was really good. I'd like to come back and try more flavors. I like that you can mix pretty much any flavor together as well. My only wish is that they'd offer herbal teas as well. I think that would take this establishment to the next level! read more

My husband & I just tried HTeaO for the first time and it is SO good! We both got 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweetened coconut tea and it is yummy & refreshing. I've been anticipating the opening of this place since they first started construction! I live super close, so I've been driving by daily waiting to try their tea. They just opened yesterday, and usually I wait at least a few weeks before trying a new place. I seriously couldn't wait this time. The husband is home today and was watching our daughter, so I waddled my pregnant self down there in search of some decaf unsweetened tea. I was not disappointed in any way, shape, or form. I got to meet one of the owners, and she's as sweet as sweet can be. The smell throughout the store is so lovely with all the teas brewing. It's self service, which makes it super fun. You grab your cup, put some ice (they have pellet ice you guys!!!!!!!) and fill up with the amazing teas of your choice. I chose unsweet decaf blueberry. There's also all kinds of fruits to add to your teas. I squeezed a couple lemon wedges into mine. All the people working there seemed so kind, and were full of smiles. There was also a plethora of snacks for all your munching needs. They have a drive through, which is wonderful for those who can't walk in. This place is so fun, and their tea is so yummy, I really cannot wait to go back! read more

We heard about HTeaO through a friend and went immediately. I am always in the mood for a big to-go iced tea. Even though we live in Leander(27 min away) we make the drive just for the tea! Lately we have been purchasing the gallons so that it lasts longer. I love to get 1/2 sweet peach ginger + 1/2 green tea and my husband gets 1/2 coconut + 1/2 sweet regular. Loved it! First time trying it. They are so friendly and will walk you through it. As well as help you find your favorite tea. I got a mixed of a ginger one and raspberry unsweetened it was so good. Then got a gallon of the unsweetened coconut tea. So much better then diet drinks with artificial sugar. Can't wait to make more combos next time. read more

Who would have thought that a small iced tea bar could become a strong asset to the community so quickly? HTeaO offers a nice selection of both unsweet and sweet iced teas. Their drive-through window always has a line (which is a good sign) that moves quickly; plus, inside the store you can get what you want without any wait. Went through the drive thru tonight to get a quart of tea like I've done many times before ($2.49) now they have something called a "mini gallon" which happens to be 32oz but now the price is $2.99 and it comes in a cheesy container that feels very flimsy compared to what they used before. I just had one of the most genuinely confusing experiences of my entire life. I went through the drive through and ordered an iced coffee. My exact words were "an iced coffee with vanilla". When I got to the window I was handed what appeared to be a cup of milk. Straight up, white. I had already paid and the kid working the window had closed it so I decided to take the L and just park and go in to re-order a new one that wasn't milk. I went up to the counter and asked the girl if I could have an iced coffee. She asked "what kind?". There was only one kind listed on the menu and it just says "iced coffee" so I asked, "is there more than one kind?" and she replied "no". At this point I really didn't know what to say, so I just repeated myself "I just want an iced coffee with vanilla", to which she responded "we can't put vanilla in iced coffee". Dumbfounded, I asked "so what's currently in my cup that I just got in the drive through?" and she said " I don't know". So I asked what flavor I could get and she said I could get caramel. So I said okay then just do caramel. She asked if I wanted cream, and I said yes, but only a tiny bit. She went to the back to make the drink and when she returned, I was again given a cup of milk, but this time, the cup was only half full. At this point I was so beyond confused and annoyed that I just took my cup and a half of milk and left. I have so many questions. I will never return to this location. read more

We will never patronize this establishment again. We were loyal customers until today. I received two coupons in the mail. This place has only been drive thru since I can remember (probably due to the pandemic), so I overlooked the very small print which read that the coupons only applied if you come inside. I waited in line 10 minutes to be told I couldn't use the coupon. Honestly does it matter where they honor the coupon? Of course it matters when you're trying to trick your customers into spending more money by coming inside. As I drove to the pickup window, a lady came to the window. My husband was with me and asked for the owner's name. She said, "I am the owner"! Right then you know you're doomed because she obviously doesn't give a hoot about customer service. My husband reminded her that we were really good customers. She said she appreciated that. My husband said so you will honor the coupon. She said NO and proceeded to explain that the coupon was a bait and switch tactic to get people to come into the store to spend more money (obviously she put it differently). We told her we didn't feel safe coming inside and would not come back if she didn't honor this coupon and she said THAT'S FINE.....over a $.50 cup of tea! Good job lady! I'm sure your father-in-law will be proud to read this review. Sometimes you just have to say, of course we'll honor the coupon.... especially because you waited in line for so long, but next time please know it's for inside use only. Reality check.... you just sell ICED TEA! So so many other places! Oh and one more thing..... my husband ordered a gallon on unsweetened tea a month prior, brought it home and drank 2 whole glasses before he realized it was sweetened.
