It was surprisingly hot in Austin before the eclipse and we were glad to cool of with a few cups of the boba from here. The shop can get pretty busy and crowded but it has comfortable seating. As you would expect they have a very large selection of drinks. I appreciate that they have the addition of coffee as well, since I like a little bit stronger flavor than tea, and not as sweet as the smoothies. I was a bit surprised that they only had two sizes... larger and ridiculously large. Overall a great set of drinks that will definitely satisfy your boba hankerings. Ordered your basic strawberry smoothie and asked for extra sweet. After ordering I noted the strawberry just looked disgusting. In person the strawberry looked worse than in the photo (to me). Asked the cashier do they have a fresher set because some of the strawberry looked like it had browning around (top right as example). Stopped in here for a little treat before baseball practice. The sitting area is adequate, a couple areas for groups to gather and some smaller tables. The noise was a little loud with people talking and music. The sitting area was busy when we were there but had no problem getting a table. They do have a lot of choices for drinks and snow cones. I got a mocha coffee iced with boba. The drink was good and there was enough boba in the drink. Prices are normal for a boba drink. The one thing I don't care for in places like this is when you pay for the drinks they ask if you want to leave a tip. We did have to wait for our drinks a bit longer than I liked. Great drinks, garbage customer service. Husband and I ordered an oolong cream blast tea and an avocado smoothie. it took more than 10 minutes for the drinks to get finished. I asked for them to add the Boba but because it never got entered in, they had me go back in line to pay for it. That's garbage customer service. I've been to other franchise locations and what they would normally do was just give me the Boba for free and apologize for not hearing my order correctly. Drink pricey and amount of toppings good but flavor is not good; can't really taste the jasmine at all and the lychee jelly has a weird taste and aftertaste. I used to come here all the time, almost once a week. Until it seems they replaced all their workers with new ones and now 80% of the time I order it is always wrong. I have a severe gelatin allergy so I CANNOT have the boba pearls, yet I love to enjoy the taro, fruity, and chai drinks, but when I clearly say "I have an allergy, please no boba pearls" they say "ok got it" and 10 minutes later hand me a drink with 50% boba pearls and a watered down drink. I am so disappointed on what this place has become. The service is slow and my orders are almost always delivered incorrectly. The last time I asked them to remake my drink, the young lady just rolled her eyes and went and remade it with a distasteful attitude like I just asked her to sacrifice her first born child...ever since then I just take what I get and give it to my friend or something, but after that I swear every single time I've ordered besides maybe twice my order always was watered down, 50% boba pearls and bitter. Hit the spot! COVID-19 precautions in place with tape measuring 6ft apart and not allowing dine-in cafe option. I've been going to this location for a while now and my drinks have been consistently made everytime, I love it. Parking is a bit tight as they have to share it with a few other stores. We got the taro milk tea, mocha frapiocca, and 4 macaroons. Everything was just the right amount of sweet! There macaroons are a bit pricy, but we're really good. For a little cup, it costs $7 with a tip. Their classic apple cider, Teapioca Lounge, is delicious, but the price is too high. So happy to have this place in Pflugerville. I loved in California for a while so this helps thing to feel a little more familiar. This is probably the best boba tea I've had. I'm not an expert on it or anything but i loved the That Blastea that i had. It tasted like that idea tea I've had at restaurants. Sweet enough to be a treat but not overpowering. The cashier recommended adding the coffee gummies and they were a great addition. I like those a lot more than standard tapioca pearls. They have such a huge selection of addins that anyone should be able to find something they like. And the actual location is really nice. It has a modem look and it's well decorated. Plus they have board games and a projector screen that makes this seem like a great place to chill. Overall I'd recommend this place and will be back soon. read more

Walking in the door, I was overwhelmed. We do not have anything like this at home, and there were so many options I didn't know where to begin! The staff was very useful in helping me choose what I wanted, as I am used to simple no frills boba places. I was super happy with my coconut milk tea with bobas. This location is alright, although the franchise is the same, it seems that the drinks vary based on the location. I typically get the Jasmine Green Blastea with Tapioca or sometimes Baby Tapioca. The last time I came here, the color was slightly off putting. Typically the drink has a more yellow, cream, beige tint but my drink had a pinkish tint. The boba was also extremely bland and the texture was just off. My friends shared the same issues with their drink. The teas that day was just off, seemed like it may have been sitting for a while. But I love the decoration and the vibes. My friends come here all the time to just chill and hang out. They have a large variety of games and seating that makes it a go to spot for get togethers. They also have one of the most variety in terms of styles of drinks in a boba place. There's just been on and off days for the quality of the drinks but overall not too bad. read more

Having frequented this establishment for almost a year now, Tapioca Lounge accepted military discounts from their patrons who had served in the military. Unfortunately now, they do not honor one's veteran status, and had given so under the guise of "officers on duty." Having spoken with many of the cashiers that worked at Tapioca Lounge, they too feel like they should honor this, but are prohibited from doing so. Notwithstanding all this, the teas here are good and you won't be disappointed, especially their honeydew milk tea. I enjoy this place. I specifically go here for one thing which is the Frappioca, specifically the coffee one. I've also tried the Honeydew Melon one and it as very tasty, but the Coffee one has my heart. The only downside to this place, is there is no cell service. They do however off wifi. read more
