I was happy to see 7 Brews is here in Austin. I guess I should say Round Rock; it's in the heart of the city, which is a bigger plus because it's not far from their lovely downtown. So, it's a little more than a hop from my place in Austin, but it's worth the drive. What I have learned about 7 Brews is that their coffees are very consistent in taste. I have even tried the location in Flowood, Mississippi, and the taste is always the same. It's the same with the service: it's always friendly, and the atmosphere when pulling up to order is very relaxing and engaging. I point that out because it's a busy place, and rightfully so, because the coffee and beverages are so good. But the staff doesn't rush you; they maintain a calm, friendly posture. One more thing I like, let's say you have one order, and the car in front of you has three different orders. They will make your order and bring it out to you while you're in line instead of making you wait because the car in front of you has three different orders. Now that's best! read more

Coffee 10/10 - once my drink was made correctly it was amazing. Deducted a couple stars for the customer service alone. I've been to many drive thru coffee establishments and the employees are usually attentive and/or asking questions to ensure they get your order correct. This was our first time and they didn't have menus (we were not close to the screen). No problem pull the menu up on my phone and I ordered the sugar cookie chai latte and my daughter her drink. From the pictures I assumed mine would be hot and hers cold. We received both drinks cold. I was puzzled and then we explained to them we wanted hot for mine and showed the picture from the online menu. They just took the drink and remade it. Typically if a drink can be served at different temperatures that is clarified during the order taking step. We also stated we were first timers so that prob would have helped as well. Secondly we were not offered to sign up for rewards. My daughter visited a second time and received quality service and was informed about that option as well. read more

I don't usually like to review chains but I feel like it's necessary to mention to anyone that likes coffee that the coffee here is SWEET. Like melted ice cream sweet. I didn't personally pick this up for myself so I cannot attest to the service or ambiance of 7 Brew but I can say, I was only able to take about 3 sips of the coffee before I had to throw it out. I believe the coffee I was given was a vanilla caramel latte. I can usually bare with sweet coffees and finish them but this one felt like it would make my stomach hurt. read more

I come here too often but it's close to home and there is wonderful service as well as a fun rotational menu. I did try my last drink 75% sweet and that was good for me, when I do 50% sweet it doesn't hit the spot enough for me if I'm paying for coffee! I am a very frequent customer and I guess I should have learned my lesson yesterday but I didnt apparently. I came here both today and yesterday and got a blended coffee made with oat milk due to currently dealing with congestion and oat milk apparently doesn't thicken congestion as much. Well both today and yesterday my drink was awful basically just oat milk and ice. I thought yesterday was a fluke hence why I tried again today. I even wasted a free drink card on it but didn't go back because I was in a rush to be somewhere. Also I was one of only a couple cars when I was there but it still took almost 10 mins to make it just for it to be much less than satisfactory. May need to bypass 7Brew for a little bit read more

Great coffee, great people, and they even gave our puppies a little treat. I did not think I would find another coffee shop to meet my taste buds. I needed a coffee and 7 Brew did not disappoint! I stopped by for a smooth 7 and a wild berry smoothie. The lines seemed pretty long, with other people waiting for drinks at the pick up window as well. I was anticipating a very long wait but they had several employees outside taking orders AND walking to cars to hand out orders. The ordering process was smooth with available QR code menus as well as flyers being passed out. The coffee was great- I got a small and it was a great size oddly enough. I opted for a "half sweet" 7 smooth and I think I could have gotten full sweet and been happier with it. I'll have to try it as is next time. The wild berry smoothie was great as well! It was a nice consistency and full of flavor. Upon reaching the exit, I noticed the have muffin tops but didn't see them on the menu. Went by 7Brew coffee today during the grand opening. The line was quick and they had multiple people out side passing out menus (QR Menus available) and taking orders. Staff was kind and quick . I ordered a large iced cinnamon roll latte. The flavor was good but kind of milky. I did order it 1/2 sweet so maybe that's where the miss was here. It's a drive up establishment with a few tables outdoors. There was a large ice truck in the front which blocked any good photo ops. read more

Ok. Let's face it tea is tea. It's all in the water. We do not drink ice in our tea so we asked for lite ice. Then get told they only put a fourth in it. Not. After I pull all the ice out we have a half of glass of tea. So we do no ice and get charged more. Go figure!!! Not understanding this. The tea is good. The coffee has never tasted burnt. Which at other places around here have gotten. So it clean and the people for the most are awesome. It's clean. Sometime the music is loud but they are mostly teenagers. I went to 7 brew coffee. it was such a beautiful day. We sat outside on the picnic bench to enjoy our coffee. This is set up as a drive-through location. They are super fast. They do not have any brewed coffee, but they will be happy to make you an American style coffee if requested. The service was impeccable as they take your order. They're actually inside making it as it is being ordered. Our order was done so quickly and it was very very tasty. I ordered an Americano coffee, and the Blonde Latte, my friend ordered the Cinnamon Roll iced coffee and it tasted really good as well. I was informed by Izzy, one of the barista there that they have a secret menu you can ask about or you can go to their online site where you see the secret menu as well. any item on the menu can be made as a latte or a ice or hot option and a Frappuccino option as well. I will definitely stop by again. When I'm in the mood for a latte an iced coffee or Frappuccino. Are there menu items are reasonably priced and they will not break the pocketbook to order something delicious this is definitely a place that I will revisit. Did you know they are developing an app for this place? The young lady told us about it as they usually put in your number for points for deals and such. First time trying this place myself as a person that usually goes to Dutch Bros Coffee. This place definitely reminds me a lot like Dutch Bros, but they have more options to customize your drink. Different milk alternatives as usual, but I noticed more syrup options on the zero sugar side of things too. Trying my iced oat milk caramel latte w/ caramel drizzle was definitely worth it! Smooth, creamy, and the coffee tasted just right (not bitter). The location itself is a cute little drive-thru coffee place with two lanes. Saw a mini sign in their drive thru every 7th of the month at 7pm they have a deal for drinks. Makes sense as it is called, "7 Brew Coffee". read more

In fact they only have 1 table outside the small kitchen where they make your drinks. This place is designed for the drive through crowd. The staff of young people were all very friendly and energetic. We got our drinks much faster than I anticipated. Ended up getting a Large Brunette and really enjoyed it. And they weren't joking when they said it would be large! Honestly, it's a coffee shop that's out of the way... I missed the driveway the first time. Why? Because there isn't one. This "drive-thru" coffee shop sits at the end of a parking lot after a strip center with no entrance of its own. So after that debacle of even getting in the drive-thru, I'm met with a lackluster menu of drinks you can find at Dutch Bros, Mojo, and more. There is nothing about this coffee shop that immediately stands out or makes it unique. The service is standard. Not much too it, and they're the typical drive-thru experience. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about. Nothing really stands out. The Irish cream drink is the average irish cream drink, and the breakfast foods are limited (read: nonexistent). I'd say if they don't come up with something that sets them apart or if they add a driveway to get to them, they'll probably just fail, especially given the location. Head around the corner to Dutch Bros if you want these exact drinks or up the street for SummerMoon if you want something unique. read more

Attention to detail is not a strong suit here. Their food service permit is months out of date. They don't even know how to make the most basic of coffee drinks. A double cappuccino was delivered (after a 15+ minute wait) as a large latte. 16 ounces of milk with maybe a shot of coffee. ‍ Meanwhile, they're not set up for walk up service at all. There is a bare picnic table between the employees only store and the walk-in cooler, with a camera diligently watching your every move. We came on a pre-opening day and the staff and leadership were super friendly. We got three large drinks a smoothie, a special soda, and a pom. They were delicious and hit the spot. Did the hours change and no update was made online? I went this morning at open, 5:30am, excited to get a coffee as it had been a few months since my last visit because the location is a little out of my way when I go to work. Anywho, show up the nice bright blue outdoor lights are on but the inside is totally dark. I wait a few minutes, maybe they're running behind as nothing. So I leave. Disappointed because I was genuinely looking forward to it and I didn't have time to get my coffee elsewhere. So update your hours please, if you open later, fine, but make it known.
