It was worth every single minute I waited to be seated. The atmosphere in here during the wait was so nice, and it was all thanks to the staff. They make the wait time enjoyable by talking, smiling, and kidding around. We all broke out laughing when an older couple in their nineties walked right past me and took my seat at the counter. The pancakes are fluffy and the eggs are always done correctly. Although the food is quite delicious the service needs work. A manager seated at the food counter would solve some server errors. For example, "no arugula" was missed, no syrup was given for the pancakes, no water for the table, no water was offered, and a side of avocado was forgotten. These are server issues and maybe the cook didn't read the ticket correctly. This will not stop me from returning, but if they would like to increase the star rating, this needs to be corrected quickly. My wife chose some gluten free pancakes and she said they were good. We are always appreciative of good gluten free options and this was part of the saving grace for the meal. I ordered an Eggs Benedict platter called "Southwest Eggs Benedict". Two large poached eggs sat on top of bacon, sliced tomato, sliced avacado and a half English Muffin (whole muffin for both eggs). All was covered with Hollindaise sauce. On the side were home fries. I also had a cup of black coffee. I enjoyed the several flavors of the Benedict and with the home fries it was plenty of food. The coffee was good as well. They were packed so the service was a little slow, but still not too bad. I think in a few more weeks things will be running super smooth. You know when I cut into a runny egg I'm expecting it to be cut runny but it wasn't so I took a picture of it and you could see it definitely 20 to 30 seconds longer than it should've been cooked but overall I love this meal, the crispy, crunchy bacon I mean, you can't ask for thick thick T thick bacon their bacon game is amazing. The trick with the mashed potatoes is you gotta ask for extra crispy so I had potatoes standard versus extra crispy and you gotta go extra crispy. Had the best experience here this week for my birthday. We arrived around opening and were greeted immediately. Everyone was friendly and attentive which meant a lot to my mom and I. The place was quiet as it had just opened, but the music was playing, restrooms were clean.
