    In n out hat

Shout out to the workers at this location! I wanted to celebrate my dog's birthday by getting him a dog patty aka a patty with no salt. They got him a patty! Also the burger with chopped chilis and onion is obviously amazing. My fries are always crispy and perfect. I also requested a paper hat and they were nice and gave us one.

It a chain. So the food is basically the same. The difference here is service & personalities. Unlike some others I've been to these guys are extremely outgoing, & friendly. Making sure my order was good & that I didn't need anything else. They weren't overly busy - a bonus. Glad I could add this one to my list of favorites.

Craved a burger and this place never disappoints. All that can be ask for is cleanliness and friendliness, which this location goes above and beyond. Next is the consistency expected and known from In n Out. The Animal style fries are delicious and a great combo of their Thousand Island dressing, some grilled chopped onions and cheese! First time ordering protein style burger (no buns) and it was perfect. There are plenty of parking as it is their own private lot. Will definitely be back! Enjoy!

In-N-Out NEVER disappoints. You can't go wrong with a cheeseburger with grilled onions. Customer service is always on point, inflation hasn't hit TOO hard, and the flavors are always on point!

This is my "lettuce" in my grilled cheese.

Being from Southern California, I grew up eating In-N-Out a lot. I got excited when they started popping up in Texas, especially in Pflugerville. All has been good but quite frankly, I dont know whree the quality has gone. Sure, I dont eat meat, so I order a grilled cheese with all the fixings minus onions (as you can see in the picture, there are some grilled onions in there.. I had scraped most of it off). Does there seem to be a shortage of lettuce or something? I have provided a picture to show exactly the amount of lettuce that was in my grilled cheese. I wish I could say this was a one time thing, but it isn't. I know employees from In-N-Out come from California to train the staff in different states. I dont think they would approve of how the Pflugerville location does this to their customers.

So good you can smell it through the picture!

This is the place for a fantastic fast food burger!! You can see everything they are doing and it is all made fresh... My family and I have been away from town for some time and one of the first things my boys wanted was In-N-Out when we came back. Delicious goodness!! So glad we were able to have In-N-out again!

The great thing about this business apart from their efficiency, is the fact that you can get a good double meat burger and fries and drink for less than $10 including tax. They cannot be said about a lot of places. They do lose one star, because the fries are good but they're really not great.

    Cute presentation

The stars here are for the cleanliness and friendliness of the location. I ordered a meal and I'm just shocked at how thin the patty was. It was even thinner than the tomato slices and the lettuce. It truly looked like a lettuce and tomato sandwich with a little burger as a topping. I get prices are going up - but don't skimp out on the very thing I paid for. Raise the prices, don't thin out the patty. Suggestion if you come here: get a double so you'll at least have enough to look like one patty. The fries also were absolutely tasteless, boring, not really even worth it. I prefer fries that are made well enough that they taste great without a bunch of sauces. This experience proved to me that it's all hype around In n Out and just that.

I think the default is you should never order burgers for delivery and I'm going to start with that. We got 2 buddah burgers regular and small, fries and they gave us some chicken tenders. SCORE! Again this was a delivery order so the review is based on this specific experience. Initial bites in everything , flavor is bursting. Good quality beef , not super fatty (which I love- only want a greasy burger if it's thin), the quality of Ingredients over all were great. I think if I had gotten the burger without cheese and no lettuce I would have enjoyed it more. The melted cheese texture with the soggy lettuce did not last the trip, and I felt like they took away from the burger overall. The sauce was quite good it reminded me of a cross between egg salad and potato salad. The fries I think had like gochujan powder or something were good but if I had it fresh would probably have enjoyed more. Initial bite of tenders were really good but after bite 2 it was like too much bullion in the batter. But in a samich with some coleslaw to cut through the salt I think it would have been great. The only problem I had with the meal overall was the sodium level which had me feeling kinda bloated and sick (could have been from driving and eating a salty spicy chicken earlier). But I will definitely give it another shot and I would go in person for sure it's not a delivery type item and I would probably tweak my burger or samich a bit.

However the great pitmaster, John Brotherton, who made Brotherton's Black Iron Barbecue a legendary place passed away a year ago. He was only 49. His death was sudden and shocking. Net of being a great cook, he apparently was also a great human being. He was much beloved in the Pflugerville community. When a master chef dies, It is usually very hard to his or her restaurant to recover. Brotherton's has taken a serious serious loss. * * * 1) The brisket that was once exceptionally tasty now does not taste like much. 2) Ribs that were highly regarded are now nothing special. 3) I can't say whether the pitmaster was responsible for the sides. However the tater tot casserole has become unpleasant. The beans don't have anything to them. * * * Fortunately I was with charming and absolutely delightful company. So the conversation over the table sparkled. The living carry on many of the good things of life.
