I hadn't been to In N Out in a while cause it's just not even close to the goodness that it was in the 90s in Los Angeles. Not even close. Come on...make it that greasy again. But my burger was great. I think I have gotten the Double Double 99% of the time, except when I once tried a Triple Triple. But why are they sooooo slow here and give priority to the burgers on the grill, to the people in the drive thru. That's really crappy. I timed it. There was 5 minutes between receipt numbers being called. I waited 18 minutes for my food after placing the order. Thank gawd I got to work on time. Sorta clean restaurant. read more

I know it is a California thing, but dang this place can turn out some good cheeseburgers... Especially with the grilled onions. My oh my it is scrumptiously delicious. Historically, I've had an issue with their french fries, being soggy and not crisp. I ran into their manager a few months ago and he told me I could always ask for them extra crispy... I did that a time to you but this visit I did not, and they were perfect. Nice crispness to them and just the perfect amount of salt. One thing that you may not consider ordering, but you should, or their shakes. The strawberry shake was just outstanding... Thick and delicious. Overall, fantastic food, super friendly service, and decent price... What's not to like? read more

My favorite burger spot of all time. The menu is simple and you can't go wrong with a burger and fries + items on the secret menu are a hit, like a root beer float. On top of the food being great, the service is always fast no matter how long the line is and the employees are always pleasant. Also, In N Out forces you to have human interaction. There's no online app, no phone orders, deliveries etc...you physically have to be at In N Out in order to enjoy their food and that's what we need more of these days. 10/10! read more

Stopped in today for a quick lunch. It has been years since I've been to an In-N-Out. Staff were super friendly. The workers were working so hard! The food came out fast and was delicious. You literally cannot go wrong with in-n-out. They always get your order right, it's always fresh, and always delicious. And the customer service is always exceptional! I love their new garbage, compost, and recycle containers but the trash section does fill up very fast causing a bit of a mess and some confusion. If you haven't tried a full grilled onion (not chopped) on your burger yet, you need to! Delish! read more

Delicious burger. We came in on a busy Friday evening around 9pm and Waited about 10 minutes for dine in, no problem at all. Quick and easy. Solid yummy burger, 2 combo meals for $19. Would recommend this location as a seat outside kinda deal, it's gets really loud inside and kinda overstimulating on a Friday. Enjoyed dinner and affordable combo price. read more

too bad, what a shame. Perhaps they should have stayed in California. Was excited to have a burger and fries at In N Out after many delightful consistently good experiences in Southern Cal. Sorry, this place is not even close. When I asked for fries 'well done' she must have thought that meant cold. Friends fries were also. Buns were over-toasted. Honestly the food, it's a 3.5 but the way the restaurant is run is A 5+. The double double animal style was a messy, finger lickin', delicious burger. The fries weren't my fave but man this restaurant knows how to make a restaurant run! So clean. Reasonably priced food. And very quick and attentive staff. Woman who took our drive thru order at around 8:45pm on 4/12 is most likely racist. She called the cops on my boyfriend (who is black) for slurring his words and being drunk. Also claimed we had supposed alcoholic beverages in the car. We had 6 cop cars pull us over the moment we left the drive thru. For that level of reaction, I cannot help but feel she made other baseless claims. Of course nobody had been drinking and there were zero drinks in the car, minus the root beer we had JUST gotten from them. With today's current climate, this incident has made us feel unsafe going to this location anymore. Do better store 289. read more

Came here for the first time on a weekend. No line to place an order and the staff was friendly. For 2 burgers and fries, it took about 15 minutes for the food to come out. The burgers were hot and the lettuce was crisp and fresh. The fries were also hot and crispy. The place itself is clean and has both indoor and outdoor seating. It's been awhile since I've been to In-N-Out and I forgot how affordable it is. For everything we ordered, I believe the total was $15. One of the burgers was a double double both animal style. No complaints here! I love how simple they keep their menu. We pulled in through the drive thru and a nice gentleman took our order on an Ipad, which helped to keep the line moving quick! We ordered two cheeseburger combo meals and a grilled cheese combo meal for our little guy. The food came out quick, hot, and fresh! If there's one thing that I love about In-N-Out, it's how affordable they keep their prices. We paid a little over $20 for our family of 3, and that was a great bang for our buck! The burgers were juicy and the buns were nicely toasted on the edges. I also ordered my fries animal-style, which is a definite must here! We didn't get to dine-in because it was a bit busy on the inside, but they do have seating. The ambiance was giving off old classic diner vibes! Overall though, this is as classic as it gets! Not sure what's going on here - is there only 1 person preparing food in there? Have been here a couple of times recently and more than a 15 minute wait with 2 cars in front of us. So you have a secret menu? Then do it! I ordered a Flying Dutchman (your secret menu) and I got two meat patties with cheese. It's supposed to be between two grilled onion patties. You want to have a "secret menu" then make it! I hate this place. They never get my order right. It seems simple then you figure out the "secret menu" and they mess that up. Why do you exist? Weird being in this place as the only customer. It was during Austin's 30 year ice/snow storm during President's day weekend. It was also 11AM. My daughter loved the vanilla shake. Fries were ok, but don't seem to be as good as they once were. I guess I'm comparing to the locations in San Diego, Phoenix and Vegas. Double burger with the sauce was really good. Well well well MikeyZ back at it again! Alright here's the scoop - wouldn't want to keep y'all out of the loop: The burger was warm and in perfect form! Ever so juicy, every bite had me humming that ole classic tune. By Claude Debussy, that sad Clair de Lune. The service was stellar - like cosmic level, for sure a bestseller. But the fries... oh my oh my. I just can't fathom why oh why. With sauce and onions and plenty of cheese, somehow they manage to still fail to please! In-n-out, do me a favor.
