Thankfully, they did not make it well done there was still some pink to it so I did not have to send the burger back. The earrings were not as plentiful and generous of a serving as is normal, but they were still very tasty. The french fries were mediocre. She asked if we were interested in dessert but not once did Faith mention the free pizookie or offered it. We paid our bill and she said Happy Birthday. While walking out, I wanted to confirm that BJ's still offer that complimentary pizookie. So I asked a server who was working on silverware before I exited the building. "Hi, do you still offer a free pizookie for birthdays?" She replied "yes if it's your birthday." I work in Customer Service and this was not it. But I do want to give a shoutout to Alexander. Our last server prior to this experience who made me want to come back to this establishment bc he was a 5 star server. Amazing experience! Faith could take some pointers from him.
