This was my first purchase at this burger joint on 10/25/24. My second time to have Five Guys. My first time to try their burgers was in northern California when I used to reside there. My work company had treated. I took my family here and this time. It was my treat. We decided to dine in. Order process was easy and quick. Service was good. We ordered three bacon cheeseburgers with all the toppings, two fries and three drinks. The burgers are pretty big and tasty. The fries are abundant although I don't each much fries. I was in disbelief at the total bill $68.68!! :O My family was also in disbelief. I advised them that this was my treat this one time only at this burger joint as they had never tried Five Guys. This location is pretty big, bright and pretty clean. Unfortunately, I have to say that I won't be back to any Five Guys establishment in the future. We have been coming to Five Guys several times for a quick burger meal and I think their burgers & fries are better than the other popular franchise burger spot (founded in CA. you know who I am talking about if you're a burger fan). AMBIANCE/LOCATION: The place is spacious and bright, they also have four tables outdoors in front of the restaurant. SERVICE: Staff was friendly and service was fast. If you dine-in, they offer free peanuts while waiting! Their roast peanuts were crispy and good. FOOD: We like to order online for pickup because it saves so much time! Their burgers are always fresh and good! I like that their burger patties are not salty, so you can taste the freshness of the ingredients, and the fact that I can customize my own burger is a plus! We also like to get their burger bowl (with no buns) with a lot of veggies whenever we run errands all day while being on a low carb regimen. Their fries are good when you eat them fresh and I love that their fries have skin on (which shows they are made with real thing and not so processed). We had their milkshake (bacon, Oreo, and salted caramel), and it was delicious with a lot of bacon chunks in it! PRICE: Nothing to complain about this place really especially the food. Burger was juicy and good. Totally rated burger. 10/10. Fries were over cooked but edible. $18 after adding bacon. Staff attitudes came free I guess. They give the most generous serving of fries so I ordered seasoned fries and they were hot, fresh, and delicious. I watched a video about how they make their fries, they take whole potatoes and clean them extremely thoroughly, and prepare them from beginning to end in store they're not frozen like how the other fast food restaurant do it. We ordered 4 bacon cheeseburgers a bacon dog and 2 large fries. I always heard about the fries over flowing in the bag. When I opened my burger I was surprised at how juicy it looked. I usually don't order burgers since they are not my favorite. But this was great. It could use a little salt but I still enjoyed it. I got mushrooms, grilled peppers, grilled onions, extra tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, mustard and ketchup. What I didn't know if they are double meat patties. I finished about 3/4 of the burger and 1/2 of my fries I divided up and I am full. We will order from here again. read more

I'm giving this location two stars only because of the food. I placed an order online at 12:43 and was given a time of 12:50 that's it would be ready. I received a text that my order was being worked on and I should text when I arrived. I did so at 12:51 and watched everyone else come after me and get their order while I waited. Finally at 1:03 I decided I should make sure I was at the right location, even though there's only one five guys in round Rock. The girl at the counter said they didn't have an order for me and I told her I did it online and she looked down at the machine and said oh it didn't print. She also gave me an excuse of it hasn't been working properly. I told her then she should let someone know and also check it. Miraculously she found my order and I had it completed in about 3 minutes. No one apologized just another guy walked up and said yeah we've been having problems with that. I again said then you should tell someone to fix it. I attached a picture of the receipt that was on my bag which is time stamped with order time and expected time of pickup. A little better than your average fast food burger, but at twice the cost. Spent about $50 for my family of three...for fast food. Three cheeseburgers, two large fries, two drinks, and a shake. $50. Definitely not coming back. However, the food isn't bad. I had no complaints about the food itself. The burgers are cooked to order. The fries are very thick and kind of sweet. Definitely not everyone's preference. The shakes are decent. Everything else is pretty bad though. The customer service isn't any better than any other fast food restaurant. The food takes about 10-15 minutes even if the restaurant is empty. The restaurant itself looks like any other fast food restaurant. You still have to clean up after yourself. I stopped by for a burger. I walked in. I was welcomed, but told to wait. There were no customers inside. There were 3 workers in the store. After approaching the counter, I was asked to continue to wait by the manager. After waiting for 5 minutes, my order was taken. I did not feel valued as a customer. A delivery guy walked in and they catered to him. My food was prepared out of order as the person behind me received their food first. When I asked if the fries were hot, the employee responded with an attitude. They were wearing gloves, but the employees were wiping their gloves on their regular clothes. This was bad all around. CAJUN FRIES. Thats really the only reason I go thee. Wished they had a good chicken/turkey/proper veggie patty for a burger...but alas they dont. No matter the fries make up for this. They are hand cut and medium sized and absolutely delicious with that cajun seasoning sprinkled all over it. The look of it can scare someone who isn't used to spicy food, however I find that the seasoning isn't as hot as it appears, and not salty at all either. They also give you a very very good heaping. Horrific experience with the staff. Our daughter picked up an order and when she got home we found there was an item missing (which was on the receipt). We called and asked that they simply refund the amount of that single item to the credit card that was used for the purchase. The staff member refused this simple request, and instead asked that we return to the store to pick up the missing item. We explained this was a 30-minute round-trip that we didn't wish to make, and again requested that the amount be refunded to our card. At that point, the staff member hung-up on us. Ordered 3 burger bacon cheeseburgers (2 little, 1 big). The big one was smallest of all and single patty. None of the burgers came with bacon. We were told they were out of bacon after we paid, waited for 15 minutes, and received the burgers. Not offered refund. Chalked it up to ice and supply chain issues. The walls are decorated with every publication that wanted to give the 5 Guys their props and from every conceivable location on the East Coast, and thats ok.... However, I noticed one, that was I think from Augusta, that listed Best of Burgers: 5 Guys Burgers and Fries...guess who was #2.... Burger King.... really? Ordering is very easy, Burger, Cheese burger, Bacon Burger, Bacon Cheese Burger...Hot dog, cheese dog, Bacon dog, Bacon Cheese Dog... there is also a BLT, and a grilled cheese... Fries of course and drinks... As you order, Josh, the Cashier yells back your order... Me: Yeah, my son will have a hot dog.... Josh:(yelling back behind him)....ONE DOG, what else? Me: order of fries.. Josh: ONE FRY...what else? Me: My daughter wants a hot dog as well... Josh: ONE DOG... You get the picture... Its nice, very old style, and I like that. Just threw me off a bit... So after we get our drinks from the fountain, we notice the peanuts in the box with the boats, so we scoop some up and sit down. So first thing I notice is how clean the floors are, considering they serve peanuts in the shells...So...Either peeps in the Rock are being super helpful and clean, or these guys have the cleaning thing down... The other thing which I am not sure how I feel about it yet, but as the food is being prepped, there is a constant barking of time gone by on orders, what is still needed and also this sense of... well kept making me feel like I was in the army and the drill sergeants were making dinner that night. Not bad in any way, but again, just threw me off a bit.... SO my order is called, and all the food is in bags... I thought we were eating here... We bag all our food sir.... OK... again just throwing me off a bit... no Big Woop.... After all the food is out and fries are settled on top of ripped bags... I look at my burger... Huge... Its got everything I want.... 2 patties Bacon 2 or maybe 3 slices of cheese Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Grilled onions, Mushrooms, Mustard Ketchup Mayo... And this is standard... Its with everything on it.... Greasy, meaty, cheesy GOODNESS.... Yeah, it was good, it was exactly what I had been craving... Fries were good too, kind of soggy, but still... Good.... Muchos gracias. Music is too bloody loud and generally from an era that anyone under 30 won't recognize. Free peanuts galore, not that you need them. The burger and crazy amount of fries will tide you over for several days. Shakes are genuine. This place costs more than the general burger joint but they are really good.
