Finally tried a burger here after reading reviews on how good their burgers are. I did the drive through and ordered a Cajun burger with jalapeños and a regular fries. The total was $15.13. Honestly everything is so ridiculously expensive it's impossible to just criticize them for ridiculous prices. The Cajun burger is a very good burger. Definitely a well made burger with great tasting beef patties, bacon, toppings, pepperjack cheese and spicy mayo. The fries are okay. Thicker cut than most burger joints and were nothing exceptional. Took almost 10 minutes to order the food because whoever is working drive through keep forgetting so we had to keep re ordering then when we finally get to the window it took 10 minutes just to get our burgers then they go "oh you're waiting on shakes right" and they don't give us our fries so we tell "ya and our fries" then they argue with that we didn't order fries. Many Buffalo chicken sauce recipes will also include Worcestershire Sauce as well as additional seasonings like garlic or cayenne. Generally speaking, buffalo is medium hot seasoning. The Buffalo chicken sandwich served here has more 'sweet' than heat. The level of sweet can be described as tangy and subtly fruity. Unfortunately, because the degree of sweet overpowered the heat, this fell short on expectations. Cajun Burger This burger is supposed to come with two beef patties, lettuce, tomato, bacon, pepper jack cheese, and Cajun remoulade. I ordered this menu item without tomato. Instead, what I received was a burger without bacon, lettuce, or tomatoes. Per the review photo, the top photo of the burger was what the burger is supposed to look like, yet the bottom photo is what I received. Therefore, I can't accurately rate a menu item I did not receive. I did not return this menu item as by the time I reached my home, I would have had to double back to the restaurant, leaving the other menu item I ordered left to become cold. I decided to give Wayback Burger a try since I work next one in Georgetown and have one by the house in Cedar Park. I submitted my order through Yelp, which was for pickup via GrubHub. I paid extra for swiss cheese and mushrooms. However they only put mustard, lettuce, tomato on my sandwich. Also when I pulled up to the drive thru no one answered. I had to pull around to the drive thru window and waited 3-4 minutes before someone assisted me. This was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. I went with my girlfriend, I got a classic burger and fries while she got chicken tenders and a shake. My burger took ~15 minutes to come out in an almost empty restaurant, the tenders took 30. The food was horrible, the burger had no seasoning, and was dry. The bun fell apart and felt cheap and there was something grainy about the burger, I'm not sure if it was the cheese or the bun. The chicken was tiny and over-fried. And the fries were mediocre at best, they were very greasy. The price was too expensive for food that took too long to come out and was too lackluster to eat. I watched my boyfriend get his food fifteen minutes after he ordered, and I watched several takeout and drive through orders be taken care of. The shake had whole chocolate chips that you couldn't even get up through the straw, no whipped cream or chocolate on top like advertised in the menu (despite the can of whipped cream sitting right there on the counter).
