Normally, the customer service is stellar. I would blame the heat but he was inside. So.... The hint of an attitude at the drive thru speaker -noise from the highway didn't help either. This restaurant was not as good as people said it was. The chicken nuggets were okay but it just had a weird taste to it. The ranch was pretty bland too so it did not add much to the dish. Food was great. Service was absolutely awful. We pull up to the window, and start our order. While the man is repeating our order back to us, he says "so only onions and mustard?" We went through the drive thru on our way home from a long day where it was just easier to get food out. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until we got home we didn't get all that we ordered. I had some family friends come in from out of town. Naturally after a roadtrip people are hungry, it was about 9:30 when they arrived so we went to grab food for everybody. They wanted a local spot. We pull up at 9:50 tell them it is going to a kinda large order 9 sandwiches and fries and drinks. Order everything is great When we get to the window I notice it's a cashier we had had before and he usually gives attitude like he's better than the job he's at. Lo and behold guess what he does when we get to the window. The same old catty better than this job attitude. We asked him for a drink holder and starts to mutter something under his breath. We ask him what he said and starts to act surprised we called him out on his behavior. He then has a problem the rest of the time and walks away. I won't be retuning to this location and you definitely need to handle that guy. He had like blonde highlights in his hair and wore glasses, had pretty crazy 5 o'clock shadow. read more

I'm glad this location finally opened in Round Rock and super cool design! It was fun watching it be built and now the drive-thru experience like going through a forest... A red forest. They could even be flowers but whatever the giant red things are they are super cool! Perfectly located right off the interstate with fast and courteous service. Still a solid place and a must eat while visiting. Friendly service from the young lady when ordering at drive thru. Great service from the young man who handed us our food. Though the prices increased since our last visit, it's definitely worth it! Double cheeseburger w/bacon, number 2 with fries & drink, chicken bites with their spicy special sauce. I don't usually write reviews for fast food chains but in case there is any arguments as to which burger joint is better in the Austin area...P.Terry's is definitely the better choice (my opinion of course) :). I tried a few (those the we don't have in Miami) and P.Terry's by far was the best one that I tried. I liked the bun on the burger but that was about it. The patty was quite small and tasteless. I had hopes for the fries but opened the bag and it looked like a clump of potatoes.
