Love this place. Have friends who live in Wisconsin and turned us on to this chain. Our favorite fast food burger at the moment. Staff is friendly and hard working. Love a place that has diet root beer and cheese curds. Since moving from north Austin has always been busy. Be aware, right across the street from a large high scooo, so there can be a lot of teenagers. Parking can also be tough due to the popularity of the place. read more

We recently moved to Texas and there was no Culver's in the state we moved from To start off the people that work there are friendly and you can tell they work hard. What surprises me is that the burgers I've gotten I can't say are great. They're good but they're not great. Another surprise for me was the fried shrimp which was actually very good and of course having visited more than once we tried the custard and it was good. The turtle version was what we got. They're a little slim on their caramel sauce, but otherwise it was OK. I lived in a state that did not have a Culver's, but the state next to us did and people from my state were driving an hour or more to get to them and raved about their butter burgers, but I don't even feel there's butter on the burgers or the buns. Finally - an adventure to a new place in Leander after the newness wore off after their opening a few months ago. Culver's definitely surpassed my expectations on many levels. Ambience is a clean and nicely decorated indoor seating and there is outdoor seating as well, if wanted. The staff here was amazing. Super friendly. They gave recommendations for first timers and brought the food to the table whether to go or eating in the restaurant. Just a great experience all the way around. Food was awesome. Burgers cooked perfectly, well seasoned, and assembled with care. Fries were so good and chili cheese fries made the right way with cheddar cheese sauce not throwing shredded cheese on top. And Culver's chili? Wow - a league of its own. Tasted like a diner I'd been to on the west coast. Super good! Definitely coming back and oh - the frozen custard. Take some pints home if you're full. To me the high point of Culver's is frozen custard! It's creamy, smooth and flavorful. The chocolate shake I received was one of the best I've had in ages! I look forward to going back and trying other frozen offerings. That said, Culver's isn't only a frozen treat business. My companion had one of their burgers and fries. The cheeseburger was juicy with fresh vegetables. The bread was soft. Initially the cheese wasn't melted well, though. We really liked that the fries were crinkle fries. That extra texture is a great touch to a fry. There was a special drink offering, Lemon Ice Coolers. We added strawberries, mango, and banana. It was a beautiful orange color and had a smooth texture and delicious fruit flavor. It was very enjoyable. I look forward to going back. read more

The Double ButterBurger was everything it should be--juicy, perfectly seasoned, and stacked with flavor on that signature buttery bun. The fried shrimp were golden and crispy with a light crunch that made each bite irresistible. French fries paired with the pretzel cheese dipping cup brought me back to my Chicago taste buds (also another reason I am a huge Culver's fan) What truly set this experience apart, though, was the owner. What a great place! It was nice to see families going out and eating, mostly screen free even. The music was oldies from the 60s, and possibly the 50s but don't quote me on that, which my parents listened to when I was growing up, so I didn't have a problem with that. It was also at a very low volume. Now, the food was amazing. I had the pot roast sandwich. I didn't add anything to it because I didn't need anything. I've never been there before, so I like to try things without putting anything else on them first. It was awesome! The crinkle fries were super crispy and not over salted. We got the onion rings to share, though my husband got his own side. They were super amazing, and I know it will definitely be good when reheated in an air fryer tomorrow. We bought ice cream, but we were too full to eat it so we brought it home and put it in the freezer. I like that you can buy it in pint containers. I didn't ask if you can do the concrete mixer in pint containers, because I was perfectly happy with vanilla. The employees were really nice and super helpful! Today is February 22, 2025. I placed two DoorDash orders to the new Culver's location in Cedar Park for 11 AM. Unfortunately, DoorDash did not provide any earlier availability from which to choose. When I looked up the Cedar Park Culver's, I saw they open at 10 AM, so I decided to go to the location. Upon my arrival at 10 AM, I was approached by Terry, the manager, who had quite an attitude. I showed him my DoorDash orders, and he somewhat sarcastically pointed out that my order was scheduled for pickup at 11 AM. If Terry had allowed me to explain the situation before being confrontational, he would have understood my perspective. The rest of the employees were pleasant and helpful. Fortunately, another manager named Austin intervened. He listened to me and effectively de-escalated the situation. I was close to calling DoorDash to cancel my orders because I refused to tolerate rude behavior without cause. At that moment, I felt out of place and unwelcome. However, Austin turned things around with his apology and made me feel valued as a customer. Austin exemplifies authentic leadership, and Terry could benefit from learning how to be more compassionate. It's essential to understand the entire story before confronting someone. Thank you, Austin, for saving the day! I wish you all the best in your leadership journey and hope you continue to rise. We could all use more people like Austin in our lives! read more

I hate to be critical of a new food establishment, but I must admit that my expectations were not met. The unsweet tea was awful; the onion rings won't be ordered again; and the coleslaw was bland. So have tried culver 3x now. Service staff. Is awesome, music is irritating to say the least. 3 different items not a single hamburger. I always try the menu that is not based on the famous item which for Culvers is the butter burger. So I tried the fish and fries, fries greasy fish very greasy almost not edible. Last 2x tried the tenders, despite the fries being great the tenders were sub par both times. Odd batter and greasy. The last item was a party melt my son liked but he didn't give it 2 thumbs up which means he probably would bot eat it again. He loved the cheese curds. So in a nutshell hate to do it but not impressed with the dood at all and for close to $85 dollars on 3 visits not sure I will be back. Had high hopes. read more

If you park on the west side of the building you can't back out because of the drive thru line.
