My daughter is a fan of this little Italian ice shop, so when we decided to go to cedar parks 4th of July fireworks, she immediately decided to bring me here to try some goodies! Well, next time I will not get the sugar free mango and opt for some of their mixed creations! My choice, helped my diet, but it was very soft flavored... it was nice and cold, but I was underwhelmed. Her creation was delicious: I think it was called a grasshopper? Yum! No wonder she keeps coming back! Honestly for the price (same price for any creation or plain ice), I should've had the special! Lesson learned! I was so happy to hear about a place from back home coming to Cedar Park and man did I miss their gelato. This place is totally worth taking a lactáid for, their gelato is that good. I love the cookie butter so I went with the animal cracker gelati and it was outstanding! All of the flavors mixed so well and the sprinkles just added some delicious crunch. Got the orange Italian ice with ice cream--tastes just like an orange creamsicle! We came on a Friday night around 9 and there was no line. There's a variety of flavors, and the small size looks small but it ended up being a lot of ice cream/italian ice. Love that the ice is so fine and custard is smooth and creamy. I've been to Jeremiah's Italian ice three times now, and always had a good time. There's always been a little line, but it's justified because the employees are hard at work. They have four different sizes: tadpole mini, small, medium, and bullfrog (large). I always get the tadpole mini, and it's still large enough for me to get more than satisfied. My favorite flavor is the cookies and cream Italian ice, and chocolate ice cream. It's a clean shop, they have about seven tables for you to sit at, and I love the art on the wall! The drive over to Cedar Park was completely worth this experience! They have gelati, Italian ice, and soft serve and you can combine any of those in any flavor. Great summer treat that is super refreshing. I haven't had good Italian shaved ice in years, so thrilled to have this close by. Super affordable too. Their ice is great texture and just sweet enough. Mango was probably my favorite flavor, followed by the key west tropical, watermelon and then pina colada. The soft serve was pretty good and less stiff than others I've had, giving it a more blended texture but the end. It puts the soft in soft serve.
