I give them credit for their unique cookie creations, but they have such a limited offering that has you looking around for more. I was surprised how sparse the interior was with no place to sit at, no drink fountains or anything other than the cookie selections displayed on the counter. Drinks consist of water or single serve milk. No kolaches, donuts, or croissants found here. If they can get by on producing cookies to make rent and labor, more power to them. You may need someone onsite with authority, knowledge, critical thinking skills and ability to effectively problem solve or provide solutions with a service attitude. They have multiple locations, but I went to the one in Pflugerville. Their newest location is in Round Rock! We ordered the party box with 12 cookies because we were entertaining friends and were excited to try a variety of flavors. The issues: Too sweet...like overly processed food sweet. Of course, you would expect them to be sweet but I think we'd be better off just pouring plain sugar in our mouth. We tried to give all the flavors a shot, but no...none were good. The sugar cookie: the grossest icing ever. The kids were literally wiping it off with napkins. Chocolate chip. The most decent of them all but still not good. Oreo cookie pieces: I had high hopes for this one, but too grossly sweet. Peanut butter brittle: meh. Decided to try Crumbl cookie for myself. I've been to functions that had Crumbl cookies and thought they looked great! So I Stopped in, and the place was nice inside. They only had about 5 to choose from so I picked out 2 which cost me $9.xx and I thought that was ridiculously expensive for cookies that were quite a bit smaller than what I've seen before. To top it off when I payed I was asked by the cashier if I would like to leave a tip. I don't like being put on the spot like that and I'm not the type of person to leave a (25% tip was the minimum choice on the screen) for someone boxing up 2 cookies and charging me almost $10.00. Doubt I'll go back. The cookies were okay, but nothing special. H‑E‑B has cookies by the dozen that taste just as good and are half the price. I walked in and there was one man in front of me and two girls waiting by the online order pickup counter. There was 5 people working (3 girls and 2 guys) and one of the guys was decorating the cookies and assembling the boxes and the other guy was taking the orders. The girls though were just chatting with the girls at the pickup counter and did nothing. I waited for five minutes to even put my order in because only the guys were working (shoutout to them!) These cookies are made with love and you can taste it! Ordered the box with 4 large cookies for $10.98, just made more sense than $3.48 for 1. I ordered the cinnamon swirl, milk chocolate chip, peanut butter bar and molten chocolate cake cookies and each one was delicious but the cinnamon swirl was an instant fave, def top 3 no doubt. The cinnamon swirl is like a snickerdoodle on 10, the peanut butter bar is topped with chocolate icing and both the cookie itself and the icing are really good but the combo of the two is next level, the chocolate chip was filled with chips and lastly the molten cake tastes exactly like the molten at Chili's in cookie form. The size of the cookies was ridiculous, I've never seen cookies this size anywhere else and the texture was perfect..every cookie had the right amount of crisp but were still really soft. The cool thing is they have like this flavors of the week type thing going. Personally I think the cinnamon swirl should be a signature cookie available at all times because it was that good. Last but not least, I can't leave out the staff and how quickly they made my order..everyone acknowledged that I'd walked in and one whose name I didn't catch explained the process and timeframe then directed me to the self ordering kiosk.
