Honestly, this is probably my favorite bakery and coffee shop in Austin. I've been here many times, and I genuinely don't think I've tried a single thing that I didn't like. The pastries are always fresh, and the dough is absolutely amazing, so soft and delicate that it practically melts in your mouth. Everything we've tried has been delicious. Their cakes are also really good. We've ordered cakes here a few times, and they've always been fresh and delicious. And the coffee deserves a special mention. The cappuccino is excellent. The flavor is rich and balanced. The staff is always friendly, polite, and welcoming. They're happy to warm up the pastries when you ask, and sometimes they even offer to do it themselves, which is such a nice touch. I also really love the space itself. The interior is bright, clean, and beautiful, with plenty of comfortable seating and nicely arranged tables. It's a place where you actually want to sit and enjoy your coffee and pastry. The only thing I wish for is a location in South Austin or somewhere in that direction. We really need you down there! You're seriously missed in South Austin. Please open a location here! read more

July 20, 2026 review- This location is new and have outdoor area to sit as well. Plenty of quick bites options from sweet to savory. We got salted butter twist roll and coffee bun. Both were good but my personal favorite was coffee bun. They have lots of pastries and cake options too. Staff is humble, clean bathrooms. read more

The cakes are amazing , coming straight out of a picture book. You don't even want to take the fork to it so you won't ruin the image Bella our server was nice and helpful. She brought our drinks outside to our table even though it is customary to pick up your drinks at the service counter. I loved the outside seating with a lot of umbrellas for shade. I have been returning many times to snatch a great drink and a delicious slice of cake. If you like something not as sweet I recommend the Matcha Frappe read more

Went to pick up a cake for the weekend- it was one of their Mother's Day specials. I was amazing!!! I did a preorder, just in case, along with the special macarons. There's such a great variety of both savory and sweet pastries it's so hard to choose. The associates packed my treats up very well. Would definitely go back. It's a little ways to get there, but it's very worth it. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed their matcha latte although too sweet for my liking. The drink was however satisfying and smooth. I wish I asked for less sweet - but I'll do so next time. Pastries are fresh and have variety of sweet and savory. Good cake varieties as well and they're beautifully and tastefully decorated. We will certainly consider them next time we have celebration and need a cake or two. Service is decent at check-out and the place has good vibes and the outdoor seating is so nice for October/November time (and springtime too!). read more

Popped in here after a medical appointment. Wanted something but not a full breakfast and this place hit the spot. So many different tempting items to choose from! You grab a pair of clean tongs, a tray or box and grab whatever you like. I quickly grabbed the almond croissants to go, and ate the crème brûlée thingy and the maple pecan danish. They were absolutely delicious!! Especially the crème Brûlée thingy.. the only disappointment was the cappuccino.. it was served in a paper cup and was meh.... read more

I've got a big sweet tooth, so I love coming here to Paris Baguette! Among my favorites are the Supreme Croissants and the Croissant Donuts. But even their savory pastries and sandwiches are delicious, including the ham, egg and cheese twist I just swallowed. The service here is always great, and the store is always clean and bright. I'll be back again soon! read more

I always love Paris Baguettes cakes! The flavors are really delicate, but still come through. And the cream is always super light which I love. However, servers are kinda slow. Super friendly and nice, but slow. Maybe it's just because this is a newer location, but it felt like the line was long for no reason, and that some employees felt like they were just hovering around. read more

This location is really cute and has good lighting. The baked goods are absolutely gorgeous and everything looks amazing. My husband and I came by and decided to share one savory item and one sweet. The sweet item was quite delicious but the savory we chose, which had crab in it, was repulsive and we ended up each taking one bite and threw it away. The people we checked out with were polite and friendly. read more

Nice to have a Paris Baguette up in leander, but the staff needs some training as we had a bad experience. We arrived at 7pm to check it out for the first time, and we walked up with some other people to find the front doors locked. There were people inside and the staff simply stared at us as we were wondering why the doors were locked (closing time was 9pm). Eventually a customer, not staff opened a side door and let us in. Staff said nothing and didn't even seem to notice. As you can imagine this was an annoying experience, did nobody care? Knowing the routine we picked up some pastries and I had a question about the cream puffs they offered regarding their filling. I asked if it was whipped cream or pastry cream and the employee could not have been more dismissive with a 'bro i dont know i dont eat this stuff.' There were 5 other staff people that could have been asked just in proximity and i got no answer. Its a pretty location but man, that was a bad experience. If I was the owner I'd be legitimately upset. The staff needs some training in basic customer service. Other than that the pastries were fine. But they need to get some kinks sorted out. read more

Amazing pastries that are baked fresh daily! Everything we tried was delicious, and their coffee is absolutely divine. Such a cute little spot with great staff--I'll definitely be back! read more

We were craving a delicious pastry for desert and live close by so decided to give Paris Baguette a try! Really good first experience. Store was clean, almost all of the pastries and treats were well stocked (we came after dinner) and I liked the variety of options to choose from. Picked up a few different things, but have to shout out the red velvet cake that's located in the glass cases. It was really good. Perfectly moist with the right amount of frosting, and it was a healthy portion size. Look forward to coming back another time and trying some of their breakfast and lunch items. Staff was friendly and we were able to check out in no time. read more

My husband went there the other day and raved about this place and he brought home a coffee bun and croissant that were delicious. This morning we stopped in on our way to work at 6:20. We selected our food that looked wonderful and went to the counter. There were at least 10 employees in there putting out food, and two behind the counter talking to each other. We stood there for ten minutes and no one ever acknowledged us. We finally gave up and left the food on the counter and left. When we were walking out no one looked at us or said anything. It was very strange. So sad because the place is cute and the food looked good. Too bad. We'll stick to Starbucks and HEB. One star, if I could give zero, I would. read more

Got here around 9:45am, and it was so packed!! Haha I knew it'd be busy but wasn't expecting it at that capacity, so it was pretty loud inside and the line was very long. It seems they may need more cashiers early in the morning. I got one pastry at $5.49, I also got an iced latte with oatmilk around $5.50. I was a little confused when the cashier asked if I had tried soy milk. I told her I hadn't but that it looked watery. Then she told me that our bodies cannot digest oatmilk so it causes more bloating. I was a little taken aback by the comment but went ahead with my order. The latte was good, the pastry was good, a little over priced and the in store experience was a little bit lacking. I was excited to try the place but probably won't come back, unless my parents want to check it out. read more

I was so excited to hear Leander was getting a Paris baguette. I've visited one in NYC but this one has a larger selection of pastries. It's like a bakery with endless options. From cakes to pastries to sandwiches to coffees to smoothies they offer a wide variety. I visited on a Sunday afternoon and it was full of satisfied faces. The countertop situation was a little confusing of where to go, but we figured it out after saying a couple of excuse me. Things can be warmed up to your perfection. If an item is removed from the case, it's sold out. Everything tasted fresh upon eating and definitely satisfied my sweet cravings. read more

The pastries are so delicious. I had a couple today, where the bakery donated all profits to the flood victims/survivors for the day. The place is clean and well kept including the neutral gender bathrooms. There is also plenty of parking. Our cashier was nice and even heated one of the pastries. I also like the fact that everything is labeled with the name, how many calories and the cost. The only negative thing is the prices, but to splurge every now and then will be ok and worth it. read more

Very clean, desserts were delicious! Music was nice and coffee excellent! I will be going back and will take pics next time!

Ordered the cake online. Tried calling twice the morning of pick up to confirm that the cake was ready. No answer. No opportunity to leave a message. Went to the store to pick up the cake. They couldn't find the cake. After 5 minutes, they can find the order but cannot find the cake. After another 10 minutes they finally found the cake but said that they needed some time to write the message on it. Waited another 15 minutes, went back to the cashier, and found out that the cake was ready, but no one had come to let me know. The only reason I gave the store three stars was because the cashier was thoughtful and offered a water as I waited and the manager apologized. read more

It is okay. For the price, not really worth it in my opinion. Restaurant is clean, staff was nice

Excellent food. Very clean. 100% happy every time I go. Get the app and you get special treats!

The pastries and drinks at Paris Baguette are great! There's a wide selection of sweets and plenty of drink options to have a nice sip and chill in a cool environment during these hot summer days. I know there's a lot of complaints about the staffing and service, but that is to be expected at a new spot. I'm certain they'll work it out, and I'm even more certain that my wife will visit again and again. read more

I had some Croissant donuts, and a lot of different pastries that tasted like heaven! Plus an iced pistachio coffee and a mocha. Stunning Pastry, Steep Prices! I met a group of friends here on a Sunday, and while the atmosphere was lively, the staff seemed a bit stretched for the weekend crowd. That said, the highlight was undeniable: I had a pecan tart that was possibly the most beautiful pastry I've seen outside of Paris--and it tasted as good as it looked. Absolute perfection. I also ordered a matcha tea with oat milk, which was decent but not particularly memorable. Unfortunately, the prices were surprisingly high, which makes it hard to justify a return visit despite the pastry magic. Worth a stop if you're chasing visual pastry art--but maybe not if you're watching your budget. read more

This place is super cute! Everything looks so yummy! This was our first time and we went in for a birthday cake for myself planning to get a case cake. I asked for the mini strawberry cream cake but I guess the young man didn't hear me say mini. Thought the price was 39$ because I tried to push four dollars on the tip screen. There was a mini cake in the case but the employee went to the back and after some discussion the manager came out and said they would have to make one and to return in an hour and a half. It was for my birthday so I didn't want any negativity so since we had errands to run we left and came back later. I mean, there was a mini in the case but an empty space next to it so I really should have spoken up. When we unboxed the cake ( we actually picked up Saturday for my Sunday birthday) it was the large cake. Cake was okay, basically a strawberry short cake but with a sponge/ chiffon type cake. We each ate one piece and thought it a tad flavorless, the strawberries really dominated, but I think it just wasn't quite what we expected flavor wise. We expected maybe a denser cake, but it was super light and airy. Shop was clean and quite busy so overall good experience and everything looked so good I'm sure we will visit again. Our dog got a small bit with some vanilla ice cream and said definitely two paws up so, silver lining! read more

I popped in here after a recommendation from a friend. I strolled in trying not to be too excited. What a display of amazing pastries in both savory and sweet. I don't know why I didn't snap a picture because it was a sight! Display case after display case. I grabbed a tray and tongs and went to every case before making any decisions. I saw they had also a full coffee bar and prepackaged options, as well. I chose a sausage croissant. This was crunchy and chewy with just the right meat to pastry ratio. Next I got a crab croquette which had a mixture of "krab" salad with corn inside. The pastry was light with the standard crunchy top. Loved it. I also chose a strawberry croissant round partially dipped in a strawberry frosting and a strawberry filling. The strawberry flavor was real and the pastry to cream filling spot on. Lastly but certainly not least is my ab fav - a palmier! It was all the things it should be: layered, crunchy, buttery with the caramelized sugar baked into it. Divine! Everything I got was very fresh and full of flavor without resorting to too much sugar or salt. I'll definitely make a return or 10! The staff were young and seemed like they were there for the job but not the service. I alo inquired about any gluten free options for my sister, but was told there wasn't any in the store. Oh well, Casa Costa is close enough for that. read more

128 South Brook Dr, Ste 160, Leander TX 78641 Wow WOW Wowzer!!!! I had never even heard of Paris Baguette, but I surely will never forget it !!! Walk in the door-the visual is stunning! There are cases of pastry of an extreme variety immediately, and it continues all the way up to the counter where they have a beautiful display of cakes. Above the display cases on the left side of the store, I procured two loaves of sliced sourdough bread I treated my son and granddaughter to one and kept one for myself I treated myself to a Palmier. When I say treated, I mean, treated in the finest sense.... this pastry was sublime, just enough sweet just enough crunch and just enough butter. It was a little bite of heaven!!! I also got a cream cheese, filled pastry and got my butter half a fresh -light as air sugar twist donut. There were all kinds of other delightful pastries! Lots of croissant stuffed with fresh strawberries and topped with whipped cream, blueberry pastry's, I don't think I've ever been inside a property that had so many pastry options. Up by the register with fresh baguettes . I'm truly impressed. I will definitely be making this a routine stop ...how I'm going to budget it into my eating plan. I have no idea, but I'll figure it out!!!! What a welcome addition to Leander, when I was there yesterday close to 4 PM it was hopping' Take a ride out 183 and when you pass the H-E-B plus keep on the lookout for Paris baguette on the left it is well worth a trip !!!! Next time we will take pics before devouring them!!! read more

I bought a couple of pastries to try weeks ago and it was good. I tried the strawberry pistachio donut and a blueberry chiffon cake. Can't recall the third item but just want you to know they are really good. The blueberry chiffon was the highlight - every mouthful was satiating, it was moist with quality ingredients in it. I appreciate quality for the cost and hope quality will prevail. I gave the Austin branch a poor rating due to selling "expired" cake that tastes like dried cardboard. Thank you read more

Not good at all. No flavor, tastes frozen and dirty inside. Will not be trying again.

Gave them a try for the first time today. The place was clean, cute and easy to find what I wanted. I loved exploring the options and having the price available. The staff were friendly and helpful. No ownership or management around to explain how this place is run and even when they are, they are very not helpful in relieving congestion. Most people when they first walk in are confused as to what to do. The directions on how to grab a tray and grab pastries are in the window where noone inside can see or read. People stand in line to just stand in a line that doesn't really go anywhere when the place is packed. It'd be okay if noone was here and you can walk freely. The congestion is stifling, and I really hate going to this bakery because of how inefficient it is run. The pastries are good for the area. That's about it. Constructive feedback: Put the checkout line on the right side of the store away from the food displays so that people leave through the middle and put the trays closer to the entrance with instructions. Label the flow of traffic more clearly. read more

I really don't want to come back here again. Normally, at any other bakery, you just grab a tray and browse. Here, everyone inexplicably stands in a line that only covers half the store. There's a sign in front saying just grab a tray but it's easy to miss. People are just trying to be polite and do the right thing. The owners should help but they don't seem to know how a bakery works. You can either use the bakery normally, as some do, and get ugly looks or you wait 20 minutes in line to buy a doughnut. Such a dumb, stupid, easy problem to solve but the owners aren't there and when they are they're kind of confused. read more
