First time visiting the Georgetown lovation. It's a small, quaint, cute, clean location. When I arrived, the staff was in the back kitchen area, baking and packing cookies. A female employee came up to greet me, she was not the friendliest when I asked about the $12 dozen pickup deal, not at all. I placed the ordered online, waited 30inutes, came back in to pick up and the Male employee was friendly and explained the process and reasoning. Super helpful.. But anywho .... For Order pickups with coupons , You must place the order online if you plan on using any coupons or promotions. Once ordered, you can pick up in store. Then you get to enjoy the best cookies! It's really pointless to try to order for cookie delivery from this droll little storefront with zero ambiance. I went into this store in person earlier this evening to have cookies delivered later. I couldn't wait for the baking time, and, besides, it was essentially an ultimatum of wait around or do without. II wanted the cookies to arrive as a surprise. I left without ordering. Honestly, it doesn't pay me to subscribe to their $50 free delivery plan if they never have any delivery slots available. This is the third time I had this experience with this store. I've also tried calling in and going online to order. By phone, I was told that unless you ordered before noon you won't get delivery same day. The negative review is not about policy, it's about severe driver understaffing to the point of not living up to their company slogan "Cookie Delivery". I've never had this experience with any other Tiff's location, including last hour orders. They either need more drivers or another store in Georgetown if they're that busy since they're turning away business. And I won't be renewing my subscription. Forget you Tiff's. You've turned a long time customer into a hater. And that's the way the cookie Crumbles. read more

I was having a late night craving and ordered Tiffs treats! We got a box of 6 cookies and the brownie trio. Everything was yummy. They were also so nice and gave us two sprinkles cupcakes for free! And those were really yumm as well. My fave is the double choco and snickerdoodle cookies. The brownies bars are very good and rich! We ate two and froze one for later. They deliver their own stuff and the communication for delivery was perfect! Will defo order again. And forgot to mention that everything came in these boxes that kept the goodies warm, just melt in your mouth . read more

I just died and went to Heaven. Just got a "special " belated birthday delivery of brownies and cookies. They were warm and aromatic like they just came out of the oven! Been here a handful of times lately (mostly to grab cookies for work purposes) but each time I have been greeted with a smile (I hope they are smiling behind the mask) but always friendly. I have been ordering online so it is super easy, just order and pick up on the time that I have picked. cookies are always a hit and everyone enjoys them. There are a couple of things I would like better but doesn't really equate to taking away starts. 1.) if they could label the boxes somehow, sometimes I get specific types of cookies mixed with others and there is no way to find out until I open them, but since I gift them out it would be nice to have a label on them or what not. 2.) they really should have a reward system built for clients (much like every other company these days). You have the app already why not have a reward system. I order at any given time 5-9 dozen cookies would be nice to get a reward. 3.) the app is nice but it keeps pushing the premium service, more of a dislike on my part but I get it for business purposes just really annoying to have that pop up all the time! Two stars because they're edible. Nothing special, unremarkable and over-rated would round out the description. We tried 3 very basic cookies. My favorite is Oatmeal Raisin. The should call it 'sub-average sugar cookie with some raisins in it'. Seriously, this cookie was devoid of any hint of oatmeal texture or taste. The flavor lacked any note of spice and the finish was a greasy and cloying sense that filled my mouth. The Snickerdoodle was okay, but barely more than an amped up Sugar cookie. Same cloying aftermath. My wife tried a simple Chocolate Chip cookie, nothing to shout about. The bottom line is that three mediocre white cookies with the same basic taste and texture and different topping (Snickerdoodle) or additives (Oatmeal Raisin and Chocolate Chip) are the result. read more
