This little shop is a diamond in the rough in the best way possible! I've passed by it many times after dropping my son off at school, but never stopped by until today. On a whim I decided to drop by (an hour before closing at that) to get a donut. There weren't many donuts left (to me that's a good sign considering again, it was an hour before closing). But a big cinnamon looking donut caught my eye & it was DELICIOUS! I was honestly surprised with how fresh and soft it was considering it's the end of the day! The woman working was so kind & the vibe so good, I would come back just for that reason alone, and I live 45 min away now! $3 minimum credit card. They do have nuts on some donuts, so be careful here. I asked to select some donuts away from the nuts and was able to eat with no issues. A fantastic small made-daily donut shop with crisp, flavorful pastries. They heated up my kolaches to go and the kolaches were deliciously soft and a little sweet. The nice lady at the counter even gave me some munchkin donut holes with my order, which were just as good as the glazed donuts. They didn't expect me to tip at all, and that already puts service above every mainstream place. I insisted; they were extra careful about handling and added those extra donuts! read more

A true mom and pop donut shop, affordable and friendly service. We got a dozen donuts and on top of that the owners gave us free donut holes and apple fritter. Literally the sweetest people! We got a variety of donuts but being a classic glazed donut person I only just ate that haha. Based on the glazed donut, it was very tasty and I'm definitely coming back!! Absolutely fantastic all around. We ordered custom letter donuts for our son's birthday. First the ordering process was great. You can call, text or Facebook message your order. They accept Apple Pay, cash, and credit cards. You pay at pickup. There store is clean and inviting. Their products are amazingly fresh. There was a sign that said they discard each 4 hours. I also had a jalapeño and cheese kolache. It was large and delicious. I'm so glad to be able to support a local small business. Especially one that truly deserves a perfect score. First off, the donuts are soft and fluffy, but what really made me want to come back was the breakfast croissant! I got the egg, cheese and bacon croissant and it was DELICIOUS. The croissant was buttery and flakey and the bacon was cooked to perfection. SO GOOD. Also, the owners are SO friendly and kind and provided such wonderful service. The friendliest, most affordable, and most delicious donut shop in Pflugerville! HANDS DOWN! My husband is very picky about his donuts and this place has never failed us on quality. We love the cinnamon fritter and the breakfast croissants! The old fashions are also always a hit. I brought these to work one day and had all my coworkers asking where I got them. We are always shocked at how inexpensive these donuts are. The shop owners are always generous and when we buy in bulk they always add in a few free goodies. The old fashioned donuts were the best I've had in years. Loved the maple bars. My son said the kolache had the right amount of spice and breading was fluffy. My husband liked the Bavarian cream. The apple fritter was excellent with a nice crunch to it. We also enjoyed the donut holes. read more

This is a great simple family-owned donut joint that serves up donuts, fritters, breakfast sandwiches, kolaches, smoothies and drinks. I can call this place the definition of the strip-mall foodie spot. Here is my review. Atmosphere - Located on 12th St just passing the Pizza Hut on the corner and next to a seafood joint, this spot can be easy to miss. This is really just due to 12th St being so small of a street. The sign for this spot is HUGE. Once you get to 12th St and turn from Pecan St, you cannot really miss this place. Inside, not the prettiest sight. A few tables and ripped up chairs appear inside. Fridges to the far right of the entrance. Simply a walk-up-to-the-counter joint. Food - Excellent. I love the breakfast sandwiches here. I enjoy the croissants and donuts too. The smoothies are excellent as they are made with fresh fruits. I've frequented this spot several times and it has been consistent. Service - Also excellent. They affiliated with Fivestars to give rewards back to customers. Everytime we've gone, they have given extra donuts at no charge. The couple working here are very sweet people and they put a lot of pride into their work. I can appreciate the hospitality and the welcoming vibes everytime we have stepped in. They even offered to alter our smoothies for us if it was or wasn't sweet enough. Overall Value - Extremely affordable. I eat a lot in a sitting and can get full off of $10 alone here. They provide reasonable prices and with the value of the Fivestars program, these guys are awesome. Imagine getting extra food for what you've paid? Overall Score: 5/5. Yelpie certified and approved. The hospitality, customer service and care, customer rewards, generosity, and food served here are clear winners for one of the best local Pflugerville spots to hit up. Everything we have tried has been absolutely delicious - the donuts (raspberry filled is the BEST), croissants (get the bacon egg and cheese!), and kolaches. This is our go to spot when we want to treat ourselves for breakfast! Not only is the food amazing and fresh, but the customer service is the best around. The owners are unbelievably kind. They forgot something in our order and literally delivered it to our house. We were blown away with their effort to make it right. So glad we found donut palace! I've shopped here about 30 times since i was introduced to this place back in 2013, and they are still the best doughnuts in Pflugerville. The oil they fry them in does not give me heartburn like the other doughnut shops. The owners are wonderful and I've never had a bad or lackluster doughnut. Highly recommend! read more

This place is a secret gem! They make their donuts fresh every day! I go in the morning and the donuts are often still warm! I adore both Krispy Kreme and of course the king of all donuts Round Rock Donuts (which still gets a 5 star from me) but to be honest, this simple little mom & pop shop has tastier donuts! Let me say that I love, Love doughnuts and can safely say I dislike mochi. I'm always willing to try something new and the idea of this food mashup sounded interesting to me. And so I ordered the 3 piece mochinut box to get the full experience ( original glaze, churro, and milk tea). One of the things I don't like about mochi is the gummy chewy texture and so I had to clear my mind of those thoughts before taking my first bite...to be fair to the experience. I'm happy to say, mochinuts don't have that sort of texture or mouth feel however they were not cake like or even pillowy like some doughnuts can be. The flavors were good, the right amount of sugariness and familiarity in what they described. That said, I'd never consider having this for breakfast (with my coffee)...it's just too different from a cake style doughnut or any sort of doughnut like an apple fritter or bear claw or a muffin/scone. For me, it's more like a dessert and maybe better paired with ice cream versus coffee. Lastly, the service was fast as you would expect from a walk up situation. I may be back when I return to the area.

Since it's technically in Hana World there's good parking outside making it pretty accessible with lots of available seating inside. We decided to order the Oreo, milk tea, and mango mochinuts although they have many more flavors and items to choose from such as corndogs. We sat down and ate our mochinuts which are soft and chewy with a great texture and they taste just as advertised. They're a great sugary treat to offset some carb heavy noodles from the nearby stall. They're even better warmed up a little bit with a glass of milk at home if you're willing to wait a little bit. Sad to see that they'll be going but hopefully they can keep a spot in the neighborhood.

I'll be filing a complaint with the local Texas health department so they can determine whether this location is following proper food-handling and freshness standards. For what they charge, customers deserve much better. I definitely won't be returning to this location.

We also indulged in a Chocolate Old Fashioned (crisp exterior, a personal 'requirement' of mine), an Apple Fritter (a gift for my Son, it had a delectable pronounced Apple flavor), & the most impeccable Maple Glazed with Bacon Donut we've ever had. I'm thankful this place isn't closer to home. I would literally be here every day if it didn't cost me $9+ in Tolls to land on their doorstep. I understand that's later in the morning, but many people sleep in and want donuts around that time. If you're going to be completely out of donuts by 11 am, why stay open until 1 pm? As a donut shop? Might as well close up at 11 because they're usually nothing left for them to sell. I see many people walk in and just walk out disappointed because they're nothing left 2 hours before close. I'm not sure why this only started in the past year, but they've lost me as a customer. If you do manage to get donuts, they're very good. But that's a big if. The staff is kind and will give you a few free donut holes with your order.
