This place was bought out a year or so ago and it's not worth coming to anymore. They don't have a great selection, they didn't give us everything we asked for. And they stack the glazed donuts together in bags causing them to stick to each other and the paper bag, becoming quite the mess. read more

The first thing you need to know about this donut shop is that it is not visible from Dessau road as it is nestled into a strip center along with some fast food outlets. Upon entry, they do have three tables to sit at and a coffee bar with fresh ground coffee beans. They also have a refrigerator full of other drink choices. This is definitely a great place to stop on your early-morning commute because they are open at 5 AM and close at 1 PM. It seems their kolaches are the first thing to go and they even offer Boudin sausage kolaches. I really enjoyed their bacon and egg croissant sandwich. I needed to get something for my sons school Christmas party... everyone has been sick at our house and this slipped through the cracks while were have all been miserable! So I ran over to Pflugerville donuts. The line was almost out he door! But I stepped in... I mean where else was I going to go quickly? However as I stood in line I watched the supply dwindle and dwindle! I started to worry that there would not be anything left by the time I got to the counter... So I called two other places in Town to see if I could reserve some and I'd run there to get them. Both places I called told me they were out and they could not help. So I stayed in line. The amazing thing was... as I got closer the supply kept replenishing... more and more kept coming from the back. As I got closer still I could see the back baking area and there was the owner... still cooking... and preparing more. The line didn't go down either... with each person who got some another came in and got in the line! When I got to the counter I was sure they was no way they could help me... but they did!! 5 dozen worth without batting an eye! I was delighted! I love this place! The first time I called the girl that answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful not to mention patient. I had a fairly large order and she was able to complete it within 15 min considering I called last minute. The breakfast croissants were absolutely delicious!! I am a big donut fan and I've been doing my best to touch all donut shops in the area. I stopped by this morning and received a warm welcome. The shop had a nice warm feeling to it and smell. I choose a triangle donut hole design- 3 donut holes together (never seen that it was awesome), an Apple fritter, and a caramel raised donut. They were all so fresh! The Apple fritter was not overwhelming and crispy and glazed just right. They have a nice selection of drinks if you choose to buy something to go with it (coffee, orange juice and milk products). Quite possibly the smallest bakery in Texas. Tiny little store but i suppose you don't need to be a Wall Mart to sell donuts and coffee. New place that has just recently opened up so i stopped in and nabbed a few croissants. Also tried the basics, chocolate glazed and cinnamon twist donuts. we were visiting family in Pflugerville and when they went to work/school we found ourselves hungry for breakfast. we didn't have GPS and we didn't want to get lost so we decided to keep it simple and drove down the street into the city of Pflugerville. we found some stores and a McDonald's but we wanted a sit down breakfast place. there was nothing. then we saw the donut shop with 'breakfast' in the window. we figured it would at least be better than McDonald's. i got a croissant sandwich with bacon, egg and cheese which was decent and my husband for a jalapeno kolache which is something we have not seen before. he loved it. we also got a cinnamon twist and an apple fritter. the fritter was so big i couldn't even finish it. the donuts were good. the coffee was waaaaay too hot, i had to add tons of cream and let it cool down for a while before i could even sip it. we decided to bring some donuts home for breakfast the following day. everyone loved them. then the day after that we got a dozen mini-kolaches for everyone, they were excellent! read more
