She suggested what to order, reviewed menu pricing and even found out how much cream to put in the coffee cup (by a finger point) to make the perfuct cup. As the line grew behind us, another clerk just stepped up and opened as second window, no prompting was required. The location is open air. You order at a window and go (or drive thru).
