It tasted like real, fresh strawberries, the way strawberry ice cream should taste. My friend went with a milkshake and really enjoyed it as well. And can we talk about the cone?! I don't know what it's made out of, but it tasted like sugar, butter, and dreams. Honestly one of the best cones I've ever had and it completely elevated the ice cream. This is a really cute little ice cream spot tucked away in a strip mall. They do have a sign that says unaccompanied minors are not allowed during a certain time frame. I think it's because there's a school really close by but we didn't have any issues with that. I tried the raspberry mint ice cream and it was fresh, soft, delicious and just enough chocolate. My daughter did the cookies and cream and a waffle bowl and she ate it all up. They also have a waffle taco which I think is cute and the coffee selection is also nice if you want something to go with your sweet treat or not. If I lived closer I would be back. I used to visit Ohio frequently, and so I was well aware of the legendary Graeters Ice Cream. Thanks to S&S for arranging to have that little piece of heaven in Cedar Park! Ordered the black raspberry chocolate chip and coconut chocolate chip ice cream flavors. I really liked how the black raspberry wasn't tart and was more creamy than other typical berry flavors. The coconut chocolate chip, though, was my favorite! It had a very strong coconut flavor with actual coconut flakes in it. It was practically like eating a coconut cream pie in ice cream version. Easily one of the best ice cream shops in Austin. How did i not know about this place until now? We ordered via uber eats and it was still really nice. My husband had the mint chip and i usually dont like minty ice cream because it reminds me of toothpaste but this was delicious. The chocolate chip had a fudgey texture. I had the seasonal peach and it had real chunks of peaches in it - sooo good. This ice cream shop serves Graeter's brand ice cream, made in Ohio and transported here. Our family in Ohio loves Graeter's. The space is roomier than a typical ice cream shop, and it was nice hanging out there and chatting with my son. I am lactose-intolerant, so usually stick to their delicious sorbets, but last night I was tempted by their seasonal peach ice cream. I tried a sample, and had to go for more. It was soft, smooth, and perfectly peachy with pieces of fresh peaches in it. Honestly, it reminded me of the homemade peach ice cream our family would make in the summer with the old hand crank ice cream maker. It was incredible. Nice place to come on a hot summer evening. It is clean, well decorated and who doesn't love ice cream (except for those that are lactose intolerant). I was visiting from out of town and need a treat to end my long work week. I found this place on Yelp! and decided to give it a try. The ice cream was good. I didn't feel that it was worthy of 5 stars but it did hit the spot. The waffle bowl? I should have gotten it in a cup. The bowl broke too easily as I was trying to eat. Luckily, there was room to sit down at a table. I can't imagine giving that to a child. What a mess that would be! I like the fact that this is a local business. I scored some scoops indeed. I was visiting the area and really wanted some ice cream and Yelp reviewers sent me here, and boy did the scoops not miss. When you first come in, the nice girls at the counter showed me how the menu and scoops worked. I learn about the flavors and tried some samples from there. I ended up choosing the smores, dark chocolate brownie, and lemon meringue put into a waffle taco, topped with whipped cream and M&Ms. The flavors were incredibly delicious. I did however think the waffle taco was a bit stale and I didn't love the paper plate presentation it came on. I would have expected something a little more photo worthy. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely try the scoops again. read more

To me this place is average. The ice cream is good, but pretty pricey. A large shake is $10 and a medium cup is like $6. The place itself is pretty nice and appeared clean. We sat at a table and it wasn't sticky so that was nice. The staff was efficient and mildly friendly. The have a sign on the door which attempts to have middle school and high school kids to only have to-go orders. Not sure how well that works or how enforceable it is. I can imagine it gets quite packed after school is let out. Anyway, I think it's a local business which is nice. read more

The issue wasn't that someone told us where the line starts--it was how we were spoken to, and the fact that others (who happened to be white) did the exact same thing but were not stopped or corrected. Only we were. What upset us wasn't the logistics--it was the double standard and the tone we were spoken to with. But when we reached the front, a staff member named Aden singled us out and spoke to us with a rude, unprofessional tone, saying we were "supposed to go through the other lane." We knew the usual process--but others weren't following it either. The difference? They were white. We weren't. And that's who got treated like they didn't belong. My toddler was heartbroken. We left immediately without buying anything. A place that claims to be family-friendly should never make families feel unwelcome based on who they are. We will never come back. I've tried a lot of their flavors and these are my favorites: their famous black raspberry chocolate chips, butter pecan, toffee chocolate chips, caramel macchiato, coffee, mocha chocolate chips, double chocolate chips, Dutch milk chocolate, and their summer seasonal - peach. There're real chunks of peach in peach ice cream. Another 2 impressive flavors are mint chocolate chip and Oregon strawberry field. We're all used to seeing mint chocolate chips ice cream in bright green color but Scoop and Score doesn't add any color to their mint ice cream. It's super minty and very refreshing. Their strawberry also doesn't have the bright artificial pink color - it tastes just like you're chewing fresh strawberries. We had a craving for ice cream and this place came up as nearby, was still open and seemed to have overwhelming great reviews... so why not? Small shopping center and fortunately, they were slow enough because of the ongoing football game across the street. Every flavor looked fresh and it was hard to make up our minds. We opted for Mint Chocolate Chip, Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip and Toffee Chocolate Chip. And as a to-go order, we took a pint of Pumpkin Pie ice cream. For starters, they don't exactly look like the pictures of what everyone else seems to get served. I don't know if it was just late at night (8pm) or simply they just don't care. It's always disappointing when you get tempted by the photos only to get something that mildly resembles the photos. As for taste... just average. I saw on their wall "best ice cream in Texas" and another that says "award winning" but I seriously question all of that. The part that was the most annoying is paying for the ice cream. What ever happened to the days of just paying for something without being inundated with prompts to tip? I NEVER was asked to tip for someone serving me ice cream growing up and for most of my entire adult life. What is this where now just because you handed me something... I'm supposed to tip? I've never had this ice cream before in my life... and I'm supposed to tip?!? In case you don't know, tipping comes from being served a meal and the tip comes at the END. What if I thought your ice cream was horrible... can I get the tip back? And if you tell me it's because they scooped the ice cream up... isn't that their job? By the way, I would say look at the photos of the ice cream I received. Would you tip for that? But the servers insisted that I "answer all questions" on the screen when I thought I was done. You already have a tip jar out. Why can't you leave it at that? How about if AFTER I have had the ice cream I can provide a tip if I want to. This asking for a tip ahead of time and after every single service has got to stop. Bottom line, not worth it. The ice cream is average but if they are only going to focus on getting tipped and not the quality of what they serve and the way it's served, I know there are other better places. A very cute ice cream store in Cedar Park, TX . I've been seeing a lot of great reviews about this place and my first visit proved they're right!! It's a very cute ice cream store located on a food plaza. Plenty of parking space available but indoor seatings only. The store is well decorated with a lot of murals and wall arts. The ice cream server at the counter is the MOST professional lady I've ever since among all the ice cream shops I've ever been!! She first asked if that was our first time at Scoop and Score and then gave a detailed introduction about the background of the shop and her recommendation on the most popular flavors. She offered us to try a few flavors before we made up our mind. We tried 4 different ones and then decided to get a large size on a waffle bowl. The waffle cones are always my favorite and I was rlly happy to find that they have the "waffle bowl" option because it's just very cute . The large size comes with 3 scoops. We picked peach (their seasonal option), coffee and blackberry chocolate chips. The later two are super yummy and I can't wait to come back for more !! read more

The ice cream is not too sweet, making it perfect when you bite into the chocolate cubes. *Some of their flavors are only written on a board, but not displayed, so don't forget to check those out as well Toffee Chocolate Chip, Butter Pecan, and Raspberry Chocolate Chips are also must-tries. Unfortunately I paid $11 for a scoop of ice cream and whip cream with a cherry. I originally wanted a brownie fudge sundae, but when I asked where the brownie was from they said HEB. Another staff member followed up by saying but they made their cookies in store. So I switched up my order to a cookie sundae, but the cookie was inedible. It was hard as a rock. I tried to get in there with my spoon to get a 50/50 ice cream to cookie bite but I literally couldn't eat the cookie. Should have stuck with Andy's. Their sundae never disappoints :(. Wow, this Graeters ice cream is something else... what a cool story on how they are serving an Ohio only ice cream in Texas! The very young attendant was very informative and let us try any flavor we wanted. I had a scoop of black cherry/chocolate chip and peach.... The black cherry was fantastic and the size of the delicious chocolate (chunks) were a surprise. But the real winner was the peach ice cream with actual pieces of peach inside.... I finally made the drive all the way up to Cedar Park with my friend, and we both loved it! It's such a cute local business in a beautiful suburb, and the staff is so friendly. This place is perfect!!! I went here yesterday on a lark because I was having a bad time and wanted an ice cream sundae, and I unexpectedly stumbled upon an absolute GEM! The ice cream is great, and I'm sure other reviews have mentioned that they apparently have a national-award-winning Black Raspberry Chocolate Chip ice cream. The store is small-to-medium sized and the noise-levels were well controlled. There's a television set to a reasonable volume that provided a good amount of background noise and never got too loud. The available flavors were a great mix of the classics and some more adventurous flavors, and I loved everything I tried. The staff behind the counter were friendly and helpful and obviously proud of their award-winning ice cream.
