Consistency of the mango smoothie is more on the icy, frozen side so I had to wait a bit for it to melt a little so it could be softer. Best kept secret (to me) in Round Rock! The ice creams, popsicles (paletas), shakes, and fruit drinks are all made fresh in the store. You can see the abundance of fresh fruit in the back and can 100% tell from the flavor that it's all real and fresh. One kid got the cookies and cream waffle cone. I love cookies and cream but know exactly what it is going to taste like. This was different and really tasty. It was definitely freshly made with chunks of cookie. Other kid got vanilla bean. They also have vanilla. The vanilla bean was really tasty and I loved seeing the specs of vanilla in there. My husband got the mango ice popsicle (paleta). They have a choice of "ice" and "cream" for each popsicle. So you can get a pure mango or strawberry, etc or you can get them with cream. I got strawberries and cream and she showed me multiple options! One was just puréed strawberry, one was puréed strawberry + cream, one was cream with fresh sliced strawberries so every bite you got a chunk of fresh strawberry and there was another one but I don't know what it was. They have some super unique flavors like rose petal, guavabanana, tequila, coffee and others. I accidentally left my phone in the car or I would have taken pics.
