Rollie Rolls Ice Cream is seriously one of my favorite dessert spots! Everything I've tried has been so delicious, especially the rolled ice cream and boba. They also have milkshakes, bubble waffles, and so many other fun treats, so there's something for everyone. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. The hospitality is amazing--they're always so kind, welcoming, and genuinely make you feel appreciated as a customer. It's such a humble little business, and you can tell they care about the quality of their food and the experience they give. If you're looking for really good rolled ice cream, refreshing drinks, and friendly service, I can't recommend this place enough. They definitely deserve more love and support. This establishment is so cute and well decorated. And the ice cream is absolutely delicious. I can't think of a better way to introduce my mother to Texas than by treating her to ice cream at this place. My mother ordered the ube flavored ice cream rolls. Omg....i don't know what magic they threw into the batter, but it is creamy, velvety and reminds me of my homeland. I got the birthday cake flavor which was also good but not what I expected. It was delicious, don't get me wrong. But I think it should've been called more of a Fruitloop type of flavor because the integration of the strawberry syrup and the Fruitloops took away from the birthday cake flavor of the ice cream. I think if they tweaked their recipes just a tiny bit, it would be perfect. I am definitely open to coming by again and sampling more flavors. This place is such a gem! I came in for rolled ice cream and ended up trying their boba too -- both were amazing. The staff are super nice and make the ice cream right in front of you (it's so satisfying to watch). My drink was the perfect level of sweetness, and the boba had that perfect chewy texture. This place is awesome! Definitely worth coming in and spending 7 bucks on a bowl of rolls. The guys in here are super nice. What more can I say? They have premade rolls in the freezer up front if you want to grab and go! That would take away from the awesome experience of being able to have a custom made ice cream tho. We decided to stop in again today to try the Matcha Mango roll in. The flavor was wonderful! My daughter and I wanted to split the roll in so I asked for an extra cup. Imagine my surprise when they told me that I would have to pay for an additional roll in to get an extra cup!! No way was I going to pay $7.00 just for a cup! This was disappointing. The outside may not so eye appealing and parking here if busy could be a premium due to the small area. It's very unassuming with a small seating area; I got mine to go. I went for the Butter Up, which is essentially all of my favorite flavors blended together. It's a vanilla ice cream base (which to me is the BEST ice cream base) with Resse's peanut butter cups (yes, please!) and peanut butter oreos (ummm, could this flavor get any better!?!?!). What I didn't realize until after my order was that I could add toppings to it - as many as I wanted. I went for an addition of Oreo crumbles, because why not. I've taken my daughter here twice and she absolutely loves how they make the ice cream in front of her and they are so sweet to show her how it's done although the last time we went there was some high school kids there and they did not let her see the window but it was pretty packed and we got service in a reasonable amount of time so they are pretty efficient. They have some premade ice cream in the freezer as well so if you don't feel like waiting then you can just grab and go that was not there last time we went. They seem to have added a few snacks also if you don't feel like going to the Asian market then they're just right there for you. Fantastic. Amazing. Just generally a wonderful experience. The ice cream shop was like a little hole-in-the-wall in a small "shopping center" or whatever you want to call it. It would be easily missed if you weren't looking for it. The shop was clean, bright and very fun. The 3 (teenagers?) guys working were all friendly and helpful. They were quick to make the rolled ice cream, which was VERY cool to watch. It was something we had never had before and would DEFINITELY go back for. The only negative thing I can say is that it's too far! :) we need one closer to cedar park. We had such a fun time here! We got the bubble waffle with caramel and bananas as well as 2 rolled ice creams. Absolutely love the free toppings makes it very fun. The staff were very kind and I loved that you can watch them rolling the ice cream. The little snack area is very fun and adds to the general vibe of the place. There was enough seating for the amount of people there when we were so I don't have any gripes about the place itself. Overall we had a great time and the waffle was SO good. I really liked how the bubbles were soft on the inside but nice and caramelized on the outside. This is a great new little Thai rolled ice cream and bubble tea shop. Found it via a search for something different for dessert and we're so glad we did. I got a taro and boba tea - great bubble tea, and priced very nicely. Lovely Bride got rolled ice cream, and while there are some great combinations on the menu, she got just the ice cream and Reese's Peanut Butter cups. We got a couple of Pocky from the nice selection of toppings they have to choose from - and the toppings are included in the price of the ice cream! Perfectly done and delicious. We left with a special passion fruit tea Leo made for the road, and took it home to our bubble tea connoisseur teenagers, who promptly decided they'll be going in the next day or two. This was my first time visiting the Austin area and I luckily discovered the most unique rolled ice cream / boba shop ever. They have every Asian snack or candy you can think of. I got the almond milk tea smoothie with boba. The flavor was great, not too sweet, the smoothie was smooth, no clumps, so a perfect sip every time and the boba was fresh. I also got the loaded tator tots topped with homemade chili and jalapeños. It was very unique and delicious. It was chilly outside so the crunchy tots and warm chili was perfect, but I ate it so fast I forgot to take a pic. I'll have to come back and try their signature item, the rolled ice cream. They looked amazing, but I was too full. The shop had a young, fun & hip vibe and the staff were super friendly. You could tell the shop owners put a lot of effort into making their shop so welcoming. I felt like a kid again just hanging out and enjoying my drink and food.
