All the cookie flavors are on display in a display case and drinks are available in a fridge off to the side. We were attended to quickly after we entered and our cookies came out in a cute sealed box with the classic blue bow. I never ordered the white chip almond flavor before because I preferred Insomnia's version with the macadamia nuts instead, but after trying it for the first time I'm pleasantly surprised. I don't think there's much of a difference between the two so it's definitely worth getting Tiff's version especially when there's a discount going on. Very slow & unhelpful service!!!! We are the 3rd customer in line - there was a couple in front of us who ordered + paid & an older gentleman was helping them with their order - once he had given them their order, he proceeded to go back to the kitchen to do other things. Customer #2 (the lady in front of us) had ordered a lot of cookies & she was being very indecisive with her selections. We had already been in the shop for about 5 minutes now & rather than the older gentleman helping us - he decided to go back to the kitchen & walk around while we waited over an 5 - 8 minutes to be service for just 6 cookies! Oh yummy... I've had the good fortune to receive Tiff's Treats delivery at work on several occasions; dig through that pile of cookie goodness, to find my favorite, snickerdoodles! They are delicious, soft, warm and chewy, nearly perfect cookies. I have also tried the Sugar cookies, Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip - all very good, just not my favorite. I was in the area and decided to stop by for a dozen in-person. Of course, I wanted Snickerdoodles. The shop is cozy, with a small display case of cookies. After a long and extremely stressful day I was on the prowl for sweet treats. Pulled up Yelp and searched in my area and Tiffs Treats popped up. I headed over and was greeted by a helpful employee. He wasn't all animated and fake or trying to sell me anything extra. He asked what I like and I said anything with peanut butter or chocolate or oatmeal... and brownies. He pointed out the selections he thought I might like and I preceded to just get one of almost every flavor instead. He warmed them and packaged them so that they were not all sticking together or transferring flavors to the other cookies. I appreciated his care in this and attention to detail! Loved the cookies... Delicious! My nieces and I divided them up and had a cookie tasting session. They had a hoot describing what was good or bad and trying to guess the flavors. They liked all the cookies! The brownies just aren't that great (tasted like the ones that you can get from Papa Johns). They are plain chocolate with chocolate chips. They don't have any with nuts or anything. My brother loves all brownies and even likes the store mix kind and he didn't really care for these either. I don't think I have ever seen him leave a dessert unfinished until now. It immediately reminded me of insomnia cookies in Michigan (but much cheaper). I ordered two tiffwiches because I couldn't decide between 4 cookies. I ended up getting mint chocolate chip, chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. I loved all of the cookies, especially the snickerdoodle and mint chocolate. The oatmeal was too crunchy for the ice cream sammie. I know they use bluebell ice cream and I'm glad it's just vanilla otherwise I would have probably come out with more than two sammies. However, my ice cream was pretty icy. It wasn't perfect non-icy till I hit the middle part. That being said, I are both in the span of 5 minutes. I haven't had ice cream in months so this was a big deal. I take my ice cream sandwiches pretty seriously. Tiff's is no Diddy R (in LA) but it sure did cheer me up on a bad day. Sorry, this review was a long time in coming but I've been swamped with life and life transitions. Ironically I don't live in TX any longer but Tiff's Treats is one of my fond memories. After my initial review I was able to try their fresh baked cookies more frequently and I felt they deserved an additional star. I liked to call in an order and pick it up while the cookies were hot. I'm a fan of sugar, peanut butter, and chocolate chip cookies. On the rare occasion I would also get oatmeal raisin. While their hours are a bit odd compared to Insomnia, it's not bad for a normal workday. In addition, in ATX they have a few locations you can drop by for cookie pickup. I didn't opt for cookie delivery again as usually when I'm too lazy to drive and craving cookies, it is very late at night and unfortunately Tiffs isn't open that late.
