THE BIG: Connors Creamery is a food truck in the Garbos North location near Parmer Lane. Plenty of parking in the Garbos lot. THE BLACK AND WHITE: We were feeling dessert after eating lobster rolls at Garbos and fortunately Connors creamery is onsite. Menu is small which is nice and there's a rotating seasonal flavor. I got the espresso flavor and it missed the mark. I asked the waiter if it had espresso in it, but it's just flavored syrup. Ice cream is just alright here. Alot of artificial flavoring and you can tell. Portions are pretty big so you're getting your moneys worth. THE FINAL BAMBOO: It's $5 for a cup of ice cream and the toppings are extra. Overall, alright ice cream cup, there's definitely better ice cream spots in my opinion. read more

Located at Garbos at north, Connors Creamery is where you can get soft serve ice cream for $5. It's a pretty large cup. The soft serve is vanilla ice cream with a flavored syrup. I thought it was going to be blended it. Overall ice cream was good, but not my favorite. I prefer flavors blended into the ice cream, but not bad for the price. read more

Jan 17, 2025 review This is literally a hidden gem. Tried the chocolate swirl and it turned out to be amazing. This food truck is located right to the entrance, can be little tricky to find it. We were almost about to leave thinking its closed but later found it right there. Not too busy on weekdays so good for evening ice cream cravings. Go check it out if you are fan of soft serve. read more

We came here for our first time after having tried all kinds of soft serves growing up and this one was UNBELIEVABLY good. Like, omg good. Flavor's on point. Texture's on point. You WILL miss out if you don't give it a try, I promise you that! Major kudos to the creators. read more

This happened a couple months ago and I'm waiting until now so the young person working at the truck doesn't get punished. My six year old was standing on the bench under the window to order. She was handed her ice cream and fell off the bench and hit the ground. She was fine but ice cream was everywhere and tears were shed. We wanted to get her another bc she was hurt and embarrassed. I was surprised to be charged for the 2nd cup and said so. The person working said "I'd do it but I'm worried if my boss found out I'd be fired." To me, the fear of being fired for replacing a child's ice cream lost on their own furniture, tells you something important about the owner. read more

The best soft serve ice cream in the area! They are a small location in partnership with Garbos. The device was great - we arrived right before closing and they quickly made our order. I ordered the black raspberry with chocolate sprinkles. It was the best! Tart, sweet and chocolatey. My husband ordered butter pecan but said mine was better. The sizes are HUGE. So keep this in mind. You may want to share. We will definitely be coming back this summer to try more flavors. read more

Cute little food truck attached to the lobster restaurant. They have a bunch of unique flavors and toppings. I loved the pineapple soft serve I got. It's pretty much just vanilla with flavoring swirled in. Light and refreshing. Loved that it wasn't too sweet and heavy. Small was $4.30 large was $6. Would give it a 9/10 highly recommend giving them a try if you're looking for a local soft serve place. read more

If you're craving soft serve, it will solve your craving. They have a surprising range of flavors and toppings for a soft serve place. The soft serve is a bit icy, however, and crunched under my teeth when I bit down. They have a covered patio with picnic bench style seating and it's well lit. There is a nice wheelchair ramp for ADA access that was helpful for me. read more

Over the moon that I found this gem right in time before summer. Haven't had soft serve ice cream in quite a while (I lean more towards Blue Bell & the likes). Tried Connors on whim since they conveniently work hand in hand with Garbo's. Asked the waiter that was cleaning up our table if he recommended the soft serve & if so what was his go-to. He said his favorite was the butter pecan. I proceeded with his suggestion. There's something very special in this vanilla soft serve with it's perfect ribboned butter pecan flavor. Hands down a master in it's kind. I'm already counting down the days I get to enjoy a beautiful warm Texas sunset on the patio whilst enjoying every bit of my Connor's ice cream. read more

Very smart location/partnership being situated at the delicious Garbo's. They are a fairly child friendly place so a soft serve place is a great idea! I got a Chocolate Swirl ice cream and added Hot Fudge and Pecans. I like that they do not have too many options to choose from for the soft serve or the toppings. The options they do offer cover a wide range of flavor profiles to make various different tasting treats. Your ice cream comes in a plastic dipped cardboard cup with a plastic spoon. Fairly priced for the location and size of the purchase. It was filled with ice cream well above the top of the cup and they mixed in the toppings in the ice cream as well as putting them on top of it. Lovely, smiley service from the woman in the truck and she offered plenty of napkins and an extra spoon to share with my husband. We'll definitely get ice cream from this truck again when we're back at Garbo's this summer and I recommend you do as well! read more

This is a cute little dessert spot. I ordered the blue raspberry soft serve with marshmallows. The serving size was HUGE. You could definitely share- I wasn't able to finish my entire cup. The soft serve was very refreshing and had a nice taste. The ice cream wasn't overly sugary. It did seem a bit pricey to pay $6 for a cup of ice cream but I really enjoyed the sweet treat. The person operating the desert stand was very helpful and gave great recommendations. read more

It's just okay!! It's located/attached to Garbos's, and have outdoor seating with cover, which is nice for Texas heat. We ordered, butter pecan soft serve with hot fudge and pecans; chocolate swirl with m&m's. It's $5+tax for soft serve, 50c for each topping. They use cheap styrofoamfoam glass, and fill the soft serve only 75percent, with toppings+tax+tips, it's pricey for what you get. Soft serve itself is just ok, nothing like wowww. read more

We had dinner at Garbos and we saw they served Connors creamery ice cream, but we were full. So we thought. As we walked to the car we saw the food truck and all of a sudden we needed ice cream. Choose your toppings (sprinkles, whip cream, candy, etc) Pricing is reasonable and the ice cream is delicious! read more

I had no idea about this place, just randomly found it one day. It's an ice cream food truck connected to the lobster place in the old opal divines north location. Lol. They do swirls into the soft serve, it's definitely a very unique take on it. Could've been a little faster service, but overall a good spot that I would try again. read more

I forget how good soft serve is. I got the butter pecan which tasted melted butterscotch mixed with vanilla ice cream. It wasn't overly sweet and had a slight salty taste that worked really well- highly recommend. Backstory, Connors Creamery stopped by our office complex and our office manager worked with them to get tickets to hand out. They charged us by how many tickets were used and gave us their card to potentially use them for private events. If you're having an event that calls for ice cream I think this could be a cute idea. Plus they're super fast on fulfilling the orders. read more

Soooo delicious! And surprisingly fast! When we went on a Wednesday night, it was somewhat packed. The worker took our order and let us know it would be a minute as they were working alone, but I was impressed as our ice cream was ready within 5 minutes! Despite it being pretty busy, the worker was so kind. We got root beer floats and goodness were they gooood!! The whole nine yards with sprinkles and whip cream AND they give you the leftover bottle of root beer. How awesome!! Considering it was $8.50, I felt it was certainly worth it and can still tip generously. Obviously these workers are doing an amazing job :) It is right next to another restaurant, so maybe the ambiance isn't the "best," but who cares when you're eating ice cream?! Will be back!!!! read more

I love soft serve and I was so excited to find out that there is a location up North that has good soft serve! I live in the neighborhood, but had never been here until last night. Meg T and I were looking for a sweet treat with substance and decided to give Connor's Creamery a try. We are SO glad we did. It's $5 for soft serve flavor of your choice (I chose the limited time pumpkin pie flavor, because p-u-m-p-k-i-n!) and then it's 50 cents for each topping that they mix in (I went for Nutella and graham crackers). And wow, was it yum. This was a fulfilling sweet treat that I'm glad to know is nearby. The food truck is attached to Garbo's and they have a covered patio to sit at and free parking in the Garbo's parking lot. I'm planning to visit Connor's Creamery again - there's definitely more flavor combinations to try! read more

Definite skip. Sadly some of the worst soft serve I've ever had. Black raspberry especially as it tasted like Robitussin. Big time bummer.

The best soft serve in the area! A bunch of patio seating to hang around in while you enjoy your soft serve. Drove all the way to the location only for it to be closed at 7pm on a Friday night even though it says open online. Won't be returning.

The branding is better than the ice cream. Taste and presentation was good but melted way too fast. If you're selling soft serve out of a trailer in Texas, it must be served in a styrofoam cup! Had a few good bites until it turned to ice cream stew. Glad we finally made a stop here for some dessert. We live just up the street and have been eyeing this little truck for a while now! While I wouldn't exactly say this is the best ice cream I have ever had, it is still very satisfying to eat. If you get your ice cream in a cone, they come in a delicious waffle cone. All of the ice cream is vanilla based with flavors injected and twisted into the ice cream. There are multiple toppings to choose from and add on top if your heart desires. They also offer sundaes and floats. I would imagine you could take your dogs there since it is all outside. To make things ultimately worth my 5 stars, the gentleman who runs the truck is very kind, warm, and friendly to everyone. He spoke to kids in a very respectful way that very few adults pull off these days. Reminds me slightly of Fred Rogers. :) read more
