This very cute, quaint, eclectic local coffee shop called Coffeyeh located in a small shopping center in Cedar Park just opened up 9 months ago and did not disappoint! The gentlemen who took our order (I was assuming was also the owner but did not confirm) was very kind and helpful in explaining their unique menu. They had tasty drinks and food items I have never seen before. My husband ordered the Spanish latte that came with two shots of espresso with creamy milk which hit the spot. My daughter ordered this very unique blue drink (caffeine free) I have never heard or seen before called Galaxy Milk Tea made with Butterfly Pea Flower Tea, Oat Milk and Vanilla syrup. It wasn't overly sweet once you mixed it together making it a tasty treat for the little ones. I ordered the strongest coffee they had called: Iced Molotoviatt that came with 4 shots of espresso infused with lightly sweetened condensed milk. I opted for no whipped cream. THE BIG: Located in Cedar Park inside a tiny lil shopping center. Watch out for the inconspicuous speed bumps right as you turn in. Small but cozy interior with plenty of seating. Parking lot outside available. THE BLACK AND WHITE: I came here for a quick fix of caffeine as I finished up a volunteering effort. I saw great reviews and this is palestinian owned. This is more of a espresso cafe bar than a drip shop. The coffeyeh latte sounds really good when the barista was explaining saying it has natural date sweetener. I opted for a latte which was good but it was pretty much similar to anything other latte I've had. THE FINAL BAMBOO: For a latte, I spent around $6, which is a lil on the spendy side. I think if I were to come again, I'd try the coffeyeh latte with date sweetener since it's unique. read more

Cute local coffee spot. They are particular about where they source their beans and how they're roasted which I love about any coffeehouse. The cold brew latte in the bottle is good if you need something quick. Their Dubai strawberry chocolate cup was the bomb. It was somewhat pricy for a cup of strawberry but I get it, they use good ingredients as they claim. They also have a wide variety of pastries and cakes. A great coffee spot in CP with plenty of offerings and homemade syrups for just about any kind of latte or specialty coffee drink imaginable. The purveyor is super friendly and helpful as some items on their menu did need an explanation to me. Coffeeyeh does have limited seating options but what is available is great for either sitting and drinking a hand crafted drink, or meeting up with a few friends to catch up offering an ambiance that is comfortable and welcoming. read more

Wow. Amazing. I'm on the hunt for a coffee shop I can actually treat like my second home and get work done in, and I saw on Facebook that a new locally owned Palestinian spot opened. Obviously, I had to try it. When I walked in, Zaid greeted me and helped me figure out the menu. I ordered the Coffeyeh Latte (warm) and it was so good. Super creamy and the spice blend gave it so much personality. For getting work done, it feels like a solid spot. It is quiet enough to focus but not silent in a way that feels awkward, which is great if you need to hop on phone or Zoom calls. I did not notice any public wifi, so you might need your hotspot for now, but the place is still pretty new, so that might change. How can you resist a coffee a place called coffeyeh? I was nearby for a business meeting and decided to pop in. I had an iced coffeeyeh latte and it was quite delicious...flavorful but not too sweet. The owner was very personable and provided insights regarding his coffee. Interesting to note, they sell Dubai chocolates and make a pastry with Dubai chocolates. Side note: Hallmark also sells Dubai chocolates. The pastry is $10.99 a slice, which is pricey for a pastry. In addition, the coffee was also a bit pricey. While I enjoyed the coffee, it was a splurge and not a price I would pay on a regular basis. I did enjoy looking at the artwork on the wall. It is colorful and varied in artwork mediums. If you fall in love with a painting, no problem, as all the artwork is for sale...not something normally see in a coffee shop. According the owner, all the artwork is from local artists. The counter staff was friendly and helpful when we told him it was our first visit--he took the time to walk us through the menu. We were sold on the Coffeyeh latte after he described it as lightly sweetened with their in-house date syrup and a hint of spice. We loved it: perfectly balanced coffee strength, creamy, lightly sweet, and just a touch of spice--exactly our style. Coffeyeh is a locally owned Palestinian coffee shop (hence the play on words for the name) in Cedar Park that offers a warm and welcoming environment with the friendliest owners. Work by local artists (for purchase) adorns the walls making for an even more inviting space. That's one of the things I've always loved about locally owned coffee shops, the way they support local artists with gallery-style displays of work for purchase. They opened about four months ago and have a business model that makes for a long-lasting presence. The variety of delectable coffee drinks is pretty impressive, not to mention the Dubai chocolate, baked goods, and desserts. Biscoff cheesecake!!! Yes, please, always. I love, love, love the iced caramel fakiatto and the iced haze and Karsh lattes. They've got non-coffee drinks like rose lemonade (super good), teas, & sodas. New neighborhood coffee shop with some twists. Nice space right next to the high school and some interesting drinks (Dubai chocolate, pistachio lattes, etc). Went early Saturday and got the pistachio latte and it was very good. Not overpowering, just the right amount of creaminess, not too sweet. I do wish they mixed it a bit more thoroughly given it was a bit chunky here and there still but the flavor was on point. Pricey though for coffee but good one in a while treat. It was so smooth tasty and unique! The worker at the register was very funny and helpful too. They have oat, almond or cows milk. Coffeye in Cedar Park has plenty of parking, but expect a crowd because it was packed when I went. With just a two-person team running the show, it took about 20 minutes to get our drinks, so definitely plan to arrive early or budget extra time. I'd skip the Dubai chocolate; while the strawberries were fresh and tasty, the chocolate itself was basically Nutella: overly thick, way too decadent, and overpriced at $17. They even offer pistachio knafeh chocolate bars which are delicious and little packaged French pastries (crepe, pain au chocolat). The only thing I didn't like was that the karsh latte was definitely on the sweeter side so next time I'll probably ask for it to be made half sweet. Otherwise, they were both delicious! Coffeyeh is an adorable little shop with excellent drinks. My husband has been in a few times for coffee and to study, and he always brings me home something tasty.
