Our favorite flavor is still there (avocado), and it's still as delicious as ever -- if you haven't tried it, do yourself a favor and get it! This establishment has new ownership and I can guarantee you that in spite of the one star reviews that you see, things are running much more better. The new management has incorporated some really unique flavors inspired by India. I can't remember the exact name of it, but we had one with pistachios and rose, and it was absolutely delicious. . My favorite flavor of all time is the avocado ice cream. Perfectly captured the wonderful nutty flavor of avocado, while balancing it with a delicate sweetness. I highly recommend pairing it with white chocolate and coconut. The pistachio rose that I got, and I don't really know how to explain the flavor other than it being a beautifully balanced floral flavor. I am in agreement that the wait time is a bit much and I suspect it's just because there have been some cash flow issues with the business. But now that it's summertime, I'm hoping that there will be a really strong uptick in sales so they can hire more help and continue to produce for all the locals. I have had ice cream rolls and other establishments in the same area and none of them are as creamy and good as this place. Please give it a try. read more

Walked in to store where several patrons were waiting. One Indian gentleman was solo working there. I could barely understand him. He took our order and told us it would be about 10 minutes. We sat inside this decent business and we began to wait. I noticed others were in front of us had been there a long time. And we were all waiting together while this guy prepared and rolled the ice cream. I almost asked for a refund but it would have made everyone else wait too. The employee was working in the back doing this special rolling of ice cream. We continued to wait perhaps 30 minutes or longer for ice cream! By the time we received the ice cream I didn't even want it anymore. I think I might have enjoyed the ice cream better if we hadn't found two beard hairs in it. Gross. We swung by after a heavy meal next door and needed a refreshment. This small place is light, open and clean. They only have ice cream rolls available at this time, and take quite some time to make. So please know, it's not a quick scoop and go- deal here! All uniquely named orders tasted wonderful! I personally loved the coffee with brownie bits, and the refreshing strawberry Nutella. Rereading their menu makes me certainly wanting to come back to try their special sauced for adults only 'raspberry rose' or Coronado rolls. This place has about 5 tables and chairs around it and plenty sturdy cold metal seats outside. It has a viewing window that allows you to watch the process of making the rolls. With the customized orders, the ingredients have to be prepared differently. I'm glad to see gloves and masks for such direct and long contact. The sales lady who prepped and picked up the rolls did use tongs, but no gloves... Our 4 Ice cream orders totaled $37. And I get it that you need to pay your rent. But that extra tip cup by the viewing window is a little tacky, as that has already been taken cared off with placing the order. Don't come here , absolutely terrible service . I came in at around 10:10pm , I knew it was close to their closing time so I was trying to just hurry to get in & out . I walk in and nobody is around to greet me , I wait about 5 minutes and the cashier comes out and just stares at me , doesn't acknowledge what I needed , didn't try to offer a menu , didn't say they were closing up, just stared at me as if I wasn't supposed to walk in . I ask him if the ice cream out was the only ice cream available and he proceeds to say "no we have the rolled ice cream as well but we're closed" . I ask him what time they close and he says "we close at 10:15...10:20 and I just turned my machine off , you can get the scooped ice cream or I can just turn the machine on if you want but it's gonna take a minute ". Clearly he was trying to find excuses for me to leave because he decided he was done for the night . I ask him why Google says they close at 10:30 if they close earlier and he scratches his head , rolls his eyes and exhaled aggressively then proceeded to ask me what rolled ice cream I wanted and rung my order up instantly . after he rang me up refused to give me my receipt and ignored me after I stated I'd like a printed one . They also have four options of fro-yo if that is what you would like. I went with the rolled ice cream. You choose two flavors so I went with strawberry and mango. I didn't get any toppings since I wanted to taste the ice cream without any toppings since it was my first rodeo. While the employees are rolling the ice cream there are three windows where you can watch them make the magic happen. There are tip cups next to the window and they allow you to take pics/videos of their work. Once we got our ice cream, we were told that we can use the syrups for free. You have your choice of chocolate, strawberry or Carmel syrup. The ice cream was good. The texture is different than regular ice cream. I can see why this place was busy since it is yummy. I came to this place because it's close to my house by about a 10-15 min drive and because my son had specifically requested the rolled ice cream experience. I had seen other reviews that you couldn't go inside but they were a few months old so I thought we'd still give it a try. We walked up and there was a large party in front of us ordering at the window. The lady told us up front it would be 20 mins to wait. She was literally the only person inside and doing all the orders and making all the ice creams. My son enjoyed his ice cream but was very bummed about not being able to see his ice cream be rolled or having the experience. I know times are difficult with staffing and covid has taken a toll but honestly it was disappointing. SOOOO good! It's a fun experience watching them roll the ice cream - not something you can find anywhere else in the Pflugerville/RR area. It does take time for them to make your ice cream before your eyes so don't go if you're in a hurry. It's also a MUCH higher quality product so it's not a "cheap treat" but it's worth it. The owner is SUPER nice and recognized us on our second trip there. Our kids love the cookies n cream one. My husband and I have tried & LOVED their Coronado Rolls, Coco Loco, and Avocado ice cream... as well as a mango one. All delicious! The flavors are more subtle and not as overly sugary as a lot of other ice creams. If you haven't been there yet, stop reading this review and just GO!! Two things - 1. They close earlier than you'd expect (9pm) given the restaurant hours around them. Go early. 2. All of their hand-rolled ice creams have dairy and sugar... although they do have six flavors of traditional frozen yogurt and typically one is sugar free.
