We would like to thank the owner and staff of this Jersey Mike's for supporting veteran's on Veteran's Day. My husband thought he was just getting a free 6 inch sub and the staff told him he could have a foot long sub for free with chips and a drink too! They fixed him a #8 sub which was full of meat, cheese, bacon and other ingredients. We were so surprised at the generosity of the owner of Jersey Mike's. You can believe we will tell our friends to stop by here and give support to this business! We stop in frequently to order subs here. The bread is always fresh as is the meat and other ingredients. I think they are the best subs anywhere. We also get a brownie to share from time to time which is delicious. read more

Their Philly cheese steak is great, no doubt. But I guess you shouldn't ask for a cold sub to be hot. They are so overwhelmed with orders that they just threw the turkey and provolone I ordered on the grill and forgot about it. The turkey was burned and the cheese was non existent after that amount of time. Not to mention, if you don't order ahead, your order takes at least 20 minutes. I understand that they slice everything g fresh, so it takes a minute but really. For the price of their food, it's not worth it I won't be back unless I get a Philly cheese steak urge, but even then, I will think twice. Expensive!! read more

My dad loves these subs, so we are frequent patrons. I order through the app, and sometimes you earn extra points. Sometimes, they offer free delivery. I love the cold subs (Italian for me please), but the males of the house dig the cheesesteak options. Our subs are ready on time, but it can be hectic if you are stopping by during busier hours. My boyfriend and I come here EVERY Saturday & the customer service is impeccable. Same with the sandwiches too! They are the most friendly staff we have ever come across and it's a breath of fresh air. We come in close to closing time and the staff are still so welcoming in comparison to other places. I contacted the store and they not only immediately apologized and offered to remake the sandwich, the manger went ahead and refunded the cost of that sandwich as well without me even asking for that. My wife and I stopped at the new Jersey Mike's Sub shop at Ronald Reagan and Hwy. 29. We both got the cheese steak subs. Both subs were made to order and were ready in a few minutes. The subs tasted great and were the equal of my favorite sub shop on the east coast. Since I've been in Texas for almost 50 years I added jalapeños to the sub. The food prep crew was friendly and efficient. The sub shop was clean and tidy. I recommend this shop to all sub lovers. read more

Might have to add this one to my list of go-to sandwich spots! After my wife urged me to try Jersey Mike's (her workplace orders JMs alot) I figured I'd give them a try. They've got a wide variety of hot and cold subs to choose from, and I really like the flavor of the bread in addition the the oil and extra seasonings they put on their sandwiches. The club sub is my go-to, and the past couple visits I've gotten the giant sub-and it's GIGANTIC. I may or may not eat the whole thing in one sitting lol, but you can easily make 2 meals out of it. Staff is friendly, place is clean, but it can get very very busy. Only thing that comes up every now and then is the time it takes to make your order, especially if you've ordered online. There's been some times we're it's been 15-20 minutes after the order has been promised, but again, they do get absolutely slammed with in person orders and mobile. Look forward to coming back again! My recent visit to Jersey Mike's Subs was nothing short of Culinary Greatness. From the sufficient serving of delectable mayo, to the tangy yet subtle flavors of the mikes way juices, I couldn't believe my tastebuds. Might I add the bread was so soft it could weave the silky threads of zeus's gown. I will never forget the beautiful eyes of the young but strong young man that prepared the tantalizing sub I indulged in. The way his middle part ran down his visor made me think of the breath taking waves I would see in the heavens. Mr Mike, you really have outdone yourself with this establishment. Lunch takes a long time but the staff is great. Dinner however the staff talks smack about other employees and belittle customers especially those who don't know how Mike's works. I went here for the 1st time on November 10th around 2pm and it was dead inside the lobby with 2 guys and 1 lady working behind the counter. I walk in and no hello or welcome, I mean nothing for like 5 minutes, very awkward and I should have walked out. The owner needs to train employees better and be more welcoming and appreciative of customers. Finally the lady says you ready to order, like hello to you too and yes I was ready when I came in 5 minutes ago. Sandwich was so so and Jersey Mikes has really gone down hill fast, the food is not that good anymore and almost $10 dollars for a regular sub is crazy high, which is mostly bread. Giving 3 stars to be nice since it's a new store but the employees sucked and should find new jobs if they don't enjoy it.
