Ordered to pick up curbside only to have my food delivered to the car next to me. I had to physically walk inside to ask for my order to be completed. At this point I had been waiting in my vehicle in the curbside spot for over 10 minutes. Went inside and asked for the manager. The manager, Krystal completed my order but did not offer any apology for the inconvenience. AVOID this location unless you want ZERO customer service. Not worth the cost. Apparently this Christian company hired employees with zero accountability and zero integrity. When I asked for a corporate number they conveniently couldn't find a card. Also, trying to submit a complaint online or via their app was impossible- it kept rerouting me to my receipt. read more

I don't come here very much, but the one time I do I ask for a large ice cream and they hand me a kids size, I told the girls at the drive through I asked for a large and they said they don't do that anymore. It's not their fault they don't make policy but I am frustrated at management for deciding that the ice cream is now a small for everyone, I can go across the street and get better ice cream at Andy's and get a small and it's still bigger than this cup. read more

So here's the deal, you know you're always gonna get food that tastes like you expect and the service is always (or it should since it's the Chick-Fil-A way) but the manager, Spencer, and his team at this location are the best I've ever comes across!!! The staff were fast and so polite with the intricacy of my order and getting my food out quickly. After sitting down, I never had to get up again, a staff member was constantly refilling my drink! The manager happened to walk through the restaurant as well and check on us to see how we were doing. He couldn't have been nicer! Was told to pull forward after only ordering a large chicken nugget meal, it took them 15 min to bring me my food and when I got home I opened the bag to see that they didn't give me any of the sauces I asked, they also gave me a medium fry, and chicken STRIPS. Chick-fil-a's everywhere are an example of how to run a customer service driven successful business. But this location time after time fails me and baffles me. They closed for months to renovate but it didn't do much to solve any of the issues but to cover their employees from the sun and weather. Today we have waited 25 min just to get in the line yet cars are just pulling right up to the second line, they smile and take their order don't say a word about pulling around the building to join the line that extends out into stone hill traffic. I nicely asked the worker if she could at least tell them for next time and she said they don't do that. So those of us that are curious and follow the rules/signs are punished while the unruly ones are greeted with pleasure. It's like this time after time. Confirm my order at the drive thru line, wait until I reach the window and they act as if they don't know what happened to my order. No sense of urgency, no apologies, all I hear is "whose order is that?". They ask me to pull into the curbside area, 10 minutes pass and STILL no breakfast. I know I have been super critical of chick-fil-a and just saying that I was not a fan. I just could not understand all the fuss. Until I tried the Spicy Southwest Salad. My wife has been telling me I needed to try it, I did not listen, but then I tried it... OHHH MY GODDIE IT US SO FREAKING HOTTIE! Delicious! Delectable! Scrumptious! Stupendous! The creamy salad dressing is just what the doctor ordered. Switch out the grilled chicken fir their nuggets and send your taste buds into 7th heaven! The only issue I have with this location is the limited parking and crazy traffic during meal times.
