1st time to this location. Good for grabbing a quick bit to eat. I came here when it was lunch time for local high school students and it was pretty fast service! Had to wait a few extra minutes for the frosted lemonade to come out... BECAUSE THEY MIX IT FRESH HERE (and maybe in other stores too but I don't usually order that..). There's more than enough parking and the drive-thru lane is separated by a railing (so you know people won't get run over). This chick-fil-a is a really busy facility. Pretty much all of them I have been are but this one is all day busy it seems when I go. But don't let that detour you. They have plenty of staff with smiles and ready to make your day when arrive. Whether it's the drive-thru or dining in. My experience has always been in the drive-thru. They have people standing outside ready to take your order. It actually seems to make the process a lot fast and easier when you receive your meal at the window. I even had one respresentstive recommended adding bacon and pickles to my number 1. LoL I am addicted now and that's my favorite meal to get. Overall I enjoy coming here. The parking can be a pain with all the other restaurants. For them being in a busy spot in Pflugerville they made it it very small. read more

Who doesn't love good customer service and a delicious chicken sandwich from a fast food restaurant? :P I've grown to love Chick Fil A more and more. The employees are always so polite and food is consistently yummy. The spicy Southwest salad is one of my favorite entrees there. Paired with avocado lime ranch and it surely will make you feel like you're in salad heaven. It's so good with the toppings that comes with the salad. Definitely worth trying. And I need to balance healthy with unhealthy, so I usually order myself a side of waffle fries. Sweet spicy siracha sauce and the chick Fil a sauce are both great dipping sauces to try out! read more

The food is always delicious, and this visit was no different. That's the only thing keeping this review at 3 stars. We ordered breakfast on the app - one meal, no big deal. And everything with the food was excellent. We arrived at 10:21 am. The drive thru was crowded (both lanes), but this is Chick-fil-A - we'll be outta here in no time. NOPE! We picked up our food and left the drive-thru window at 10:44! No one was outside on their little iPads moving the line along. It was the most "un-Chick-fil-A-like" visit I've ever had. Dirty - sidewalk in front of door was sticky and floor inside was also. Trash overflowing and service really slow. Almost every employee had a name tag that said in training. So what's to review because unless you've been living under a rock or only go out to eat on Sundays you know what Chick-fil-a is about, but very nice to have yet another option in Pflugerville. I imagine 90 to 100 years ago or even 60 years ago before there was an IH-35 the inhabitants of Pflugerville would only make a rare trip to the city of Austin out of necessity. It's coming full circle. There are fewer and fewer reasons for my wife and I to venture south of Parmer Ln. on the weekend. A wondrous customer experience, fast service, always hot food, clean inside and out, no inside/outside playschool, drive-thru is fairly fast during long lines. Employee's uniforms are always presentable, no saggy pants or have cocked baseball caps. One of the best fast food experiences I've encountered. I never get tired of hearing: "it's my pleasure". The 12 count nuggets had 10 nuggets and when we inquired about it, I felt they were accusing us of eating the 2 extra and asking for more. The worst Chick-fil-A I've ever visited. We went inside with simple orders of chicken strips, nuggets and fries. Managers on staff kept saying that they had broken equipment but somehow they were able to fulfill the drive through orders. Please don't take an order if you can't fill it. We waited over 30 minutes and asked several employees about our order. No one knew how to get the order filled. Appeared that they were never going to fill our order. They finally said that the drive through always gets priority. Don't open the door if you don't plan on serving customers in person. WTFFFFF is going on here in the morning.... I pull in to the drive thru at 7:24 maybe 3 or 4 cars in front. Not busy at all-I pull to the screen to make my order-No one says anything..I wait for 5 minutes-NOTHING. Ok, I have a mobile order no biggie.... As I pull away from the order screen I hear an associate say "welcome to chic-fil-a how may I serve you?" It made me a little aggravated saying I waited 5 minutes and I didn't get a peep...But, I drive on. When I arrive to the window I explained what happened- The girl finds my order and asks me to pull into spot 1 to get the order ready.(7:28) No problem, I pull into the parking spot and I sit and wait with my son. As I kept checking the clock and the time that I waited started to become more than anticipated I became aggravated. But, they were getting busy so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. THAT WAS A HUGE FUCKING MISTAKE ON MY PART. I look at my watch again, it's 7:40- I hope out of my car and I walk into the store and stand in the mobile pick up line. I noticed the lady that I will ASSUME is the manager constantly looking at me as she bagged food-not one peep of we'll be tight with you or anything-WHICH PISSES ME OFF MORE!! Fucking customer service was DEAD TODAY, it did not exist!!!..... After all of the associates making eye contact with me, including the one that asked me to pull in the parking spot I finally received a "how may I help you"... I look at her and say "I've been waiting over 20 minutes, in spot 1 and I haven't received my food" one second she said, NO FUCKING acknowledgement of her mess up at any point, no empathy no nothing-I was baffled. Another associate, who walked through the door approaches me and says "I'm sorry, do you need assistance" OK THAT'S WHERE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS-SHE HASN'T CLOCKED IN.... As I begin to explain the girl walks up with my food and asks, "what did you have".... At this point my blood was boiling..... She explained what was in the bag, I said thanks and walked away.... During this time, I would like to point out the manager lady walked food to a gentleman's car, and passed right by me AND AGAIN-said nothing!! Never ever had a problem with this chick fila. Well except once we showed up one minute after breakfast and they wouldn't serve us breakfast but whatever i guess i get it. Tonight i ordered two 4 piece strips and a large chicken noodle soup for my sick toddler and we got home there was 2 sauce packets and a large chicken tortilla soup :/ it was too spicy for her and not what she was looking for. I also ordered coffee in the afternoon and they brewed a fresh cup for me. I kept it simple by ordering the classic sandwich with fries and a lemonade. I went through the drive thru ordered 2 chicken mini meals and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and asked if I could add a chicken pattie to it. The person taking my order said sure. I get my order move up a little to check it. I know I should let have moved but I did. So the biscuit only has 2 pieces of bacon on it,can't back up now I have to park get 3 kids out of the car the main reason I went through the drive thru go inside and get my order fixed. Cashier asks how she can help I told her what I ordered and she looks like a deer in headlights calls someone else over he asked what I ordered so I tell him he say ok let me take care of that brings me back the order and it's still wrong! This time it's just the chicken pattie and he ask if everything is ok and I'm like "No, how can you not get this order right. It's a #6 with a piece of chicken added to it." Then the guy who comes up next to me in line tells me I need to have some perspective on the situation and I'm like what like dragging 3 kids in here to fix an order that is still wrong then the manager comes over and says I can't talk like that to other customers or his staff and like an umpire points to the door and says "you're out here!"
