Picked up 3 sandwiches today for lunch for family. It has been over a few years since last visited the location. The place was clean and very appealing to the eye inside. I ordered for pickup. I live 10 minutes away and left as soon as I hit send. When I arrived my order was ready and waiting. Great service. The staff were cheerful and very friendly. What more can you ask for or expect. My sandwich was as fresh as I could have hoped for and made exactly to my instructions. I loved it and will be back soon for more. Great job employees read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #13 was ordered Mayo only. Got everything but Mayo. - Sandwiches Near Me - Pflugerville, Texas

ordered online for pickup. Site was easy to read and place order. Was able to make modifications to the sandwiches. Came in a few minutes then expected pickup time and my order was ready at the pick up area. Place was clean and not too busy considering it was lunch rush. Took my order home and everything tasted good. Ingredients were all fresh. When we're in a pickle and too busy to make food, Jersey Mike's is our go to. read more

My family and I came in at 8:40 pm on a week night recently and were serviced by 3 very young girls who were working the closing shift. Right when the time turned 9 pm, they blasted very inappropriate music full of curse words without any regard for guests who were finishing a meal in their store. It was SO loud that we could not hear each other speak to one another. It was really awkward to stay there to finish the sandwiches. It was an average sandwich preparation/order taking experience and one of the worst in store eating experiences: disrespect, disregard, no customer service, and lack of any care. Let's see what level of care and business/customer support rigor the ownership has following this review. Will anything be done? read more

*This review is for pickup order only* Everything was included and correct to the order. We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and they were already ready! Fast and easy. We love the rosemary bread option here. We always get without Mikes sauce (or way?) because it tends to make them too wet by the time we bring them home. Subs were not labeled on the outside with names or codes (abbreviated name or menu #) for what they were, but not the biggest deal and they Were cut in half like we asked for so that's great. Overall we'd do pickup order at this location again :) read more

This location has a pretty good user experience that mirrors my visits to other Jersey Mike's venues. The food is fresh and the service is spot-on. Not the cheapest place to get a sandwich but you get what you pay for. Recommended. read more

Again, not sure why this place has low stars. I had the Chipotle Cheesesteak and it was delicious. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location but they made my order quickly. Never have had a bad sub from here. EVER!! You are going to have a not perfect experience wherever you for whatever you are buying. read more

I went to JMs on a day they were giving proceeds to a charity I support. Win-win. And damn, that Italian Sub is very good. I'll be back for more of those. read more

Never have a issue coming here, extremely upset and disappointed in our sandwich tonight. They should just go ahead and throw out all of their gluten free bread, it is stale/ old. We got the big size so me and my son could split it, we couldn't even chew through the bread, we were hungry so we just took all our toppings off and used our store bought bread instead. Please don't offer this bread if you can't make sure it's not OLD!! read more

Stopped by today for a quick sandwich from JMS on 1608 Town Ctr Blvd. Place was hopping with hungry characters, must have been the after church brunch crowd. The help behind the counter kept it really cool for the customers which was nice to see, plus the cute, young woman who received my order was able to keep the anxiety to a dull roar. Her smiles and order taking was on par today. Never seen a fully staffed lunch counter work a fast pace like today. Four stars to you plus my thanks to the cute one with the smiles. Brightened my day! read more

The sandwich was great, I ordered the club supreme. It tasted so good. The vegetables were fresh and service was moderate.

I've only been to this location twice so far and the food has always been exactly what I ordered. Service is always on point. Store was actually being cleaned the last time I was there, so nothing to complain about there. Food service industry employees don't get enough credit for what they do. Without someone making food for most of the American population half wouldn't know what to do. read more

Gets two stars because of the wrap was good. The service, friendliness and cleanliness were horrible. I've been to this location several times. This will be my last visit. Plenary of other business around here actually want my money. read more

I got the Chipotle cheesesteak. It was delicious. The service was great!! The restaurant was clean and there was a pleasant atmosphere.

I've ordered here serveral times and have yet to have a complaint. The food is excellent and if your into Egg Salad, their Egg Salad samy is the bomb!! I also love their Philly Cheese Steak. read more

Unsanitary standards. Girl making sandwiches scratched her face twice with her gloved hands and proceeded to continue making sandwiches, reaching into lettuce and other produce. read more

We have made 2 large orders in 2 weeks and every single component has been correct each time. The sandwiches have been fresh and they looked even better than the website images in real life. They have contactless curbside pick up. You click a button on your order, and they come put it in your trunk. No interaction required at all! read more

BEST SUB HANDS DOWN! I got the Italian regular size. The amount of meat they give you is just amazing. I got lettuce, extra tomatoes, oil extra vinegar, pickles and banana peppers and that's all it needed. Sucks they don't have coke products. Revised: Still five stars. It was so good i had to come back today. Today 3/27 they are giving all proceeds to #dayofgiving. They will help feed children will all of the money they make today. I wish more companies did this. You have to get the #13 mikes way. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE. Always friendly, great management and staff and they make it Sam's way! 97 all the way! read more

They had great service and my Philly cheese steak sandwich was good, but I'm a purist from Philly, and the bun was almost right, but close. The insides were perfect. My wife liked her cold cut sandwich also. I can recommend it absolutely, if you aren't from Philly. read more

I like this location the last three times I visited the staff was super friendly and helpful! I hate the app as it states 15 min pick up until you hit accept then it jumps time up to 30-45 mins. Overall each of my sandwiches have been delicious! read more

Just left this Jersey Mike's. I normally like their sandwiches but today, I was pretty putt off by my experience. The employees wear gloves, but the first kid who took the orders (glasses, hat, with sweat all over his face) made a fist with his right hand and coughed right into it. He then proceeded to cut the deli meat and handle (touch) all the sandwich bread for the next employee in the assembly line. Also, when writing down an order on top of the deli fridge, your hands and pen always seem to go near your mouths when speaking. A note to management: Please train your staff to be mindful of cleanliness and sanitary practices when handling food, regardless of how busy it gets. read more

7/27/24 My first time at Jersey mikes, service was terrible. Guy cutting meat was too worried about guy writing orders to worry about his employee adding the toppings and the cashier that both did not know what sandwich was what. Guy taking our order did not explain himself properly as far as what and how we can alter on the sandwich. The Guy doing toppings was told only mikes way for one and he messed them up, we couldn't even tell which was ours. We told guy at the register, is that 9? Is that ours and he looked her confused and just named the sandwich but it wasn't right. Never coming back, they can't listen to simple instructions or know what's going on. read more

Fast service! Sandwich was prepared just as I asked . I love the rewards program . Pricing is also fair .

We ordered sandwiches last night. One sandwich had three ingredients on it when there should have been seven on It. It had tomatoes, shredded lettuce and cheese in it. No dressing at all. Worst sandwich I've had in my life. Not worth eating, threw it away. And shorted a bag of chips. My husband called and they gave us a six dollar credit. Our last order was shorted four bags of chips. Obviously we are slowly learners but have now learned not to order from them. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - A small chocolate chip Cookie - Sandwiches Near Me - Pflugerville, Texas

I've been tempted to come to jerseys subs and I am glad my cousin made me! Their meats are fresh and they are sliced as you order. The veggies they add look fresh especially the lettuce. They have cold and hot subs and wraps so they have plenty of choices. They are fast putting the cold subs together, but the hot ones take a bit longer. The wait is worth it my cousin ordered the Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious. The one I ordered had turkey and roast beef and my mouth is watering as I type this. I will be back to jerseys for sure. read more

This jersey mikes is TERRIBLE. They are completely understaffed and you can't help but feel bad because clearly it is not their fault. The online orders are so stacked up, and we just waited in line for 45 minutes to get a sandwich. It's not very clean either, the work station was a disaster. On top of it when they made my sandwich they stacked so much lettuce and toppings on it it toppled over and everything went all over the counter. It was then thrown back together quickly and wrapped back up. I told my husband I hated this location and always beg him to take the extra 5 minutes to drive to the I-35 one. I think from now on he will actually listen. I would like to note this is just poor management. The staff was completely overwhelmed and it was no wonder because of how understaffed they were. I will never come here again.. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Sandwiches Near Me - Pflugerville, Texas

I wouldn't order online. Go directly to the store. They are really fast and the food is good and the veggies are fresh.

Don't bother making an online order because the employees don't know how to read instructions. My family ordered four sandwiches. They messed up two, mine and my little brother's. On mine, I asked for extra cheese and to substitute pepperoni in place of ham... my sandwich had one piece of cheese and extra extra ham. They closed everything down early, so when we went back hoping they could remake them, the employees had already put everything away. If the staff were less concerned with leaving work as quick as they can, our sandwiches could have been remade or even possibly not messed up at all. Unfortunately, my little brother and I had to figure out something else for dinner due to the lack of decent customer service. read more

The food is great...healthy, fresh...it just takes forever to get it. Every time I walk in, it's at least 20 mins standing and waiting. So today, I decide to be smart, order online, and pick up. Pick up told me to be there at 11.52. I showed up at 11.52 on the dot. They had my bread out, but that was it. It's been 15 mins so far and they just got meat on (lots of people in line). The guy that would have been in front of me just paid and is walking out. It literally would have been faster to come in and order in the store. Lol. Lesson: order online 30-40 mins before you want to eat. read more

I love Jersey Mike's but will never eat at this location again! My husband and I came in for lunch today it wasn't very busy but stood at counter for 20 minutes before they even took our order. Then sat down to wait for our sandwiches. We waited over 30 minutes. This was a dine in order for crying out loud. I like the same distance from this one and the round rock store. From now on I will go to Round Rock. Also no discount or apology or anything for waiting so long. read more

Stopped by to grab dinner for the family after work today- I was the only customer in line, ordered 3 subs to go and 3 bags of chips...after this point the wheels sort of fell off- a few more customers came in after me- and the workers were SO disorganized, a few employees were walking around lost and were not at all sure what they were doing- the customer's sub ordered after my subs got put in the middle of my order- and that confused things. I ordered 3 bags of chips and was only charged for one- so when I grabbed my chips to go in the bag after I had paid $32, I then had to pay again because of their screw up. I was never told sorry or Thank you- nothing.... These employees really need to be trained on efficiency and providing good customer service. I probably won't return - unless no other restaurants are open and I'm desperate. read more

Thank you for being open and offering a pickup and ordering through your mobile app. I drove up, spoke to a team member and was delighted that I could simply use an app. My sandwich was ready promptly after and I could tip easily on my card using the app. Sandwich was excellent, ham and provolone, and hit the spot! I love your food, excellent customer service, and will be back for more sandwiches!! I do wish you'd run takeaway that didn't require I go into the store - curbside table would be amazing. Also, wish you could remove one of the outdoor tables or push it away from your front door because it's congested for takeaway pick up people. As I sat in my car, most at the tables were not paying customers at the tables. read more

This establishment is usually pretty busy pre-covid19. The food is delicious. The prices are rather high but there are usually $2.00 off coupons floating around. When ordering it "Mikes Way" make sure you ask for the employees to take it light on the oils they sprinkle your sandwich with. If not, your sandwich will be drowned in the oils causing the buns to become very soggy as well as drowning out the flavor of your sandwich. read more

Foods on. Managers suck, they have no idea what they are doing and are pretty rude. Not a single sorry for the wait, after they screwed up

I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches and the employees are quite friendly. Expect to spend a few extra minutes in line compared to lesser sub shops because they slice everything fresh and are great about customizing. That said, I'm totally pissed about the fountain drink choices! They no longer offer Dr. Pepper as a choice... Only pepsi beverages and the generic root beer garbage they chose as a replacement for DP. I know it's an out-of-state franchise, but if you are going to do business in Texas, you NEED to provide Dr. Pepper (and Coke) as an option. At the very least, offer it in bottles. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Awful Drink Choices!!! - Sandwiches Near Me - Pflugerville, Texas

I walk out angry every time I come here because they want to charge me a extra $2 for a big kahuna giant without bread. With bread 14.45 without 16.95 ... I suck it up a few time a year for my son who likes it otherwise I would not come near here. The food is ok but not worth the treatment. Find another sandwich shop if you can. read more

Good sandwiches, extremely slow service. Eaten here multiple times and the service gets slower every time.

used a buy one sub get one free coupon, that's a pretty good deal. My wife went with the club supreme which hasn't been sampled yet, i went with a regular sized chipotle philly cheese steak, we were in the area and picked them up for dinner later, split the chipotle with my wifey, we both enjoyed it...it would have been even better fresh....saw them slicing meats for the sandwiches, i like that, they don't do that at Subway! read more
