Wow I really thought I didn't like dominos but boy was I wrong. I had a pan pizza with garlic sauce instead of marinara and it completely changed the pizza! I got the 7.99 3 topping pizza with pepperoni mushrooms and onions! What a great deal and so tasty! I used the two for 5.99 deal for the delicious lava cake and the panini. I didn't really care for the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The pickup was easy and the other time I used curbside and it was delivered so quickly. read more

Terrible service. If you call them they will answer the phone and say "we will be right with you" and put you on hold and leave you there indefinite. I went to the store to try and order in person and they told me I had to use the app. That being said the app isn't working on my phone so that wasn't an option. I explained this to them and they said they were too busy to help me out or take my order in person. I then asked about the phone and why there weren't taking me off hold and they told me once again they are too busy. I would highly recommend using a different location that prioritizes their customers. read more

Hands down my fav D's! They are right down the street from me so I love that I can out in my order online, get in my car and by the time I arrive my pizza is piping hot and ready to go! We love dominos this location, we used to be nearby to this location but we moved and tried couple of other dominos near our current locations and it was total disaster, I don't understand as it's chain why some will be good and some totally opposite. So whenever we feel like eating dominos pizza we drive to this location it's far from our place but worth it, we usually come on weekends, pizzas are always fresh and baked perfectly, service is good too. I've never actually been to this location, but this is where I order my pizza from and it's always delivered on perfect timing. I've never had an issue with an order either. They are fast and it's always spot on. I love my Domino's pizza, it's such a great value as well too. The delivery driver guy was super nice this past time, I didn't get his name but he was super nice! I love getting my pizza from here. I've tried other pizza places that deliver to my house and this is still by far the best one. I love the pizza and the chicken. I also get the cheesy bread too, I'm suer it's terrible for me but it taste so good. I've gotten the pasta before and I'm not impressed by that, so I'd probably steer clear of the pasta ones. I arrived at the end of a very long day with my son in the hospital undergoing brain surgery. The pizza joint was hopping and they were 45 minutes backed up on orders. I was desperate to just get back to my daughter waiting for me with some food and some respite! I must've looked pretty desperate because the young man behind the counter looked at me when I was trying to scramble for something I could bring home to her and he just straight up said: "I got you. What do you need, I can have it ready for you in about seven minutes." I am out and about in the community regularly, patronizing various restaurants, and I have never felt more seen, more validated as a struggling human or more valued as a customer than I did through the service of this young man. And the young lady on the pizza oven! By the time I left they were praying for my son, they wanted no remuneration but I tipped well and they just wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Outstanding! If more businesses encourage this sort of behavior, to value service and the customer, what a much better world we would be living in. I can't give enough thanks and praise for the young people Servicing this establishment. Thank you so much!! And, by the way, my son miraculously came through brain surgery and is already home and walking up stairs one week post surgery! Our orders are always right. We stopped having it delivered. Delivery fee is just going up and up. To me that cuts into the tips for the employees. With the service fee and tip it was more than my order. I like the way they get your order out fast. I think they need to do away with the delivery fee. That's my personal opinion. read more

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE & PIZZA. Came in today to pick up my order and there was a glitch when I went to submit my order so when I showed up, they were having a hard time pulling it up. Was that a problem? NO WAY. The manager introduced himself and said they were going to fix the glitch and get me a new pizza ready in 10 minutes. He then offered to give me anything else I wanted off the menu... WOW! Him and the other gentleman went above and beyond to make me not one but two additional pizzas just for being patient. I appreciate the team going above and beyond to make it a positive experience for their customers, I know I left a very happy (and full) camper. ALSO, I love Dominos just as much as the next guy, but every time I order from this location it is cooked perfectly. This is the worst Dominos location I have ever had. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I order from this location (which is the only delivery option for us) they CANCLE my order after waiting, with NO CALL from anyone for over an hour and a half. This is the 3rd strike. When I called, the manager answered saying "I don't know why it's canceled, the driver told me to cancel it, so I did" when I told her I never received a call from the driver or the store or an attempt to see if I still wanted to order, she said "we canceled it because it's been over an hour and a half and we didn't know if you still wanted it" I said YES. We still wanted it!" I asked to speak with the manager tonight was named "Jessica" & her GM's name was "John" who was in the store but didn't want to talk to me. This Domino's made my night! I walked in and was greeted promptly. The guy taking my order was efficient and thoroughly listening to me. He tried to make sure I got the best deal I could for what I was wanting to purchase! These people were so busy, yet they were just flying around and working with one another. I noticed as I waited on the bench for my order. They communicated without getting frustrated even though they were busy! The best part? My order was perfect. It was exactly what I wanted and they prepared it beautifully, honestly. I never did like Domino's. I always equated it to greasy blah that was better left untouched. Boy was I surprised at a recent kid's birthday party! I was handed a slice of pizza that stopped me in my tracks. WOW was it good! My jaw hit the ground when they told me it was Domino's! Only then did I start paying attention to the ads saying they had changed their pizza. I had previously tuned them out. I decided to order some for myself and I was not disappointed. I've had the thin crust and hand tossed and both were yummy. The crust has an awesome buttery garlic flavor along with other herbs. I don't even want to think about the calories involved. I wouldn't put it in the category of gourmet, but it is a good sound choice if you're looking for inexpensive tasty pizza to satisfy a craving. Order online and you can get coupons too. read more

I ordered cheese pizza but my daughter found a piece of pepperoni in the pizza. We don't eat pepperoni due to religious reasons and allergy. When I called to tell them they didn't do anything about it which was very annoying. Not even an apology. This makes me very angry. They have an app! Makes ordering EASY and awesome! All the coupons are right there for you to see, easy to add extras to your pizza and customize the ingredients. Delivery was FAST and our order was correct! Seriously, ordered at 5p and we are eating right now at 5:30p. Pizza tastes...pretty damn good. Toppings are fresh and plentiful, except the mushrooms...they are fresh but skimped on a little. Still good for chain pizza. They used a lot of sauce too, so you probably wouldn't want to order extra sauce if you like a normal saucy pizza (like me). Crust is delish! And we ordered the Parmesan bread bites, they are yummy. Ranch dressing? Yes, they have your normal run-of-the-mill pre-packaged factory made blah ranch. No extra points there. Recently I was upset they messed up my order so I left my feedback on the website. I was not expecting to get a response back but to my surprise I had a phone call in just one hour. I always order online from this location. My order is prepped extremely fast but the. Usually takes 20-30 to get here once the tracker states they have left. One time it was over an hour, and I live maybe 10 minutes away from their location. The manager stated he would credit my whole meal but never did. I ordered again tonight and my order arrived very late, the pizza was sticking to the kid of the box, and we were missing the marinara dips that we specifically paid for. When I called they were very rude and asked if I just wanted a credit for something next time and they were even ruder when I stated that I actually did want my sauces tonight with my dinner.
